This study identified genomic factors associated with endoplasmic reticulum protein (ERp)29 gene expression in a genome-wide association study (GWAS) of genetic variants, including single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). In total, 373 European genes from the 1000 Genomes Project were analyzed. SNPs with an allelic frequency of less than or more than 5% were removed, resulting in 5,913,563 SNPs including in the analysis. The following expression quantitative trait loci (eQTL) from the long noncoding RNA LOC105372577 were strongly associated with ERp29 expression: rs6138266 (p<4.172e10), rs62193420 (p<1.173e10), and rs6138267 (p<2.041e10). These were strongly expressed in the testis and in the brain. The three eQTL were identified through a transcriptome-wide association study (TWAS) and showed a significant association with ERp29 and osteosarcoma amplified 9 (OS9) expression. Upstream sequences of rs6138266 were recognized by ChIP-seq data, while HaploReg was used to demonstrate how its regulatory DNA binds upstream of transcription factor 1 (USF1). There were no changes in the expression of OS9 or USF1 following ER stress.

Although women’s status in society have been improving, the existing space for women’s main activities is still perceived as limited in scope. In this respect, this study analyzes the domestic literature on women’s space and discusses the space for women with intent to gain some implications for further studies on space associated with women. Articles on women’s space were sub-classified in light of keywords, years of publication, sites, purposes, methods and journal categories, followed by network and frequency analyses. In addition, focus group interview was conducted to explore a new orientation for further studies. The degree centrality was found high in such keywords as ‘women’s clinics’, ‘CPTED’, ‘women-friendly cities’ and ‘femininity’. In addition, there is a paucity of studies on women’s space. Recent studies have diversified the scope of women’s space. At the same time, macroscopic ‘urban’ approaches to women’s space have lately been emerging. Finally, the focus group interview on women’s space highlighted the needs to further studies about ‘femininity, ‘maternity’, and ‘gender equality’ in space, and ‘safe environment’.

메타버스 플랫폼의 활성화로 이 플랫폼에서 사용되는 아이템을 제작하는 크리에이터의 수가 늘어나고 있으며, 아이템 제작 과정 사용 역시 증가하고 있다. 이렇게 사용이 늘어나고 있는 서비스를 대상으로 사용성 평가를 진행함으로써 문제점을 파악하는 것은 사용자 경험 향상을 위해 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현 서비스의 활성화와 사용자 경험의 개선을 위하여 다양한 사용성 평가 방법론을 활용하여, 문제점을 발견하고 그 발전 방향을 알아보고자 하였다.

리모델링관련 국내 선행연구 경향 분석 -디자인 및 계획계 문헌을 중심으로-

(Background and Purpose) Remodeling, as a measure to resolve deteriorating construction issues, is attracting attention for its various strong points such as eco-friendliness and economic efficiency. It is anticipated that finding improvement based on relevant studies would be highly helpful in developing the remodeling industry and making domestic deteriorated spaces better. This study, therefore, aims to provide basic data for further studies by analyzing the trends in the design and planning literature of remodeling research. This study also intends to address problems in existing studies and issues to remedy and promote the development of remodeling research. (Method) This study aims to provide basic study for analysis by examining the concept of remodeling and the political changes. To achieve the study purpose, content analysis of the existing remodeling studies was conducted after classifying them depending on the years of publication, the keywords, the study methods, and the study results. To be specific, frequency analysis and Gephi program-based network analysis were performed. For collecting literary data regarding remodeling, 100 papers on design and planning provided by Library Database (DB) were all investigated and the tendencies were analyzed. (Result) The study results are as follows. First, the remodeling studies began to increase in the beginning of 2000, but they have entered a downturn since 2008. It is considered that this was caused by the political effects of the times, such as the remodeling support policy enforced in the early 2000s and the reconstruction deregulation policy of 2008. Second, the studies on apartment remodeling occupied the largest proportion and they had the highest influence as well. The proportion of the studies on apartment housing has been gradually declining, whereas diverse studies on other fields are under way. Third, case studies on existing remodeling occupied the biggest proportion of the study methods. This means a variety of research methods needs to be attempted to obtain study findings from various angles. Fourth, the majority of the study results were to analyze and evaluate the existing spaces, and provide the related guides and directions.(Conclusion) The major characteristic of the remodeling design and planning studies is that they have close relations with policies and systems, unlike other space design studies. Besides, the proportion of the apartment housing studies has been reducing by gradation and the study topics have been diversifying, covering social and cultural factors. When it comes to the study methods and results, the majority of them were to analyze and evaluate the existing cases and this demonstrates there is a need to deal with more diversified study topics and methods.
