        One of the most important parameters of any semiconductor device is its operating temperature. The operating temperature is important in determining the reliability and operating life of the device, and it also has a strong influence on many of the electrical pramatcrs of the device The temperature variation of the drain current at a fixed bias shows both positive and negative resistance characteristics depending on the gate threshold voltage and gate to source bias voltage. In this study, the decision method of the internal temperature measurement of power MOSFET by V_(GS) (Gate-Source Voltage) and V_(DS) (Drain-Source Voltage) methods are presented.

      • $BaTiO_3$ 및 $TiO_2$ 분말이 혼합된 연마제 슬러리(MAS)를 사용한 BTO 박막의 CMP 특성

        In this study, the sputtered BTO film was polished by CMP process with the self-developed $BaTiO_3$- and $TiO_2$-mixed abrasives slurries (MAS), respectively. The removal rate of BTO ($BaTiO_3$) thin film using the $BaTiO_3$-mixed abrasive slurry (BTO-MAS) was higher than that using the $TiO_2$-mixed abrasives slurry ($TiO_2$-MAS) in the same concentrations. The maximum removal rate of BTO thin film was 848 nm/min with an addition of $BaTiO_3$ abrasive at the concentration of 3 wt%. The sufficient within-wafer non-uniformity (WIWNU%) below 5% was obtained in each abrsive at all concentrations. The surface morphology of polished BTO thin film was investigated by atomic force microscopy (AFM).

        마이크로어레이 자료를 이용한 유전독성 및 발암성 다중비교 검정

        This study was designed to investigate methods for assessing the safety of chemical substances that could be exposed to the human body via food and pharmaceuticals etc, utilizing microarray experiments data of 4 genotoxic and carcinogenic substances reported by U.S.HHS.NTP, ILSI-HESI, and U.S.EPA. Initially, t-tests were executed to identify differentially expressed genes between each substance and the negative control. In an effort to optimize experimental error rates while maximizing gene expression identification FDR was considered. The majority of hypotheses revealed no significant differences between negative control and positive control. Conversely, other genotoxic and carcinogenic substances demonstrated differential gene expression patterns of statistical significance. Subsequently, a one-way ANOVA was performed on three genotoxic and carcinogenic substances and positive control whether the genotoxicity and carcinogenicity of the target substances can be evaluated, and also FDR was considered. Hierarchical cluster analysis conducted on selected genes showed that distinct groups formed according to their associated levels of genotoxicity or carcinogenicity and specific expression patterns also appeared for gene groups, confirming that microarray experiments can be useful in identifying genotoxicity and carcinogenic substances.

