It is a very important element for information producer to provide lots of internet information, which is changed, upgraded and erased in every second on the net, to information customer in a right way. A search and analysis of dance sports web sites for the revival and social activation leads not only cultivation and developments of domestic dance sports and also the renaissance of dance sports and more publicity of dance sports internationally. This research estimates how formation, presentation, and contents of every web sites which we can get from internet web engine, EOO company, works on the standard of Korean Standards Association(as of 2002). In details, the analysis focuses on whether having communication system for users such as information of web master, international language service, active image, optimum web browser, contents, main menu, site map, links with other sites, free board, guest book and so on. In result of this research, management, conservation, and repairs of present dance sports web sites should be ahead of creating a new web site. Also, absence of basic formation elements in many parts is a problem. Therefore, improvement of well-organized web sites for creative arts of dance sports more than definitional, historical, and technical information of dance sports is suppose to contribute dance sports to be a major international sports and scholastic position.
영가철에 의한 토양 Cr(VI) 환원에 미치는 유기물 및 수분함량 영향

Current soil remediation principles for toxic metals have some limitations even though they vary with different technologies. An alternative technology that transforms hazardous substances into nonhazardous ones would be environmentally beneficial. Objective of this research was to assess optimum conditions for Cr(VI) reduction in soils as influenced by ZVI (Zero-Valent Iron), organic matter and moisture content. The reduction ratio of Cr(VI) was increased from 37 to 40% as organic matter content increased from 1.07 to 1.75%. In addition, Cr(VI) concentration was reduced as soil moisture content increased, but the direct effect of soil moisture content on Cr(VI) reduction was less than 5% of the Cr(VI) reduction ratio. However, combined treatment of ZVI (5%), organic matter (1.75%) and soil moisture (30%) effectively reduced the initial Cr(VI) to over 95% within 5 days and nearly 100% after 30 days by increasing oxidation of ZVI and concurrent reduction of Cr(VI) to Cr (III). The overall results demonstrated that ZVI was effective in remediating Cr(VI) contaminated soils, and the efficiency was synergistic with the combined treatments of soil moisture and organic matter.

효모의 질소대사의 조절 기작 중에시 Nitorgen Catabolite Repression(NCR)에 의해 그 발현이 조절되는 asparaginase Ⅱ의 구조 유전자인 ASP3 유전자을 대상으로 엽색체 서열을 비교한 결과, ASP3 유전자의 3' 인접염기서열이 rDNA 인접염기 서열과 동일하므로 염색체 DNA상에서도 ASP3 유전자가 rDNA에 인접하여 존재하는지를 규명하고자 한다. ASP3 유전자가 실제 염색체강에서 rRNA gene cluster에 삽입되어 있는지의 여부를 확인하기 위하여 plasmid YKW3를 다양한 제한효소로 절단하여 얻어진 여러 종류의 probe를 사용하여 Southern blot analysis를 한 결과 실제 효모 염색체상에 ASP3 유전자와 rRNA 유전자가 인접하여 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 ASP3 유전자는 염색체 DNA에서 rDNA cluster중에 삽입되어 존재할 가능성이 높고, 또한 ASP3 유전자의 발현도 rDNA 유전자들의 발현과 관련성이 있음을 추정할 수 있다. Recently it was found that the 3' flanking sequences of the yeast ASP3 gene were the same as the flanking sequences of 5S rRNA gene. In this study, Southern blot analyses were carried out by using the plasmid YKW3 which contains the entire ASP3 gene to determine the localization of the ASP3 gene on the yeast chromosome. With various ASP3 gene probes, the identical bands were detected in both the chromosomal DNA and the YKW3 plasmid, For instance, when BglⅡ digested genomic DNA was hybridized with the 2.8kb BglⅡ fragment containing the region of homology with the 5S rRNA gene, the same 2.8kb band were identified. In addition, the same 1.8kb band were detected when PstⅠ digested genomic DNA was hybridized with the 2.8kb BglⅡfragment and 540bp EcoRⅠ- PstⅠ fragment, respectively. These results suggested that the ASP3 gene might lie adjacent or be inserted into the rRNA gene clusters on the chromosome.
Characterization of the asp Mutations in Asparaginase Ⅱ-deficient Yeast Strains

We have studied the genomic structure of the ASP3 gene in the wild type and asp mutant Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains. The asp2. asp3 and asp6 mutant strains did not synthesize asparaginase Ⅱ under both nitrogen-starved and nitrogen-rich conditions. Southern blot analysis showed that the ASP3 gene was completely deleted in the asp3 mutant strain. In contrast, the ASP3 gene structure was essentially intact in the asp2 and asp6 mutant strains. Northern blot analysis indicated that the asp2 and asp6 mutants did not synthesize ASP3 mRNA in spite of the presence of an intact ASP3 gene. These results implied that the loss of asparaginase Ⅱ was related to the extensive deletion of the structural gene in the asp3 mutant strain or probably some defects in the regulatory genes in the asp2 and asp6 mutant strains.
