학대예방경찰관(APO)의 직무요구 및 직무자원이 보직이동의도에 미치는 영향 분석 - 직무소진과 직무열의의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

Based on the Job Demand-Resource (JD-R) Model, this study aimed to explore the effects of job demand and resource on Anti-Abuse Police Officers (APOs)’ turnover intention and the mediation effects of job burnout and engagement in their relationships. For the purpose, the self-report survey was conducted to APOs and the collected data was analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study are as follows: The paths of job demand-job burnout-turnover intention and job resource-job engagement-turnover intention were significant. Also, the mediation effects of job burnout and job engagement were all significant but the one of job engagement on the path from job demand to turnover intention. These results suggest that it is necessary to improve APOs’ work environment to prevent their high level of job burnout and to lower the turnover rate. 본 연구에서는 직무요구-자원 모형을 토대로 학대예방경찰관(APO)의 직무요구 및 직무자원이 각각 직무소진과 직무열의를 매개로 보직이동의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 APO 164명을 대상으로 한 설문응답을 토대로 연구모형을 구조방정식모형으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 최종적으로 직무요구-직무소진-보직이동의도, 직무자원-직무소진-보직이동의도의 경로에서 직무소진의 매개효과를 확인하였으며, 직무자원-직무열의-보직이동의도의 경로에서도 직무열의의 매개효과가 유의한 것을 검증하였다. 이 같은 연구결과는 APO의 직무열의를 높이고 소진을 예방하여 직무의 효과성을 높이고 보직이동의도를 낮추는 논거를 마련하여 실무적으로 유용한 정보를 제공할 것이다.
영흥도에서 분리된 Phaeodactylum tricornutum의 증식 및 Monounsaturated fatty acid 관련 지방산 조성 분석

Oxidation stability and cold fuid property are considered as the most important factors for determining biodiesel quality. Among the fatty acids, monounsaturated fatty acid satisfy both oxidation stability and cold flow property of biodiesel quality standards. Microalgae with high monounsaturated fatty acid contents is have some benefit for producing to produce biodiesels with satisfying quality standards. In this study, monounsaturated fatty acid contents of a isolated microalga from Youngheung island was analyzed. Phaeodactylum tricornutum was isolated by streaking, and growth rate and fatty acid composition of the algae were investigated. Total FAME contents were consisted of 26% of saturated fatty acids, 43% of monounsaturated fatty acids, and 18% of polyunsaturated fatty acids. The contents of monounsaturated fatty acid were especially high in the Phaeodactylum species. This result implies that the FAMEs from P. tricornutum may contribute to improve the oxidation stability and cold flow property of biodiesel.

본 시험은 유기농업 파 및 고추재배를 위하여 호밀과 헤어리베치를 겨울에 윤작하여 잡초 발생량 억제에 미치는 효과를 검토하기 위하여 수행되었다. 파 재배구에서 호밀을 토양에 환원하지 않은 처리구에 비해 호밀을 환원하였을 경우 잡초발생량을 52% 경감시켰다. 고추 재배구에서는 그러한 효과가 뚜렷하게 관찰되지 않았다. 파 재배시 어저귀, 참방동사니, 바랭이와 같은 초종은 호밀뿌리 분비물에 의해 발아가 억제되는 경향이었으나 헤어리베치는 그러한 발생억제 효과가 크지 않았다. 파 재배시 호밀 환원은 잡초발생량을 경감시켰고 잡초의 종 다양성 지수를 증가시켰다. This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of crop rotation on the weed occurrence in green onion and red pepper cultivation. Rye and hairy vetch were annually seeded for winter season. The reduction of weed germination was pronounced by about 50% in green onion field, but was not significant in red pepper field through rye cropping. Among weed species, the germination of Abutilon theophrasti, Cyperus iria and Digitaria ciliaris was distinctly inhibited by exudate of rye root, but not by that of hairy vetch in vitro experiment. The return of rye biomass into onion field decreased amount of weed biomass but increased index of weed diversity.
추출방식에 따른 방풍통성산(防風通聖散)이 지방세포 대사에 미치는 영향

Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Bangpungtongsung-san extracts on the preadipocytes proliferation, of 3T3-L1 cell line. lipolysis of adipocytes in rat's epididymis and localized fat accumulation of porcine by extraction methods(alcohol and water). Methods : Diminish 3T3-L1 proliferation and lipogenesis do primary role to reduce obesity. So, 3T3-L1 preadipocyte and adipocytes were performed on cell cultures, and using Sprague-Dawley rats for the lipogenesis, and treated with 0.01-$1mg/m{\ell}$ Bangpungtongsung-san Extracts depend on concentrations. Porcine skin including fat tissue after treated Bangpungtongsung-san Extracts by means of the dosage dependent variation are investigated the histologic changes after injection of these extracts. Results : Following results were obtained from the 3T3-L1 preadipocyte proliferation and lipolysis of adipocyte in rats and histologic investigation of fat tissue. 1. Bangpungtongsung-san extracts were showed the effect of decreased preadipocyte proliferation on the high dosage($1.0mg/m{\ell}$). 2. Bangpungtongsung-san extracts were showed the effect of decreased the activity of glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GPDH) on the high dosage($1.0mg/m{\ell}$) and Specially, alcohol extract of Bangpungtongsung-san was clear as time goes by high concentration. 3. Bangpungtongsung-san extracts were showed tries to compare the effect of lipolysis, alcohol extract of Bangpungtongsung-san on the high dosage($1.0mg/m{\ell}$) was observed the effect is higher than water extract. 4. Investigated the histological changes in porcine fat tissue after treated Bangpungtongsung-san extracts, we knew that water extract of Bangpungtongsung-san was showed the effect of lipolysis on the high dosage($10.0mg/m{\ell}$) and alcohol extract of Bangpungtongsung-san was showed significant activity to the lysis of cell membranes in all concentration. Conclusion : These results suggest that Bangpungtongsung-san efficiently induces diminish proliferation of preadipocyte and lipolysis in adipose tissue.

Background : The purpose of ambulatory facilities is to relieve the pressure on hospital beds and to make the process of surgery more convenient for the patient. One way of assessing the success of a ambulatory unit is to look at the number of patients requiring admission to hospital. Thus the author investigated the rate, distribution, and cause of admission cases to get help to reduce the admission rates. Methods : Total ambulatory surgeries were 15,512 cases for the period from March 1995 to January 1998. The medical records were reviewed and the patients admitted to hospital instead of being discharged home were analyzed retrospectively. Results : The overall mean rates of admissions for the period was 0.76 percent. The principal reasons for admissions were requestion by surgeon (0.53%), wish of patients (0.12%), surgery related admissions (0.08%) and anesthesia related admissions (0.03%), respectively. Conclusions : With proper assessment and selection of patients and surgical procedures, the admission rates of ambulatory surgery will be reduced acceptably low. Thus the efficiency of ambulatory unit will be increased. But it will reduce the use rate of ambulatory unit. For increasing the use rate of ambulatory unit, our hospital is broadening the patients' selection criteria. (Korean J Anesthesiol 1998; 35: 1142∼1146)
