Vacuum Filtration method를 이용한 단섬유(short fiber) 배열 영향성 분석

Although composite materials are increasingly utilized in general high-strength structures, the demand of performance characteristics as the multifunctional materials has been increased especially in the area of complex electronic devices. While the heat dissipation properties of devices are typically required properties, control of thermal property of composite material especially in the vertical direction is one of the problems to be solved due to its lamination process. In this study, CFRP was manufactured using the Vacuum filtration method for three types of solvent and CFs. In the composite material manufacturing process, the effect of solvent was examined using three solvents where solvents are most frequently used for the dispersion of fibers. Morphology of fiber was observed through a microscope to confirm the arrangement of CFs in the vertical direction. The alignment of fiber was examined through the measurement of the thermal conductivity of the manufactured specimen. For the thermal conductivity measurement, the higher thermal conductivity was obtained with the lower aspect ratio of CF. For the thermal conductivity in the through-plane direction, 8.687 W/m·K, 10.322 W/m·K, and 13.005 W/m·K of thermal conductivity was measured in the DMF, NMP and Acetone, respectively.

서울지하철 1~4호선을 운용중인 서울메트로의 2012년도 수송인원 및 운수수입 실적을 2011년도와 대비하여 분석한 결과 수송인원 0.3%, 운수수입 13.4%가 증가하였다. 수송인원 증가 요인은 승객의 유입, 강설 등이 있었고, 운수수입은 2012.02 운임인상에 따른 결과이다. 호선별 수송인원은 1,4호선이 0.9~1.6% 감소한 반면, 2,3호선은 0.4~0.8%가 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 서울메트로는 1974.8 개통 이래 38년 동안 총 인원 383억명을 수송하였다. 이는 1~4호선 차량을 전세계 인구 70억명이 1인당 6회 정도 이용한 것이다. When We were analyzing transportation personnel and fare income result of seoulmetro line 1 to 4 in 2012, transportation personnel have increased 0.3% and fare income have increased 13.4% over a year ago. The reasons for the inceased transportion personnel are passengers growth and snowfall, and the increase of income is due to fare impression. Transportion personnel are decreased 0.9~1.6% in line 1, 4, but are increased 0.4~0.8% in line 2, 4. Meanwhile, Seoulmetro carried a total number of 383 billion passengers over 38 years since 1974. 8. This number means that 70 billion whole world populations used six times per one person.

최근 디지털 영상장비 개발 기술의 발전으로 인하여 중재 시술이 일반화되고 있다. 중재 영상시술은 미세한 카테터와 가이드와이어를 체내에 삽입하고 시술하는 기술적 특성으로 인하여, 시술의 효과와 안전성을 높이기위해서는 엑스선영상의 고화질이어야 한다. 이로인하여 방사선 피폭량이 증가하는 문제점을 갖고 있다. 따라서 엑스선 디텍터의 성능을 개선하는 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 또한, 혈관 조영술을 기반으로 한 중재시술은 참조 영상 처리와 3D 의료 영상처리 기술이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 중재시술을 지원하기 위한 가이드 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 뇌혈관질환의 중재시술에 기존 혈관조형검사기반의 2D 의료영상이 갖고 있는 문제점을 해결하고, 중재시술 도구인 카테터와 가이드와이어의 목표 병변까지 실시간 위치 추적과 최적의 경로를 안내 해주고자 한다. 이를 위한 전체 시스템은 의료영상 획득부와 영상처리부 그리고 디스플레이 디바이스부로 구성하였다. 그리고 제안한 시스템에서 제공하는 가이드서비스의 실험환경은 브레인 팬텀(Complete intracranial model with aneurysms, ref H+N-S-A-010)을 엑스선으로 촬영하면서 실험하였다. 그리고 참조 영상을 생성하기 위해서 라프라시안 알고리즘 기반의 뇌혈관 모델링과 DICOM에서 추출한 이미지 처리를 위해 Volume ray casting 기법을 적용하였다. 그리고 카테터와 가이드와이어의 위치추적과 경로 제공을 위해 A<sup>*</sup> 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 끝으로 제안한 시스템에서 제공하는 카테터와 가이드와이어의 위치추적 수행결과를 보인다. 제안한 시스템은 향후 중재시술에 유용한 안내 서비스를 제공할 것으로 기대하고 있다. Due to the recent advancement in digital imaging technology, development of intervention equipment has become generalize. Video arbitration procedure is a process to insert a tiny catheter and a guide wire in the body, so in order to enhance the effectiveness and safety of this treatment, the high-quality of x-ray of image should be used. However, the increasing of radiation has become the problem. Therefore, the studies to improve the performance of x-ray detectors are being actively processed. Moreover, this intervention is based on the reference of the angiographic imaging and 3D medical image processing. In this paper, we propose a guidance system to support this intervention. Through this intervention, it can solve the problem of the existing 2D medical images based vessel that has a formation of cerebrovascular disease, and guide the real-time tracking and optimal route to the target lesion by intervention catheter and guide wire tool. As a result, the system was completely composed for medical image acquisition unit and image processing unit as well as a display device. The experimental environment, guide services which are provided by the proposed system Brain Phantom (complete intracranial model with aneurysms, ref H+N-S-A-010) was taken with x-ray and testing. To generate a reference image based on the Laplacian algorithm for the image processing which derived from the cerebral blood vessel model was applied to DICOM by Volume ray casting technique. A<sup>*</sup> algorithm was used to provide the catheter with a guide wire tracking path. Finally, the result does show the location of the catheter and guide wire providing in the proposed system especially, it is expected to provide a useful guide for future intervention service.

