In order to reduce the time and cost used in insurance processing, studies have been actively carried out to apply blockchain smart contract technology to car insurance. However, by using traffic data that is insufficient to prove accidents, existing studies are being exposed to the risk of insurance fraud, such as forgery and overstated damage by malicious insurers. To solve this problem, we propose an accident data-based reliability estimation model by using both various types of data through sensors, RSUs, and IoT devices embedded in automobiles and smart contracts. In particular, the regression model was applied in consideration of the weight estimation according to the type of traffic accident data and the reliability estimation model trained according to various accident situations. The proposed model is expected to effectively reduce fraud and insurance litigation while providing transparency in the insurance process and streamlining it is well.

백화사설초 추출물의 인체 대장암 세포주에서 항암효능에 관한 연구

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the anti-cancer effects of Oldenlandia diffusa extract on WiDr human colorectal adenocarcinoma cells. Methods : We examined cell death by (3-[4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) MTT assay and the caspase 3 and 9 activity assay with Oldenlandia diffusa extract. To examine the inhibitory effects of Oldenlandia diffusa extract, we performed a cell cycle (sub-G1) analysis and mitochondrial membrane potential for the WiDr cells after 24 hours with Oldenlandia diffusa extract. Results : 1. Oldenlandia diffusa extract induced cell death in WiDr cells. 2. The sub-G1 peak was increased by Oldenlandia diffusa extract in WiDr cells. 3. Oldenlandia diffusa extract leads to increase the mitochondrial membrane depolarization in WiDr cells. 4. Oldenlandia diffusa extract increases caspase 3 and 9 activities in WiDr cells. 5. Oldenlandia diffusa extract combined with several anti-cancer drugs (paclitaxel, 5-fluorouracil, cisplatin, ectoposide, doxorubicin and docetaxel) markedly inhibited the growth of WiDr cells compared to Oldenlandia diffusa extract and anti-cancer drugs alone. Conclusions : Oldenlandia diffusa extract has an apoptotic role in human colorectal cancer cells and a potential role in developing therapeutic agents against colorectal cancer.

블록체인 기반 공유 전동킥보드 이용자 관리 모델

As the use of shared electric kickboards is rapidly increasing, there are many cases of illegal parking of shared mobility. In order to solve this problem, local governments are taking measures such as towing illegally parked shared electric kickboards, but user management is not considered and the methods are inefficient. Accordingly, in this paper, we propose a blockchain-based shared electric kickboard user management model. The shared electric kickboard is equipped with a camera sensor and GPS that can check the parking status, and when the user ends the use of the shared electric kickboard, information on the parking status is collected through the installed sensors and the shared electric kickboard company You can check if the user has parked correctly. In addition, trust points are given according to the user's parking history and incentives are provided according to the trust points, inducing users to return the shared evangelism kickboard correctly. The information is shared through the consortium blockchain in which shared electric kickboard companies participate, enabling integrated user management of shared electric kickboard companies.

사상체질에 따른 여대생의 월경전 증후군 양상에 관한 연구

Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the premenstrual symptoms according to Sasang constitution and to utilize for understanding the characteristics of Sasang constitution. Methods Thirty one female university students participated in this study and Sasang Constitution and patterns of premenstrual symptoms was determined by Questionnaire for Sasang Constitution Classification (QSCC) II and premenstrual symptoms screening tool, respectively. For statistical analysis, chi-square test, analysis of variance and correlation test has been used. Results There existed significant differences in menstrual symptoms between Sasang constitutions. Taeumin had higher body mass index in severe PMS(Premenstrual Symptoms) group than normal/mild PMS group, and Soyang in and Soeumin are vice versa. Taeumin showed depressed mood and hopelessness, decreased interest in school activities, Soyangin showed decreased interest in home activities, and Soeumin showed decreased interest in social activities. In terms of interfered functional activities, Soyangin had increased feeling overwhelmed or out of control and Taeumin and Soeumin had increased hypersomnia. Conclusion Menstrual symptoms are different among Sasang constitutional types based on PSST(Premenstrual Symptoms Screening Tool). These results may serve as the basis in identifying and treating premenstrual syndromes related to Sasang constitution.

국어교육분야에서의 읽기 부진 연구 동향 : 주제범위 문헌고찰(Scoping Review)

This study explored the trends of research in low achievement in reading within the field of Korean Education. This is achieved by implementing a scoping review, which is one of the ways to analyze a body of literature systematically. Following multiple screenings and consultations with Korean Education experts, 26 studies have been identified from five major databases. The results show that the research in low achievement in reading began in 2000 and that the number of studies has been increasing since 2016. Researchers most often used “reading underachievement” to describe low achievement in reading, and more than one-third of the studies analyzed aimed to explore types of low achievement in reading. Among the studies, 77% were quantitative, whereas only 20% implemented qualitative research methods. More than half of the studies examined elementary level readers. Criteria to identify readers with low achievement were inconsistent across the studies. Discussions are provided.

