Soybean is well known to be originated from Korea and far-east Asian countries, and studies of many root nodule bacteria associated with soybean have mainly-focused on nitrogen fixation, but much less study was carried out on bacterial community in the rhizosphere of soybean. In this study, we analyzed the bacterial community in rhizosphere of Korean soybean, Daepungkong using the pyrosequencing method based on the 16S rRNA gene to characterize the change of the rhizosphere community structure according to the growth stages of soybeans and to elucidate bacterial core community in rhizosphere of soybean. Our results revealed that bacterial community of rhizosphere soil differed from that of bulk soil and was composed of a total of 21 bacterial phyla. The predominant phylum in the rhizosphere of soybean was Proteobacteria (36.6-42.5%) and followed by Acidobacteria (8.6-9.4%), Bacteroidetes (6.1-10.9%), Actinobacteria (6.4-9.8%), and Firmicutes (5.7-6.3%). The bacterial core community in soybean rhizosphere was mainly composed of the operational taxonomic units (OTUs) belonging to the phylum Proteobacteria throughout all growth stages. The OTU00006 belonged to the genus Bradyrhizobium had the highest abundance and Steroidobacter, Streptomyces, Devosia were followed. These results show that bacterial core community in soybean rhizosphere was mainly composed of OTUs associated with plant growth promotion and nutrient cycles.
자유학년의 창의적 체험활동과 음악과 교육과정 연계성 강화를 위한 교육정책 시사점 고찰

As Korea's free semester was expanded to a free school year, it help students spend their school year through which they can further consider their aptitude and career. The purpose of the study is to suggest that policy improvements for strengthening the connection between creative experiential activities and music subject matter curriculum, and as well as can be expanded to a free year. In order to reach the purpose of the study, the free the process of promoting educational policies were considered. Also, by analyzing the Irish transition-year curriculum and music curriculum literature, I explored the possibility of connectivities between experiential activities and music and curriculum used in Korean free year. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to derive the implications of the educational policy so that students can find their musical aptitude, save their dreams and talents, and enjoy a joyful and happy school life. In order to reach the purpose of the study, the institutional meaning of free grades and the process of pursuing educational policy were explored, and the Irish transition year curriculum and music and curriculum literature were analyzed. Then, by comparing the curriculum of the two countries and exploring cases in connection with creative experience activities and music subjects during the free grade, implications were drawn. During the free school year, the connection between experiential activities and subject-learning content has been reinforced, so that opportunities for students to find their own aptitudes and careers have been further expanded and sustained. It is expected to bloom as the arts ability of the people continues to improve in the lifelong education level.
‘음악 이야기’의 통합교수 · 학습 자료 개발 방향에 관한 설문 조사 연구

The purpose of this study suggest that explore an integrated approach to practicing happiness education. And also that can enjoy learning in classroom ‘A Story telling in music’ and suggest a instructional approach that integrates with ‘A Story telling in music’. According to the necessity of integrated approach to experience ‘Happy education’ that can enjoy learning into ‘A Story telling in music’'. In the results of the questionnaire, the learning model required for the learning process was most suitable for project-based learning when approaching the overall language and the most suitable for the preparation of the performance and presentation in ‘A Story telling in music’. On the topic of integrated learning, the virtue associated with 'A Story telling in music' was the highest rate of 'Happiness'. In addition, I have been using teaching and learning using ‘story telling in music’ so far, but there are many deficiencies. However, it was positively predicted that integrated instruction utilizing ‘drama’ would be possible in classroom class. In addition, the integrated teaching and learning topics reflect the survey results that fit the subject pursuing virtue in the order of empathy, consideration, self-esteem, and self-esteem. In the teaching and learning method of this study, the domain project model. The most common method of evaluation is observe what learnt the contents of instruction utilizing ‘a story telling in music’ through a tool of ‘assessment of observation’. It is necessary to support the organization and operation to increase the number of class hours. In the case of the music curriculum specialist, ‘A Story telling in music’ need to support the media utilization of method, and suggested ‘development of instructional music-matters and learning materials integrated in approach’ as a follow-up study.
발달장애인의 차별경험과 일상생활만족도 관계에서 사회참여의 조절효과

This study aims to examine whether social participation of people with developmental disabilities moderates the relation between experience of discrimination and daily life satisfaction. For this purpose, descriptive analysis and structural equation modeling were used involving 408 individuals that participated in the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled data (third year of second wave). As a result of the analysis, it was found that social participation significantly moderated the influence of discrimination experienced by people with developmental disabilities on daily life satisfaction. Based on these results, discussions were made to reduce the negative effects of discrimination experiences on daily life satisfaction. Specifically, it was suggested to develop a variety of programs to increase the participation of people with developmental disabilities in society and to strengthen the quality of education for their improvement. It also discussed the reinforcement of education on self-determination support for people with developmental disabilities. 본 연구의 목적은 발달장애인의 차별경험이 일상생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 이들의 관계에서 사회참여가 미치는 조절효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 장애인고용패널 조사의 2차 웨이브 중 2018년에 시행된 3차 조사자료를 활용하였고, 발달장애인 408명을 대상으로 분석이 이루어졌다. 분석결과, 발달장애인의 차별경험이 일상생활만족도에 미치는 영향에서 사회참여의 조절효과가 유의미하게 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로, 차별경험이 일상생활만족도에 미치는 부정적인 영향을 줄이기 위해 발달장애인의 사회참여를 높일 수 있는 다양한 프로그램 개발과 장애인식개선교육의 질적 강화, 발달장애인의 자기결정 지원에 대한 교육 강화를 제언하였다.
지방자치단체 수수료의 합리적인 관리체계 연구: 서울시 강남구 사례를 중심으로

This study establishes the classification criteria aiming to systematically manage local government fees which have been indiscriminately increased to raise local financial resources, and analyzes the gap between the classification framework and reality, by using data regarding the local government fees collected from Gangnam District, Seoul. The results are as follows: First, although the administrative services which are necessary to be nationally uniformly provided, and at the same time, not to create direct benefits to the specific consumer should impose same service fees, we found that the current fee system has discretionarily operated by local governments. Therefore, the institution of standard fee system needs to be applied to those administrative services. Second, it is necessary to impose different fees, rather than standard fees nationwide for the some of local services which are locally differently provided. Additionally, if the local services create the special and excessive benefits to the specific consumer, the local government fees are necessary to be imposed, depending on the size of benefits.
