4차 산업혁명이 공항경영시스템에 미치는 영향 : 융합 및 리더십의 조절효과

The purpose of this study verify to influence the effect of the 4th industrial revolution recognized by airport operators on the airport management system and the moderator effects of convergence and leadership between these influence relationships. Data collected through a survey of airport operators using simple random sampling at six international airports in Korea. Data analysis performed using Structural Equation Modeling. The research results found that the 4th industrial revolution had a positive effect on the airport management system. Also, moderator effects of convergence and leadership found significant statistically. In this paper, we asserts that it should be reconstructed the airport management system as a system suitable for the era of the 4th industrial revolution. This paper provide theoretical data and directions for empirical research to airport researchers, and implications for airport enterprise managers and airport policy planners. The findings of this study are particularly helpful for international airports that have adopted the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

공항운영의 다양성이 공항성과에 미치는 영향 : 창의성의 매개효과와 공기업 경영평가 수행도의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 공항운영에서 다양성과 창의성 및 공기업 경영평가 수행도가 공항성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지 실증연구를 통해 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 본 연구의 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다양성이 창의성에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는가? 둘째, 다양성이 공항성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는가? 셋째, 창의성이 공항성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는가? 넷째, 창의성은 다양성과 공항성과 간에서 매개효과가 유의한가? 다섯째, 공기업 경영평가 수행도는 다양성과 공항성과 간에서 조절효과가 유의한가? 이다. 연구결과 첫째, 다양성과 창의성에 관한 이론적 관계에 대해 어떤 관계가 있는지 설명하였다. 둘째, 내적 다양성이 창의성에 긍정적으로 유미한 영향을 미친다는 것을 실증적으로 밝혔다. 셋째, 창의성이 공항성과에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것을 입증하였다. 넷째, 다양성과 공항성과 간에서 창의성이 간접효과가 유의한 것을 실증적으로 밝혔다. 다섯째, 공기업 경영평가 수행도가 다양성과 공항성과 간에서 유의미하게 조절한다는 것을 밝혔다. In this article, it is that have highlighted the importance of the creative communication, convergence and identity of airport operations. This research verifies to influence in the airport performance by the diversity, mediator effect of creativity, and moderator effect of the public enterprise management evaluation performed degree in the operation of the airport. This study design how participants were selected as study the employees from two airports on the enterprise of the Incheon International Airport, Gimpo International Airport in Korea using the simple random sampling method. The findings indicate that the positively internal diversity, mediated creativity, and moderated public enterprise management evaluation performed degree affects performance of airports. This research provides a few implications and insights in the operation of airport.

인천국제공항 보안검색요원 X-ray 판독등급제 적용 효과

이 연구의 목적은 인천국제공항 보안검색요원 X-ray 판독등급제 적용 효과를 규명하는 것이다. 데이터는 인천국제공항 보안검색요원 1,034명을 대상으로 수집하였다. 데이터 분석은 대응표본 t-test를 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 X-ray 판독등급제 적용 전·후 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것을 발견하였다. 이 논문에서 우리는 X-ray 판독등급제가 보안검색요원들의 X-ray 판독 능력 향상에 효과적임을 주장한다. 이 논문은 동기부여 이론과 자기 결정성 이론을 확장한 학문적 기여와 보안검색요원 X-ray 판독 등급제 적용을 위한 실무적 시사점을 제공하는 선제적 실증연구로서 가치가 있다. The purpose of this study verify to the effect of applying the X-ray screening ability rating for security screening persons in Incheon International Airport. Data collected through a evaluation score of 1,034 security screening persons in Incheon International Airport. Data analysis performed using paired sample t-test. The research results found that it was a statistically significant difference pre-test and post-test applying the X-ray screening ability rating. In this article, we asserts that the X-ray screening ability rating is effective in improving the X-ray screening ability of security screening persons. This paper contribute to the academic expansion of motivation theory and self-determination theory. This study is valuable as a preemptive empirical research that provides practical implications about the application of X-ray screening ability rating for security screening persons.

공기업 경영평가 수준인식이 공공기관 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구 -조절적 역할을 중심으로-

In order to achieve the objectives of this study, Chapter 2 have discussed theoretical background, domestic and abroad practices. in Chapter 3, Research design and analysis; Design Model of the study, setting-up of hypothesis-test, analysis of the research are dealt. in Chapter 4, it is discussed that how the Management performance of the authorities have verified to the Public Enterprise Management Performance. in Chapter 5, Summary of findings and limitations of the study and future research directions are described.

