The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship among the self-leadership, self-esteem, learning satisfaction and career maturity by college students of physical education major. Subject of study consists of K and H-University physical education major students in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. Total 300 questionnaires were distributed, although except 19 questionnaires, 281 questionnaires were granted as final validity sample. For data analysis SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for demographic analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory analysis, correlation analysis and structure equation modeling analysis. The results are as follow. First, self-leadership would have positive effect on self-esteem. Second, self-esteem would have positive effect on learning satisfaction. Third, self-esteem would have positive effect on career maturity.

The mechanism of a tire cavity noise in the sense of a tire source is introduced, and the transmission characteristic to a vehicle body is also examined to improve a cavity noise effectively. The multiple coherence analysis(MCA) to identify the contribution of a front and rear suspension roughly, and the transfer path analysis(TPA) to check a weak system is accomplished experimentally. The solutions for low cavity noise are drawn from technical analyses, and adopted to the medium size sedan for verification.

Evaluation of compressive strength in concrete is one of the most important element to decide stability of structures. However, the test results can’t use to evaluate concrete compressive strength in the raw data because of their variability. The purpose of this study is to analyze the compressive strength of a concrete structure which was to be demolished at residential reconstruction site and the results of destructive test of core specimens from the site. The research is conducted for the columns of the building, floors of the building and members of the building. And result progress by statistical analysis. The result shows that core test in girder is profitable to express compressive strength of whole building.

In this study aim at searching for the basement residential planning of considering outdoor spaces. It look after research results, there should be necessary for the inflow of outdoor environment factors. This basement planning is core's area expending, or installing expended dry areas and acquiring side open spaces, installing arcades, installing atrium or court yard, utilizing maisonette spaces, activating pilotis on ground floors, openning main hall, earth sheltering method, etc. These should be improvement for easy step to change basement floors easily through underground floor extend, major repair, use change of present buildings and needs to the idea through architectural design competition.

A new method for analyzing the contributions of panels to a vibro-acoustic sensitivity is proposed and carried out by modifying a classical airborne source quantification method, and general NVH characteristics of a vehicle body are taken into account with the analysis results to explain the reasons of high level vibro-acoustic sensitivity. Total noise transfer mechanism from a driving point to a target point in a vehicle can be understood with a new method, and simple modifications are accomplished to verify the results.
