여성의 폐경과 모유수유 기간 및 첫출산 연령과 대사증후군의 연관성에 관한 융합적 고찰

본 연구는 여성의 건강요인과 대사증후군의 상관성을 연구하기 위해 2012-2014년 국민건강영양조사 원시자료 를 이용하여 최종 6743명을 분석대상자로 하였다. 여성건강과 대사증후군과의 관련성을 보기 위한 나이 지역, 가구수 입, 흡연, 직업을 보정 한 모델에서 폐경 전보다 폐경후가 1.44배 (95% CI:1.09-1.90)로 높아 유의하였고 첫 출산 연령 군은 25세 이하 출산 연령군에 비교하여 26-30 세 그룹에서는 0.81배 (95% CI: 0.68-0.98), 31세 이상은 0.62배 (95% CI: 0.45-0.87)로 첫출산 연령이 높아질수록 대사증후군의 위험이 감소하였다. 결론적으로 대사증후군은 폐경과 첫출산 연령과 밀접하게 연관되어 있으며 향후 여성을 대상으로 하는 교육 프로그램을 개발함에 있어서 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. The purpose of this study was investigate the association between birth age related health factors and metabolic syndrome in women. The data of 6743 women from Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(2012-2014 KNHANES) were analyzed. Dependent variable was metabolic syndrom related variables were collected. Menopause status was associated with metabolic syndrome [odds ratio of with post-menopause 1.44(95% CI: 1.09-1.90)]. First birth age was associated with metabolic syndrome [odds ratio of women with 26-30 year : 0.81 (95% CI: 0.68-0.98); odds ratio of women 31 year over: 0.62(95% CI: 0.45-0.87)] after adjusted for age, region, household income, smoking, occupation. In conclusion, the metabolic syndrome is closely related to menopause and first birth age, and will be used as a basic data in developing future educational programs for women.
Agile Software Development Framework in a Small Project Environment

Agile methods are highly attractive for small projects, but no agile method works well as a standalone system. Therefore, some adaption or customization is always required. In this paper, the Agile Framework for Small Projects (AFSP) was applied to four industry cases. The AFSP provides a structured way for software organizations to adopt agile practices and evaluate the results. The framework includes an extended Scrum process and agile practices, which are based on agility and critical success factors in agile software projects that are selected from Scrum, XP, FDD, DSDM and Crystal Clear. AFSP also helps software managers and developers effectively use agile engineering techniques throughout the software development lifecycle. The case study projects were evaluated on the basis of risk-based agility factors, the agility of the adopted practices,agile adoption levels, and the degree of the agile project success. The analysis of the results showed that the framework used in the aforementioned cases was effective
동물암 세포에 있어서의 Adriamycin이 핵산대사에 미치는 영향

Adriamycin is an antibiotics of the anthracycline group which strongly inhibits a variety of transplantable tumors. It is currently being used for the treatment of human cancer. Treatment of the cultured L5178Y cells with $0.1{\mu}g/ml$ adriamycin for 4hrs, which led to 80~85% cell kill, inhibited only slightly and to the same extent (10~20%) the synthesis of DNA, RNA and protein. The results suggested that cell death was not caused primarily by the inhibition of DNA synthesis in L5178Y cells. Studies of the effect of adriamycin on various RNA species showed that the synthesis of ribosomal RNA was more susceptible to inhibition by the drug than messenger RNA or heterogeneous nuclear RNA. The synthesis of small cytoplasmic RNA species, including transfer RNA, was not significantly inhibited under the condition which resulted in almost complete inhibition of ribosomal RNA synthesis. Adriamycin 을 배양중에 있는 생쥐의 임파종양 L5178Y 세포에 처리하여 다음과 같은 세포독성 및 핵산 대사에 미치는 영향을 관찰하였다. 1) DNA 합성, RNA 합성 및 단백질 합성에 미치는 영향은 거의 비슷하였다. 즉 $0.1{\mu}g/ml$에서 4시간 처리했을때 80~85%의 세포치사를 일으키는데 이때 DNA 합성, RNA 합성 및 단백질 합성을 약 10~20% 정도로 거의 비슷하게 저해하였다. 그러므로 Adriamycin에 의한 세포치사의 주원인은 직접적인 DNA 합성 저해가 아니라 DNA 기능 즉 생존에 필수적인 RNA 합성이거나 단백질 합성 저해인 듯하다. 2) 여러 가지 종의 RNA 에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과 핵 RNA 합성 보다는 세포질 RNA 합성을 보다 예민하게 저해하였으며 메센져 RNA 보다는 리보좀 RNA 합성을 보다 예민하게 저해하였다. 이때 transfer RNA 를 포함한 분자량이 작은 RNA 합성에는 별로 영향을 미치지 않았다.

Objectives. To investigate expressions of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases (TIMPs)in squamous cell carcinoma of the tonsil and to correlate expression profiles with clinicopathological characteristics. Methods. Paraffin blocks were obtained from 45 tonsil squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) patients, who underwent surgery as an initial treatment between 1994 and 2004, and from 20 normal controls. Expressions of MMP-2, MMP-9, MMP-13, TIMP-1, and TIMP-2 were investigated immunohistochemically. Results. The expressions of MMPs (except MMP-2) and TIMPs were found to be significantly different in tonsil SCC and normal control tissues. Furthermore, MMP-13 expression was found to be correlated with tumor invasion (P=0.05), and the expressions of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 with nodal metastasis (P=0.048, 0.031). No relation was found between MMP or TIMP expression and recurrence. However, MMP-9 expression was found to be significantly associated with 5-year survival in tonsil SCC patients by multivariate analysis (hazard ratio, 3.853; P=0.013). Conclusion. Significant overexpressions of multiple MMPs and TIMPs were found in tonsil SCC tissues. Furthermore, our findings suggest that MMP-9 expression might be a useful prognostic factor.
