동남권 신공항의 건설은 그 필요성에도 불구하고 지역 간 갈등으로 인하여 정부로부터 부적합하다는 판정을 받게 되었다. 따라서 신공항의 성공적 추진을 위해서는 이전과 같은 갈등구조를 벗어날 수 있는 새로운 접근방법의 모색이 요청된다. 본 연구에서는 부·울·경 주민들과 영남5개시·도 광역 및 기초의원에 대한 설문조사결과를 토대로 신공항의 바람직한 목표와 접근방식을 제시하고자 하였다. 분석결과 동남권에 거주하는 주민들과 지방의원들은 공통적으로 신공항의 바람직한 목표가 역내 균형발전 보다는 경쟁력 향상이 중요하다는 인식을 보였다. 지방의원에 대한 조사결과에 의하면 절충안으로 제시된 “가덕도를 우선 후보지 선정하고 부적합할 경우 밀양을 평가하는 방안”에 대해서는 부산권 지방의원들만 반대할 뿐 나머지 지역에서는 찬성비율이 높게 나타났다. 동 대안은 부산시에서 주장하는 대안과도 부합될 수 있으므로 부산권의 이해를 구한다면 지역간 갈등을 해소할 수 있는 유력한 대안이 될 수 있다고 여겨진다. 한편 주민조사에서 지역주도적 추진방법을 선호하고 있고, 부산시민의 경우 재정적 부담을 할 용의가 있다는 응답비율이 50%에 수준에 달하는 것은 지역주도적 방식의 가능성을 보여준다. 그리고 주민조사에서 대·경권을 입장을 충분히 반영해야 한다는 응답이 높게 나타난 점은 향후 추진과정에서 대구와 경북의 참여 혹은 특별한 배려가 필요함을 시사한다.

백서 두개부 결손부에 이식된 이종골 치유과정에 히알루론산이 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the tissue response in various bone grafting materials, especially xenogenous bone materials in vivo, compare of bone formation capacity of various bone grafting materials on rat skull defects and evaluate the effect of Hyaluronic acid on healing of human Demineralized Freezed Dried Bone allogenous graft (DFDBA) materials in rat calvarial defects. 30 Sprague-Dawly rats were divided into 4 groups. 7×7 ㎜ size bony defect were artificially prepared in the calvaria (both parietal bone) of all 30 rats and follwed group grafting of autogenous bone graft on right side and allogenic DFDBA on left side bone graft (rat DFDB) in 15 control group, but in 15 experimental group, xenograft (human DFDB) on left side, hyaluronic acid treated with xenograft on right side. Sequential sacrifices was performed at 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks of experiment. These specimens were stained with H&E and MT stain, and then histologic analysis under light microscope was carried out. There were inflammatory reaction in all graft material during early stage. Autogenous and Allogenous DFDBA graft group observed inflammatory reaction at 1 week. Xenograft group persistant inflammatory reaction until 4 weeks, but in HA treated xenograft group inflammatory reaction was decreased at 2 weeks. Osteoblastic activity in control group was begun at 2 week, xenograft group was delayed at 6 weeks, however HA treated xenograft group was begun at 4 weeks. At 2 week, mild osteoclastic activity were observed in all xenograft group not in concerned to HA, but there was no difference each group after 4 weeks. There are most activated angiogenesis around graft mateirals in xenograft group at 2 weeks, but in HA treated xenograft group, decreased angiogenesis was observed at same time. Bone formation and bone maturation of xenograft group, there was no difference in HA treatment, was less than control group. Fibrosis around xenograft materials were observed until 6 weeks, there was no difference between xenograft and HA treated groups.

The present study was carried out for investigating the effect of chromium on corrosion of low concentration alloy steels. Laboratory corrosion test for the investigation was made using alternate immersionin 3.5 percent sodium chloride solutions. Two kinds of alternate immersion cycle were adopted in this paper. One consists of totally immersing the specimens for 5-min. period followed by 35min. of air drying and the other consists of totally immersing the specimens of 35-min. period followed by 5min. of air drying above the solution. This cycle is repeated continuously for 20 days. The chromium alloy steels showed an effective corrosion resistance to the former cycle compared with the lattercycle. And the corrosion resistance of the chromium alloy steels was increased with increasing amount of chromium alloying element.

A feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effect of skip-a-day feeding program in early growing stage of male broiler chicks on the compensatory growth, and development of visceral organs during the later realimentation period. Day-old 328 male broiler chickens( Avian x Avian) were divided into control(ad libitum feeding) and skip-a-day feeding(limited feeding) treatments. Each treatment was consisted of 4 pens( replicates) of 41 birds each. Chickens on the skip-a-day program were fasted every other day during the second wk of age(8~15 d of age). During the starter period(0~4 wk), chickens were fed a commercial crumble diet. A commercial pellet diet was fed to chickens during the finishing period( 5~8 wk). Chickens were group-weighed every week, and one bird was selected from each pen to measure carcass characteristics. The skip-a-day program delayed the growth rate of male broilers up to 4 wk of age(P<o.05). The difference in BW, however, disappeared from 5 wk of age, indicating that compensatory growth occurred following realimentation. Although not significant, feed efficiency tended to improve by the skip-a-day feeding program However, the skip-a-day program failed to reduce abdominal fat padsize and mortality rate of male broiler chicks in this feeding trial.
