        美 IPS(Integrated Product Support)의 국내 적용 방안 연구

        무기체계가 첨단화, 복잡화 되어감에 따라 현대전은 무기체계의 비중이 더욱 높아지고 있으며, 무기체계에 대한 전투준비 태세와 수명주기비용에 더욱 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 국내에서도 TLCSM을 적용 추진 중이나 국내 실정상 내재화 에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히 기존 ILS 개념은 총수명주기 개념을 충족하기 어려운 한계에 있으므로 총수명주기를 고려한 IPS로 변화하는 과정이 필요하다. 본 연구는 해외 선진사례를 검토하고, 국내 실정에 맞게 ‘한국형 IPS 요소’의 정의를 정립 하는 데에 그 목표가 있다. 한국에서 수행중인 ILS와 미국의 IPS 개념을 비교하여 분석하고, 한국과 미국의 획득체계 및 환경 비교분석을 통해 국내 적용의 실효성 및 현실성을 파악한다. 그리고 실무자 혼선을 최소화하고 신규 정책이 연착륙할 수 있도 록 ‘한국형 IPS 요소’를 정의한다. ‘한국형 IPS’는 무기체계의 전투준비태세 유지와 수명주기비용 감소를 목적으로 총수명주 기간 무기체계를 지원하는 12대 요소로 정의할 수 있다. ‘한국형 IPS’는 국내 TLCSM 정책 추진을 뒷받침할 수 있는 중요한 개념이 될 것이다. As the weapon systems become more and more complicated and more complex, the proportion of weapon systems in modern warfare is increasing, and there is a growing interest in the combat readiness and life c ycle c ost of t he w eapon systems. A ccordingly, a lthough TLCSM is b eing a pplied in K orea, it i s having difficulties in internalizing it. In particular, since the existing ILS concept is difficult to meet the total life cycle concept, a process of changing to IPS considering the total life cycle is required. The goal of this study is to review the best practices abroad, and establish a definition of 'Korean IPS factor' to suit domestic conditions. It compares and analyzes the concept of ILS in Korea and IPS in the United States, and grasps the effectiveness and reality of domestic application through comparative analysis of acquisition systems and environments between Korea and the United States. In addition, the “Korean IPS element” is defined to minimize confusion among working-level workers and allow new policies to land softly. The 'Korean IPS' can be defined as the 12 elements that support the weapon system for a lifetime for the purpose of maintaining the weapon system's combat readiness and reducing the life cycle cost. The ‘Korean IPS’ will be an important concept that can support the promotion of domestic TLCSM policies.

        무기체계 수명주기관리를 위한 체계지원관리 발전방안 연구

        In US, IPS elements under the concept of TLCSM are developed to conduct life cycle management of weapon system. Recently, Department of Defense of Korea also enacted the directive for the Life-cycle management and is introducing life cycle management in earnest. However, the directive implementation plan for IPS development is insufficient. This study focuses on the PSM(Product support management) element among the IPS elements. This is because the PSM is a key element to reinforce connectivity from acquisition phase to operation and sustainment phase, and it is a unique element unlike the other 11 elements of the IPS. We analyze the concepts and activities of the PSM element presented in the directive, and suggest improvement directive by considering domestic applicability and the US case. 미국은 총수명주기체계관리(TLCSM) 개념 하에서 통합체계지원(IPS) 요소를 개발 및 확보하여, 무기체계의 수명주기관리를 수행하고 있다. 최근 한국의 국방부도 총수명주기관리업무훈령을 제정하여 본격적으로 수명주기관리를 도입하고 있다. 하지만 IPS 개발의 구체적인 실행방안에 대해서 구체화가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 IPS 요소 중 ‘체계지원관리’ 요소에 대하여 집중 연구한다. 체계지원관리 요소는 획득-운영유지 단계의 연계성 확보를 위한 핵심 요소로써, IPS의 다른 11개 요소와는 다르게 특수성을 가진 요소이기 때문이다. 훈령에서 제시된 체계지원관리 요소의 개념 및 활동에 대해 분석하고, 미국 사례를 바탕으로 국내 적용성을 판단하여 발전방안을 제안한다.

