One of the major characteristics in misconceptions is the stability over time. However, the concept of stability has not been defined clearly yet even though some trials to quantify the stability has been done. In this study, the researcher tried to establish a stability index of students' misconception for the quantification. In this study, the stability of a misconception was defined using mean correct choice (MC), the slope of correct choice (C), mean incorrent choice(MI) and the slope of incorrect choice(I) as follows; I=1/3 (1-C) (1+I)(1-MC)(1+MI). The index developed in the study was examined using artificial data. In this study, the index seemed to represent the charicteristics of the stability inferred by theoretically. This means the index developed in this study has some validity for the time being. However, since artificial data were used to exame the index, it showed be reexamined using real data in the future study.

Fintech is a combination of financial and communication technologies, and it has emerged in response to changes in the growth limits of traditional financial industries. Fintech applications are spreading throughout financial services including payment, remittance and asset management. However, fintech applications are not successful because of user resistance to the innovation. The purpose of this study is to identity the antecedents of fintech service for customer. The results showed that perceived benefit had a significant effect on reliability and innovation resistance. In addition, perceived cost and perceived risk had a significant effect on reliability and innovation resistance. Finally, reliability had a significant effect on switching value, however, innovation resistance hadn't a significant effect on switching cost. However, it is note that research model of this study was established from a restricted point of view, therefore, there is a need to combine more complicated factors of related fields.

The purpose of this case study was to identify the organizational culture of NCAA Division I women’s tennis team based on Edgar Schein’s three-level theoretical model of organizational culture: artifacts, espoused beliefs and values, and underlying assumptions. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with current student-athletes (N = 5) from an NCAA Division I women’s tennis team. The artifacts of the organizational culture included: (a) non-hierarchical communication structure, (b) a group of elite athletes and (c) world-class sports and academic facilities. Espoused beliefs included: (a) sportsmanship, (b) time management, and (c) success in both academics and athletics. An underlying assumption was that there exists a strong team spirit regardless of nationality and/or ethnicity and results of the competition. Leadership of the coaches and captains play a critical role in shaping the organizational culture of the team. The results provide insights to administrators of South Korean college athletics regarding the policies for South Korean collegiate student-athletes.