공기업 경영평가 수행도가 경영성과 향상에 미치는 영향: 매개효과 및 조절효과 중심으로

본 연구목적은 공기업 경영평가 수행도가 공항기관 경영성과에 어느 정도 영향을 미치고 있는지 인과관계를 분석하고 수행하는 관점에서 이해 및 설명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 선행연구를 바탕으로 5개의 변인을 선정하여 개념적 연구모형과 가설을 제안하였다. 표본 및 데이터 수집은 인천국제공항공사와 한국공항공사의 종사원을 대상으로 Simple Random Sampling 방법으로 총312부의 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 측정도구는 20개의 측정문항으로 구성하고 등간척도와 명목척도를 사용하였다. 연구가설을 검정하기 위해 Structural Equation Model의 Path Analysis via Maximum Likelihood Estimator을 사용하였다. 검정결과, 리더십, 성과관리시스템, 공기업 경영평가 수행도 및 인센티브가 공항기관 경영성과 향상에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 본 연구에서 선정한 변인들이 공항기관 경영성과 향상에 주요한 영향 요인이라는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구의 영향요인들은 공항기관 경영성과에 68.03%의 높은 설명력과 본 연구에서 제안한 연구모형 및 연구가설의 예측을 강력하게 확인시켜 주었다. 공기업 경영 평가 수행도의 매개효과와 인센티브의 조절효과는 경영성과 향상에 유효한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 흥미 있는 연구결과로서 공기업 경영평가 수행을 통해 창조경제의 고용창출 기회와 공항기관의 성장과 발전을 위한 시사점 및 통찰력을 제공하고 있다. 이에 본 연구결과는 공기업 경영평가 수행과 공항기관의 경영성과 향상 간의 관계이론을 규명하는 데 의의가 있다.

항공 응용 분야 : 공항기관을 위한 창의성경영과 경영품질 융합 방안에 관한 연구 -융합경영시스템 모델 개발을 중심으로-

본 논문의 주요 목적은 공항기관을 위하여 경쟁우위 확보와 탁월한 공항 달성을 위한 융합경영시스템 모델개발이다. 융합경영시스템 모델개발은 창의성경영과 경영품질의 시스템을 융합하여 개발하였다. 융합경영시스템 구조는 첫째, 토대부분은 최고경영자의 철학과 의도, 대학과 같은 기업, 핵심가치를 기반으로 한 창조적 기업문화로 구성하였다. 둘째, 본체부분의 프로세스는 6시그마, 시스템은 ISO9001을 적용하였다. 셋째, 상위부분의 전략 및 평가는 미국의 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Model을 적용하였다. 또한, 시스템 연결은 창조경영, 융합과 커버전스, 신뢰 및 시너지효과 선으로 연결하였다. 마지막으로 융합경영시스템은 공항기관을 위하여 실현하기 위한 실용적 관점에서 연구 및 개발하였다. Fusion Management System Model is developed to fuse and convert how is consist of creativity management and management quality system. Fusion management system structure is as follow. Firstly, part of foundation configured to philosophy and intention of CEO, company as like university and value-based creative corporate culture. Secondly, part of body is applied that is process by 6sigma, system by ISO9001. Thirdly, part of head is applied that is strategy and evaluation by Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award of U.S.A. Also, system connected to synergy line that is creativity management, fusion & convergence and trust. Finally, this system has been researched to the practical perspective in order to realize for airport authorities.

휴먼터치가 지상조업 종사자의 이직의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of human touch on turnover intention of ground handling employees at airport. Additionally, this study examines a comprehensive mediating effect of the work schedule and workload between human touch and turnover intention. To examine them, over 700 ground handling employees from six international airports of South Korea were surveyed using the simple random sampling method. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire, and it was developed based on previous research results. The methodology adopted in this study is the structural equation modeling (SEM). According to SEM analysis, it was proven that both psychological and physical human touch have a significant effect on turnover intention of the employees. Work schedule played a mediating role among all three factors of human touch and turnover intention. However, workload has a mediating effect only between communication human touch and turnover intention. Based on the above findings, theoretical and practical implications are also discussed.

공항 안전관리시스템이 경영성과에 미치는 영향

In this article, we verify to influence in the management performance by the safety management system that is recommended by the ICAO for the safety management on the airside area in the airport. Also, We present a comprehensive mediator effect that the employees perceive safety culture and safety behavior. We design how participants were selected as study the employees from 4 airports on the airside areas of the Incheon International Airport, Gimpo International Airport, Jeju International Airport and Gimhae International Airport in the Korea using the simple random sampling method. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire, and it was developed. Data analysis was to conduct structural equation modeling. Test of the hypotheses were verified to Maximum Likelihood Estimator. As a result of the analysis, safety behavior and risk management of the safety management system found out that affect management performance. Also, the employees of a high awareness about safety policy could be seen that is a high impact on management performance through a safety culture and a safety behavior. Safety behavior has significant mediator effect within the relationship between the safety management system and management performance. So, We provide guidance of the safety policies for the safety management on the airside area in the airport.