        능동위상배열 안테나 고장 특성을 고려한 신뢰도 분석 방안 연구

        Purpose: There is the limit of the existing methods (k of N model) applied in the reliability analysis of the active phased array antenna. In this study, we propose a new analysis methods considering the failure characteristics. Methods: In this study, the fault characteristics of the active phased array antenna are defined and the cases are summarized. And that simulate failure situations in all cases. Results: As a result of simulations, other cases of failure besides the previously defined failure cases occurred. Conclusion: Therefore, the new method is more accurate than the existing method to perform a reliability analysis method considering fault characteristics of active phased array antenna.

        최적 예방정비주기 설정을 위한 무기체계 모델링 기법

        The study of optimal preventive maintenance interval is an important topic primarily because it is an efficient way to maximize operational availability of a weapon system using only small resources. A study of this kind is handled by using simulation methods. In this paper, we propose a modeling method of weapon systems that may be used for optimal preventive maintenance interval and analyzed optimal alternatives. The Modeling and Simulation (M&S) method is quite useful compared with the mathematical approach, since M&S is a stochastic analysis. It considers the randomness of the failure rate, repair time and operation schedule. Using this method, therefore, allows us to achieve more reliable results from other mathematical approaches. First, we analyze the mathematical approach using the existing papers. Second, we introduce a model, called the General Model, which reflects the operational concept and maintenance policies of a general weapon system. It may be customized to fit specific systems. Third, we present a specific case using UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) system, and customize that model. Finally, we arrive at an optimal solution by simulating that model.

      • 확장형 대학 학사행정 eXCampus 시스템 개발

        대학에서 사용하고 있는 학사행정 시스템은 다양하게 변모하는 국가교육 정책과 대학의 특성에 따라 급속히 변모하고 있다. 4년제 대학과 2,3년제 대학에서 사용하는 학사행정 시스템은 규모의 차이가 있지만 유사한 구조를 가지고 있다. 따라서 국가의 교육정책과 대학 특성에 적당한 표준화된 학사 행정시스템의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 기존의 대학 학사행정 시스템은 상당히 많은 구축비용과 구축시간이 소모되었다. 또한 개발된 시스템이 복잡하여 기기에 따른 호환성이 떨어지고 유지보수 및 새로운 기능을 추가 할 경우 상당히 많은 어려움이 있었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 표준화 되고 필요한 부분의 기능을 확장할 수 있는 확장형 대학 학사행정 eXCampus 시스템을 개발하게 되었다 본 논문에서 개발한 eXCampus 시스템을 활용한다면 더욱 편리하고 표준화된 방법으로 학사행정 시스템을 쉽고 빠르게 구축 할 수 있을 것이라 확신한다. Bachelor Administrative System used in university is to be transformed rapidly depending on the national education policy change in various ways and the nature of the university. At 4-years and 2, 3-years universities"s Bachelor Administrative System has difference scale structure, but use the similar structure. Thus, the appropriate standard Bachelor Administrative System is required according to characteristics of the country"s university education policies and administrative systems. The Conventional University Bachelor Administrative System has a significant amount of construction cost and time was consuming. In addition, maintenance and compatibility are falling, if you want to add new features, complexity of a system developed in accordance with the instrument has many difficulty. In order to solve this problem, we develop the Extension University Bachelor Administrative System which is standardized and can extend the functionality of the necessary parts. If you use the developed eXCampus in this paper, we can assure that quickly and easily more convenient and standardized way to build Bachelor Administrative System.