This paper collects and examines Korean neologisms related to COVID-19 and analyzes their usage patterns. It also considers the methodology for the study of topic-specific neologisms. In order to achieve this, the paper follows two research frameworks: 1) “from COVID-19 to language”; 2) “from language to COVID-19”. The former examines the impact of COVID-19 on language and explores methods of collecting of COVID-19-related neologisms, for which it was first necessary to define the category of COVID-19 neologisms and discuss their distinguishing criteria. The second research framework explores how language informs us on the COVID-19 situation. The analysis of the time when a given COVID-19 neologism first appeared, the changes in occurrence frequency between January and July 2020, and the characteristics of the semantic categories shed light on the changes in South Korea’s politics, society, economy, culture and the overall lifestyle of Koreans owing to COVID-19. The value of this paper not only consists of examining how COVID-19 neologisms embody the introduction of and changes in political measures, the public perceptions, and the general issues regarding culture, society and economy, but also resides in our discussion of the methodology for extracting topic-specific neologisms and related issues.

한국어교재의 쓰기 활동에 반영된 교육내용 연구 - 북미와 호주 대학 교재를 중심으로 -

본 연구의 목적은 쓰기 능력 신장에 필요한 교육내용이 해외 한국어교재의 쓰기 활동에 균형있게 반영되었는지 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 문장·문단·글 단위의 쓰기 활동을 위해 필요한 한국어 쓰기 교육내용 범주를 설정하고, 세부적으로 문법 지식, 문장 구성, 문단 구성, 쓰기 과정, 쓰기 장르로 나누었다. 분석 대상은 북미와 호주 대학에서 널리 사용되는 초급, 중급의 한국어교재 4종을 선정하였다. 분석 결과 문법 지식, 문장 구성, 과정, 장르, 문단 구성의 순으로 교육내용이 많이 반영되었고, 문장 단위 쓰기는 주로 문법 지식을 학습하는 형태로 나타났다. 문장 단위 쓰기가 단순한 문법 연습으로 끝나지 않도록 단원안에서 문단, 글 단위 쓰기와 연결될 필요가 있다. 문단 단위의 쓰기가 극히 미미하여 이를 보완할 교육내용과 활동 연구가 필요하다. 글 단위 쓰기에서 과정이나 장르 관련 교육내용은 비교적 많이 반영된 편이나 과정에서는 내용 생성하기와 수정하기에 치우쳤고, 장르에서는 특정 유형의 장르를 쓰도록 지시하는데만 그쳤다. 통합 교재에서 쓰기 활동이 타 언어 활동과 유연하게 연계되도록 해야 한다. This study’s purposes are checking if writing teaching contents for developing writing ability are reflected in Korean textbooks in balance. I discussed about Korean writing teaching contents’ categories for writing sentences, paragraphs and texts. And I divided them 5 like this: grammar knowledges, constructing sentences, constructing paragraghs, writing processes, writing genres. I selected 4 kinds of Korean textbooks that are generally used in North American and Austrailian universities. In analysis, I cound find more teaching contents according to this order: grammar knowledges, constructing sentences, writing processes, writing genres, constructing paragraghs. Writing sentences’ activities need to be connected with writing paragragh or text, for avoiding simple grammar exercises. In writing paragragh, various contents and activities need to be developed to supply it. In writing text, contents about writing processes are restricted in generating ideas and revision. Contents about writing genres are restricted in directing specific kind of genres. To overcome this problems, writing activities need to be connected with speaking, listening and reading flexibly in same lessons.

미국 소재 한국 유치원의 음악교육: 한국의 문화 정체성과 교사의 신념이 음악교육에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine culture-specific characteristics of music education in US-based Korean preschools. Another objective is to examine how cultural identity and teachers’ beliefs regarding education are reflected in US-based Korean preschools’ musical practices. Results indicate that Korean preschools’ music practices are heavily influenced by Korean culture. A unique finding is that many Korean preschools have religious ties, and that these affiliations heavily influence their music education. Music tends to be used as a tool to disseminate Korean culture, rather than to teach it for the purpose of providing music education. From an educational point of view, such results indicate that early childhood music educators should strive for greater professional development and vocally advocate the importance of providing quality music education during students’early years in Korean preschools.
