The Association of Long Noncoding RNA LOC105372577 with Endoplasmic Reticulum Protein 29 Expression: A Genome-wide Association Study

본 연구는 전장 유전체 연관성 분석(genome-wide association study, GWAS)을 통해 ERp29의 mRNA 발현과 관련된 유전좌위(expression quantitative trait loci, eQTL)을 식별하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 대상 유전자는 ERp29이다. ERp29는 소포체(ER)의 lumen에 단백질의 folding & assembly 기능을 가진 분자 chaperone 단백질로서 소포체 스트레스에 의해 발현량이 증가하며, 분비 단백질의 생합성에 관여한다. 최근 연구 결과 발암과 연관성이 알려지면서 주목을 받고 있다. 총 373명의 유럽인의 genome을 대상으로 GWAS 분석 결과, ERp29 유전자 발현은 정소와 뇌에서 강하게 발현하는 long noncoding RNA (LncRNA) LOC105372577과 관계가 있었다. 즉, 3개의 eQTL: rs6138266 (p<4.172e10-9), rs62193420 (p<1.173e10-8), rs6138267 (p<2.041e10-8)와 연관성이 깊은 것으로 밝혀졌다. ERp29의 발현과 연관이 있는 것으로 확인된 3개의 eQTL을 사용한 transcriptome-wide association study (TWAS) 결과 osteosarcoma amplified 9 (OS9) 발현과 유의한 연관성을 보이며 OS9 유전자의 up-stream에 upstream of transcription factor 1 (USF1)이 결합할 수 있는 것을 알았다. This study identified genomic factors associated with endoplasmic reticulum protein (ERp)29 gene expression in a genome-wide association study (GWAS) of genetic variants, including single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). In total, 373 European genes from the 1000 Genomes Project were analyzed. SNPs with an allelic frequency of less than or more than 5% were removed, resulting in 5,913,563 SNPs including in the analysis. The following expression quantitative trait loci (eQTL) from the long noncoding RNA LOC105372577 were strongly associated with ERp29 expression: rs6138266 (p<4.172e10), rs62193420 (p<1.173e10), and rs6138267 (p<2.041e10). These were strongly expressed in the testis and in the brain. The three eQTL were identified through a transcriptome-wide association study (TWAS) and showed a significant association with ERp29 and osteosarcoma amplified 9 (OS9) expression. Upstream sequences of rs6138266 were recognized by ChIP-seq data, while HaploReg was used to demonstrate how its regulatory DNA binds upstream of transcription factor 1 (USF1). There were no changes in the expression of OS9 or USF1 following ER stress.

여성공간에 관한 선행연구 경향 분석

여성들의 사회적 역할이 확대되고 지위가 상승하고 있으나 기존의 공간은 아직도 여성들의 주요 활동 공간이 제한된 범위에 머물러 있다는 인식 안에 있다. 본 연구는 여성과 공간에 대한 선행 연구 분석과 토론을 통해 기존의 여성 공간 연구를 검토하고 앞으로의 연구의 방향을 모색하고자 한다. 연구방법으로 선행 문헌을 키워드, 게재연도, 연구대상지, 연구목적, 연구방법, 학회지 분야의 유목별로 분류하여 분석하였다. 아울러, 초점집단면접(focus group interview)을 실시해 기존 공간의 문제점을 제시하고 새로운 연구의 방향을 모색하였다. 키워드의 네트워크 분석 결과, ‘여성전문병원’, ‘CPTED(crime prevention through environmental design’, ‘여성친화도시’, ‘여성성’이 연결 중심성이 높게 나타났다. 아울러 그동안의 여성 공간에 대한 연구는 절대적으로 부족한 실정이나, 최근 연구 공간의 범위가 다양해지고 있으며, ‘도시’적 관점에서 여성 공간에 접근하는 거시적이고 입체적 연구가 활발해지고 있다. 마지막으로 여성 공간에 대한 초점집단면접을 통해, 여성의 니즈에 대한 심층적 연구를 통한 ‘여성성’과 ‘출산·양육’을 고려한 공간 연구와 ‘양성 평등 공간’ 및 ‘안전한 공간’에 대한 연구가 요구되었다. Although women’s status in society have been improving, the existing space for women’s main activities is still perceived as limited in scope. In this respect, this study analyzes the domestic literature on women’s space and discusses the space for women with intent to gain some implications for further studies on space associated with women. Articles on women’s space were sub-classified in light of keywords, years of publication, sites, purposes, methods and journal categories, followed by network and frequency analyses. In addition, focus group interview was conducted to explore a new orientation for further studies. The degree centrality was found high in such keywords as ‘women’s clinics’, ‘CPTED’, ‘women-friendly cities’ and ‘femininity’. In addition, there is a paucity of studies on women’s space. Recent studies have diversified the scope of women’s space. At the same time, macroscopic ‘urban’ approaches to women’s space have lately been emerging. Finally, the focus group interview on women’s space highlighted the needs to further studies about ‘femininity, ‘maternity’, and ‘gender equality’ in space, and ‘safe environment’.