        개량 한방제제(Herb Mix Gold<sup>®</sup>) 첨가가 산란계 생산성에 미치는 영향

        한방제제 Herb $Mix^{(R)}$(Herb BIO Co.)에 당귀, 작약, 천궁을 강화한 개량 한방제제(Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$)의 상대적 효능과 적정 첨가 수준을 결정하기 위해 사양 시험을 실시하였다. 시험은 45주령 산란계(Hy-Line Brown) 720수를 대조구 포함하여 총 6개 처리구로 처리당 6반복 반복당 10케이지, 케이지당 2수씩 수용하여 난괴법으로 배치한 후 5주간의 사양 시험을 실시하였다. 처리구는 대조구(T1), Herb $Mix^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가구(T2), Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.1% 첨가구(T3), Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가구(T4), Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.3% 첨가구(T5) 그리고 항생제 $Avilamycin^{(R)}$ 2%를 함유한 $Avilamix^{(R)}$ (CTC BIO Co., Ltd)를 0.03% 사용하여 6 ppm 첨가구(T6)를 두었다. 실험 결과 산란율은 Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가구가 가장 높았으며(P<0.05) 다음으로 Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.3% 첨가구, Herb $Mix^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가구, Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.1% 첨가구, Avilamycin첨가구 그리고 대조구 순이었다. 산란 지수도 산란율과 같은 경향이었으나 통계적 유의차는 없었다(P>0.05). 난중, 연파란율, 사료 섭취량 및 사료 요구율과 계란의 품질 평가 항목인 난각 강도, 난각 두께, 난각 색깔, Haugh unit 및 난황 색깔에서 처리간에 유의한 차이는 없었다(P>0.05). 장내용물 중 Cl. perfringens와 E. coli의 수는 첨가구들이 대조구에 비해 적었고 Lactobacilli의 수는 Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 첨가구들이 높은 경항을 보여주었다(P>0.05). 백혈구 (WBC) 수와 heterophil(HE)의 경우 첨가구들이 대조구에 비해 적었으며 림프구 (LY)의 경우 모든 첨가구들이 높은 경향을 보였다(P>0.05). Stress indicator로 알려진 HE/LY는 Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가구에서 낮은 경향을 나타냈다(P>0.05). 적혈구나 헤모글로빈은 모든 첨가구들이 대조구에 비해 증가하는 경향을 보였으며 특히 Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.2%구가 높은 경향을 나타내었다(P>0.05). 결론적으로 산란 생산성 개전을 위해 Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가가 적당하다고 사료되며, 이는 선발 원료로 강화된 한방제제가 장내 미생물 균총, 혈액 내 백혈구 및 적혈구 수에 유익하게 미치는 영향에 기인한 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of graded levels of a herbal recipe(Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$, Herb BIO Co.) supplemented to a commercial layer diet. The Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ is an improved recipe of Herb $Mix^{(R)}$, fortified with Angelica gigas, Discorea japonica and Ligusticum jeholense. A total of 720 layers (Hy-Line Brown) of 45 wks old were assigned to one of six treatments; control, 0.2% Herb $Mix^{(R)}$, 0.1%, 0.2%, and 0.3% Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$, and 6 ppm Avilamycin. Each treatment had 6 replicates of 20 birds each housed in 2 birds cages. Birds were fed diets and water ad libitum for 5 weeks. Hen-day egg production was significantly (P<0.05) different among treatments. Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.2% treatment showed the highest egg production followed by Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.3%, Herb $Mix^{(R)}$ 0.2%, Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.1%, Avilamycin 6 ppm and the control. Hen-housed egg production, egg weight, soft and broken egg ration, feed intake, feed conversion ratio, shell strength, shell thickness, shell color index, Haugh unit and yolk color index were not significantly different among treatments. Nor was cfu of Cl. perfringens and E. coli and Lactobacilli in the small intestinal content significantly different among treatments. The number of white and red blood cells, hemoglobin, heterophil, lymphocyte, thus heterophil to lymphocyte ratio were not significantly modified. It was concluded that Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ at the level of 0.2% in the layer diet improves laying performance.

        순환설계를 이용한 불완비블록실험

        An incomplete block experiments by using cyclic designs are considered. Cyclic designs are partially balanced incomplete block designs (PBIB/m) based on cyclic development of an initial block. It is well known that cyclic designs are very convenient and efficient to conduct experiments which is similar to the optimal designs. In this paper, it is shown how cyclic designs are constructed for incomplete block experiments and also introduced the efficiency of cyclic designs which are competitive compared with the optimal designs. In addition, a specific example, such as number of treatments are 10 and block size is 4, is illustrated to explain the construction methodology of cyclic design of which detailed processes and its efficiencies are also explained through a virtual experimental data analysis. 불완비블록실험을 순환설계를 이용하여 실시하는 방법을 생각한다. 주어진 처리수와 블록의 크기에 대한 최적실험설계를 얻기 위해선 전문적 지식이 필요하다. 불완비블록실험을 구성하는 방법으로 순환설계가 있다. 이 순환설계는 실험의 구성방법이 아주 쉽고 단순하다는 특징이 있다. 이러한 편리성 이외에도 순환설계를 이용하여 불완비블록실험을 실시하였을 경우, 실험의 편리성은 물론 효율도 최적실험설계에 비하여 크게 차이가 없음을 알 수 있다. 더욱이 초기블록을 적절히 선택하여 순환설계들을 구성한 후 이들을 결합하여 실험설계를 구성하면 실험횟수는 증가하지만 전체적인 효율을 증가시킬 수 있다. 본 논문은 불완비블록실험을 순환설계를 이용하여 구성하는 방법을 소개하고 이 방법이 아주 쉽고 편리한 점을 설명하고 있다. 아울러, 처리 수=10, 블록크기=4인 경우, 순환설계의 구성방법을 실제로 단계별로 설명하고 구성된 실험설계를 이용한 가상 실험자료 분석을 통하여 이 방법의 프로세스와 효율을 최적실험설계와 비교 설명하고 있다.

        Usefulness of a Cyclic Designs for Two-Factor Experiments

        Cyclic designs are incomplete block designs based on cyclic development of an initial block. Their flexibility, ease in conduct of the experiment, is worthy of attention even though their analysis has less ease of computation than the completely balanced or partially balanced incomplete block designs with two associated classes. In this paper, cyclic designs for two-factor experiments are considered. It is shown that cyclic designs for two-factor experiments can be easily obtained and two main effects and interaction effect are orthogonal each other. The efficiencies of these designs are also provided.