        Quinones (menadione, benzoquinone, 및 2,3-dimethoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone)의 혈소판 세포독성

        Our previous studies demonstrated that quinone (menadione) is cytotoxic to rat platelets. In an attempt to assess the relative contributions of redox cycling and/or arylation in quinone-induced cytotoxicity, we have studied three quinones with different mechanisms: 2, 3-dimethoxy-1, 4-naphthoquinone (DMNQ; pure redox cycler), menadione (both redox cycler and arylator), and 1, 4-benzoquinone (pure arylator). The order of redox cycling capacity in platelet rich plasma (PRP) isolated from rats was menadione>DMNQ>1, 4-benzoquonone, which was consistent with the previous studies using isolated hepatocytes. 1, 4-Benzoquinone was more toxic to rat platelets than menadione, while DMNQ did not cause cell death at all. Lactate dehydrogenase inhibition studies revealed that 1, 4-benzoquinone inhibited significantly in a time-dependent manner, while menadione and DMNQ did not at all. These results suggested that arylation by quinone compounds might play a critical role in quinone-induced cytotoxicity in rat platelets.

      • 손상골조직의 치유에 영향을 미치는 물질에 관한 연구

        We investigated the effect of safflower-seed on healing of the open tibial fracture in rats. A total eighty male rats (13 weelts,450-500 g) were divided into two groups and immediately afterfracturing the tibia, normal or 10% safflower-seed diet were giver arbitrarity. This treatment wasgiven for 8 weeks. Five er six rats were killed from each group at t, 3. 5. 7 days and 2, 4, 6, 8 weeksafter fracture. Fracture healing was evaluated by eramining the degree of wound healingmacroscopically, radiographf, bone histomorphonletry and histologfcal examination. After 1, 3, 5, 7days. the wound healiug was accelerated in safflower- seed diet group. Radiography does not reveal thedifference in fracture healing between two groups. After 2 weeks, safflower- seed had aB significant,stiinutatory effect on exterBal callus formation (p <0.05). But after 4, 6,8 weeks, no difference was otserved between normal and safflower-seed diet group in callus size. After 2,4,6 and 8 weeks, the hist☞logical study also revealed that the area of cartilage over the fracture site with bone on each side wasdecreased by endochondral ossification in safflower-seed diet group faster than in normal diet group. loconclusion, safflower- see4 stimulate fracture healing during the initial healing phase by enhancing thecallus formation.

      • SLAM 기술을 이용한 자율주행 경로 안내 로봇 개발

        본 논문에서는 ROS(Robot Operating System)를 기반으로 한 로봇(Robot)에 LiDAR 센서를 설치하여 SLAM(Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) 기술인 동시적 위치 추적 지도 작성 기법을 이용하여 실내 맵 정보를 습득하고, 이를 기반으로 장애물과 건물 실내를 안전하고 정확하게 이동할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 로봇에 자바에서 제공하는 개발 툴킷 Swing 및 AWT 라이브러리를 이용하여 GUI(Graphical User Interface)를 구현하였고 터치스크린을 장착하여 사용자가 원하는 제품을 선택하고 선택한 제품의 목적지를 습득한 맵을 토대로 좌표 값을 설정하여 ROS에서 지원하는 이동 프로세스를 실행시켜 목적지까지 경로를 설정하고 자율 주행하게 된다.

        Menadione에 의한 흰쥐 혈소판 세포독성에서 nitric oxide의 역할

        Nitric oxide, a physiological transmitter, is reported to mediate cellular injury in various tissues. Its reactivity to free radical is believed to be one of the reasons for its involvement in cytotoxicity. Menadione, a representative quinone, is cytotoxic to several cell systems including isolated hepatocyte, endothelial cell and red blood cells. Its toxic mechanism is related to oxidative stress, mediated by toxic free radicals. Our previous studies demonstrated that menadione induced cell lysis and increase of oxygen consumption in platelets. It has been reported that platelets have nitric oxide producing enzyme, nitric oxide synthase. Thus, we have investigated to manifest the role of nitric oxide.in menadione-induced cytotoxicity in rat platelets. Menadione induced cytotoxicity in platelets was unaffected by $N^G$-nitro-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME), selective and competitive inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase. We also invesitgated the role of extracellular nitric oxide in menadione-induced cytotoxicity of platelets by addition with sodium nitroprusside (SNP). SNP did not affect platelet cytotoxicity by menadione. These results suggested that nitric oxide which was generated endogeneously or exogeneously might have a negligible role in menadione-induced cytotoxicity in rat platelets.