협상자의 사회적 동기의 역학: 협상자의 기만 행동 의도에 미치는 사회적 동기와 신뢰의 효과

본 연구는 두 협상 당사자의 사회적 동기의 역동적인 효과가 통합적 협상에서 기만 행동 의도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 먼저 두 협상자의 사회적 동기 (협동적 동기와 이기적 동기)의 조절효과가 상대방에 대한 신뢰 수준을 통제한 후 협상자의 기만 행동 의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았고, 이어 협상 상대방의 사회적 동기를 통제한 후, 협상자의 사회적 동기와 신뢰의 상호작용이 협상자의 기만 행동 의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 협동이론에 따르면 이기적 동기의 협상자는 협동적 동기의 협상자에 비해 협상에서 기만 행동을 할 의도를 더 높게 가진다. 다시 말해서 협동적 동기의 협상자가 이기적 동기의 협상자에 비해 협상에서 기만 행동을 할 의도가 낮다. 협상자의 사회적 동기와 기만 행동의 관계는 협상 상대방이 협동적 동기를 가지고 있는 경우 더 강하게 나타난다. 즉, 협상자와 협상상대방 모두 협동적인 동기를 가지고 있을 때에만 기만 행동을 할 의도가 매우 낮게 나타난다. 협동적 동기를 가지고 있다는 것이 이기적 동기를 가진 협상자에게 상대방을 이용하여 자신의 이익을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이라는 단서를 제공할 가능성이 있기 때문이다. 같은 이유로, 협상자가 협동적 동기를 가지고 협상 상대방에 대해서 높은 신뢰를 가지고 있을 경우에만 협상 중 기만 행동을 할 의도를 낮게 가진다. 50명을 대상으로 한 시나리오 방법을 활용한 연구 결과, 협동적 동기를 가진 협상자는 이기적 동기를 가진 협상자에 비해 협상에서 기만 행동을 할 의도를 적게 가지고 있었다(가설1). 더불어 협상 상대방이 협동적 동기를 가지고 있거나 (가설2) 협상자가 협상 상대방에 대하여 높은 신뢰를 가지고 있는 경우 (가설3), 협동적 동기를 가진 협상자가 이기적 동기를 가진 협상자에 비해 협상에서 기만 행동을 할 의도를 낮게 가지고 있었다. 이기적 동기를 가진 협상자는 협상 상대방의 사회적 동기나 협상 상대방에 대한 신뢰 수준에 무관하게 비슷한 수준의 기만 행동 의도를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. This study investigates the dynamic effect of two negotiators’ social motives on the intention to deceive in integrative negotiation. We firstly test how two negotiators’ social motives (i.e., prosocial vs. pro-self) draw their intention of deceptive behavior above and beyond the impact of the trust level toward the other party. Next, we find the moderating effect of trust (high vs. low) towards the counterpart on the relationship between a negotiator’s social motive and the intention of deceptive behavior, controlling the other party’s social motives. Based on the Cooperation theory (Deutsch, 1949, 1969, 1973), a pro-self negotiator is more likely to have an intention to deceive than a prosocial negotiator does. Moreover, only when two negotiators have cooperative motives, the intention to deceive significantly decreases because having a prosocial motive may provide a cue to exploit the negotiator to a pro-self negotiator like in other cases (e.g., prosocial - pro-self or pro-self - pro-self combinations). The intention to deceive also decreases only when a negotiator has a prosocial motive and a high level of trust toward the counterpart. These arguments are supported by participants (N=50) who participate in a scenario-based negotiation. Prosocial negotiators are less likely to engage in deceptive behavior when negotiating with another prosocial negotiator or when they have a high level of trust towards the counterpart. Unlike prosocial negotiators, pro-self negotiators may have a higher intention to deceive the counterpart regardless of the counterpart’s social motive or their trust level toward the counterpart.

메타버스 플랫폼의 활성화로 이 플랫폼에서 사용되는 아이템을 제작하는 크리에이터의 수가 늘어나고 있으며, 아이템 제작 과정 사용 역시 증가하고 있다. 이렇게 사용이 늘어나고 있는 서비스를 대상으로 사용성 평가를 진행함으로써 문제점을 파악하는 것은 사용자 경험 향상을 위해 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현 서비스의 활성화와 사용자 경험의 개선을 위하여 다양한 사용성 평가 방법론을 활용하여, 문제점을 발견하고 그 발전 방향을 알아보고자 하였다.

리튬이차전지의 열화 현상은 양극, 음극, 전해액, 집전체 각 구성의 이유로 인해 매우 복잡하다. 전지의 열화를 이해하기 위해 리튬이차전지의 전해액 고갈과 전지적 연결성 저감 현상을 구현하고 각 현상에서의 전기화학특성을 확인하였다. 단일 열화의 전기화학적 실험 데이터는 추후 전지의 복합열화 셀에서 주요 열화 원인을 분석하기 위한 기초 자료로 사용될 것이다. The mechanism of degradation in lithium ion batteries (LIB) was complex, which there are various reasons with cathode, anode, electrolyte, and current collector. The artificial singular degradation cells as electrolyte depletion and electric network loss were reproduced for understanding degradation in LIB. The electrolyte depletion in the cell leads to loss of capacity with different voltage profile. The electric network loss in the electrode shows dramatic capacity loss with low cycle retention. Based on experimental data from electrochemical performance are presented for degradation cells.

The swing noise of an excavator is reduced in this study. When an excavator is under a swing motion, it produces the annoying noise which is required to be reduced. To identify the characteristics of the swing noise, the signals of noise and vibration from an excavator are measured during the swing motion. From the variation of the driving motor speed, the noise and vibration signals are picked up and plotted in the waterfall plots. From the waterfall plots, we identify the frequency components corresponding to the driving motor frequency, the gear mesh frequency of the planetary gear, and their harmonics. In addition, the natural frequencies and modes of the center frame are extracted by using the experimental modal test. It is found that the swing noise is amplified when the gear mesh frequencies coincide with the natural frequencies of the center frame. To reduce the swing noise, the structural modification is performed to the center frame. Finally, it is observed that the noise is considerably reduced by the structural modification.
