설문조사를 기반으로 한 특허 전략 수립에 관한 고찰 : 스마트폰 카메라 분야를 중심으로

Generally patent strategies are derived through quantitative and qualitative analysis of data collected from patent databases in related fields. In areas where customer needs are important, changes in technology are sensitive to user needs and strategies for securing customer-centric technologies are established. In this paper, we study how a user survey result, which is mainly used as a method to grasp the customer 's demand can be combined with quantitative patent data analysis, which is a traditional approach, in order to develop patent strategy. Establish various patent strategies based on the similarities or differences between the survey results and the patent quantitative analysis results. In a case study of smartphone camera, we show that our patent strategies proposed in 2013 are alined with the trends of actual products developed later. Also, we propose guidelines how to design survey questionaries and how to analyze the survey result for developing patent strategy. 일반적으로 특허 전략은 특허 데이터베이스로부터 해당 분야의 특허를 검색하여 수집한 데이터의 정량·정성 분석을 통해 도출한다. 기술 분야 중 고객 가치의 제고가 중요한 분야에서는 기술이 사용자의 요구에 민감하게 변화하며 고객의 요구를 충족하는 고객 중심 기술 확보 전략을 세운다. 하지만 이러한 분야의 특허 전략 도출을 위해서 사용자의 요구나 만족도를 반영한 특허 분석은 이어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 특허 전략을 수립하기 위한 특허 분석의 전통적인 방법인 출원 수 중심의 정량분석 방법에 고객의 요구를 파악하는 방법으로 주로 이용 되는 기법인 설문조사 결과를 연계하는 방안을 제안한다. 설문조사 결과와 특허 정량 분석 결과의 유사점이나 차이점에 따라 다양한 특허 확보 전략을 수립한다. 사례 연구로 2013년 스마트폰 카메라 분야를 대상으로 제시한 다양한 특허 전략이 수년간 실제 제품 개발 동향과 어떻게 일치하는지 확인한다. 또한, 특허 전략 수립에 활용하기 위한 설문지 설계와 응답 결과 분석 가이드라인을 제시한다.

Background: Chronic wounds of the lower extremities are challenging to treat. Recently, honey-based dressings have been shown beneficial effects in diabetic foot ulcers and venous ulcers. Here, we compared Medihoney alginate with a standard alginate dressing in lower extremity chronic wounds.Methods: We performed retrospective chart reviews of 37 patients between January 2019 and January 2021 with chronic lower extremity wounds who were treated with an Algisite M dressing (group A) or a Medihoney alginate dressing (group B). Microorganisms isolated from wound cultures, weekly decrease in wound area over 4 weeks, the number of patients who achieved complete wound closure, and the amount of time required for wound closure were compared between the two groups. Results: Sixteen patients were assigned to group A and 21 to group B. The isolated microorganisms were confirmed as methicillin-susceptible Staphylococcus aureus most commonly, followed by methicillin-resistant S. aureus. Wound area decreased from 12.71 to 2.34 cm<sup>2</sup> in group A and from 14.07 to 1.71 cm<sup>2</sup> in group B (P<0.05). Seven patients achieved complete wound closure in group A (43.75%) and 15 patients in group B (71.43%). Mean duration of wound closure was 36.31 days in group A and 34.62 days in group B.Conclusion: Considering the more rapid decrease in wound area in group B, application of a honey-containing alginate dressing to lower extremity chronic wounds, especially those infected with antibiotic-resistant bacteria, was proved to be a good treatment option.
톳(Hizikia fusiformis) 분말을 첨가한 양갱의 이화학적 품질특성 및 항산화 효과

The seaweed Hizikia fusiformis is rich in protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. We investigated the physicochemical properties and antioxidant activities of yanggaeng made with agar, sugar, honey, oligosaccharide, cooked white bean paste, and different amounts (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5%) of H. fusiformis powder. The proximate composition, pH, sugar content, color, texture, antioxidant activity, and sensory properties of the yanggaeng were investigated. The moisture and sugar contents of the yanggaeng did not change despite increasing the amount of H. fusiformis. The pH decreased with increasing H. fusiformis. The lightness decreased significantly, whereas the redness and yellowness increased with increasing amounts of H. fusiformis. In the texture profile analysis, the hardness, gumminess, and chewiness decreased with increasing H. fusiformis content. The antioxidant activity of the yanggaeng increased with the concentration of the H. fusiformis powder. The yanggaeng containing 2% H. fusiformis had the highest overall sensory acceptance score. The addition of H. fusiformis to yanggaeng appears to improve its quality and antioxidant activity.

This study investigated the physicochemical properties and antioxidant activities of yanggaeng prepared from agar, sugar, honey, oligosaccharide, cooked white bean paste, and different amounts (0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, and 2.5%) of Pyropia yezoensis powder. The moisture, pH, sugar content, color, texture, antioxidant activity, and sensory properties of yanggaeng were investigated. The moisture content of yanggaeng did not change despite the increasing amount of P. yezoensis. The pH and sugar content decreased with increasing P. yezoensis concentration. The lightness decreased significantly, whereas the redness and yellowness increased with increasing amounts of P. yezoensis. Regarding texture profile analysis, the hardness, gumminess, chewiness, and cohesiveness decreased with increasing P. yezoensis content. The antioxidant activity of yanggaeng increased with increasing concentrations of P. yezoensis powder. Yanggaeng containing 2.5% P. yezoensis had the highest overall sensory acceptance score. Therefore, the addition of P. yezoensis to yanggaeng appears to improve its quality and antioxidant activity.
치어기 넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus)의 저어분사료와 첨가제로써의 동애 등에(Hermetia illucens) 이용성 평가

This study aimed to evaluate the utilization of low fish meal (LFM) diet and black soldier fly (BSF) Hermetia illucens meal supplementation in LFM diet as a fish meal (FM) replacer or functional additive for juvenile olive flounder Paralichthys olivaceus. Three LFM diets were prepared to contain 30, 25, and 20% FM, respectively (designated as F30, F25, and F20). Three BSF diets were prepared by adding 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0% BSF in the LFM diets, respectively (designated as F30B2.0, F25B2.5, and F20B3.0). A total of 540 fish (initial mean body weight: 22.3±0.01g) were randomly distributed into 18 tanks (240 L) in triplicate groups and fed the experimental diets twice daily for 12 weeks. Results showed that there were no significant differences in the growth performance, feed utilization and survival among all the groups. Lysozyme activity significantly increased in F30B2.0 and F25B2.5 groups compared to their respective LFM groups. Total immunoglobulin was significantly higher in F30 group than in F20 group. Antiprotease and myeloperoxidase activities were significantly higher in F30B2.0 group than in F20 group. Innate immunity gradually decreased with decreasing FM level in all the groups. BSF supplementation significantly improved immunity compared to their respective LFM diets. Therefore, BSF could be used as an immuno-stimulant supplement in LFM diets for P. olivaceus.