TU girder is a steel and concrete composite girder that has turned over to get the pre-stress for its use to bridges with 20~70m length. The bridge structures are subjected to complicated stress states. The upper steel flange in the TU girder is under bending tension, the lower flange is under bending compression, and the constraint concrete that restraints the upper flange behavior is also under bending compression. Moreover the TU girder has the complicated deformation behavior by creep and shrinkage after pouring the constraint concrete and slab concrete. This study investigated the effect of the pre-stresses by tests and analyses. In the analysis, the structures were modeled by full 3D finite elements, considering the construction stages. It was found that the buckling characteristics of the upper steel flange were improved by the over-turning process of the girder with the constraint concrete. The TU girder possessed the advantage of saving construction costs of bridges by decreasing the weight of the steel used. The advantages were 32% of steel weight reduction in span lengths of 50m bridges. The applicability of the TU girder bridge was thought to be restricted to bridges using two girders since the compression stress was found to exceed the allowable stress significantly at the constraint concrete when the bridge length was increased. However it was clearly shown that the TU girder was an economically efficient structure, and thus could provide a wide applicability in bridge construction.
Amycolatopsis sp. KCTC 29142로부터 유래된 siderochelin A의 다제 내성 균주에 대한 항균활성

본 연구에서는 신규 Amycolatopsis 균주 KCTC 29142를 분리하여 형태학적 관찰, 계통분석 및 화학분류학적 분석 등 다상 분류분석을 통해 분석하였다. KCTC 29142 균주의 에틸아세테이트추출물은 강한 항균활성을 나타났고, 활성물질은 철 이온 킬레이트 물질인 siderochelin A로 동정되었다. 본 연구에서 분리된 siderochelin A는 다제내성균인 Acinetobacter baumanii, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), vancomycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (VRSA), 및 Escherichia coli (E. coli)에 대해 강한 활성을 보였고, 임상에서 분리된 다제내성균에 대한 MIC를 결정하였다. A novel Amycolatopsis strain KCTC 29142 was isolated and characterized based on the polyphasic taxonomic analysis including morphological observation, phylogenetic analysis, physiological and chemotaxonomic characteristics. The ethyl acetate extract of strain KCTC 29142 culture broth showed strong antibacterial activity and the active compound was identified as siderochelin A, a ferrous-ion chelating compound. In this study, siderochelin A showed good activity against multi-drug resistant pathogens, including Acinetobacter baumanii, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), vancomycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (VRSA), and Escherichia coli (E. coli). The minimum inhibitory activity against clinical isolates was also determined.
