        병원규모에 따른 간호사의 간호업무환경, 전문직업성과 직무만족의 비교

        Purpose: This study was a retrospective survey to examine economic feasibility of home care services for patients with diabetic foot. Methods: The participants were 33 patients in the home care services (HC) group and 27 in the non-home care services (non-HC) group, all of whom were discharged early after inpatient treatment. Data were collected from medical records. Direct medical costs were calculated using medical fee payment data. Cost-effectiveness ratio was calculated using direct medical costs paid by the patient and the insurer until complete cure of the diabetic foot. Effectiveness was the time required for a complete cure. Direct medical costs included fees for hospitalization, emergency care, home care, ambulatory fees, and hospitalization or ambulatory fees at other medical institutions. Results: Mean for direct medical costs was 11,118,773 won per person in the HC group, and 16,005,883 won in the non-HC group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (p=.042). Analysis of the results for cost-effectiveness ratio showed 91,891 won per day in the HC patients, and 109,629 won per day in the non-HC patients. Conclusion: Result shows that the cost-effectiveness ratio is lower HC patients than non-HC patients, that indicates home care services are economically feasible.

        The purpose of this study is to establish the home-stay model of Korean style. So far, in Korea, there are some home-stay models which are made by some home-stay offering system. These home-stay models are mainly focused on facilities of host's house. However, one of strong point of home-stay is to communicate with foreign tourists and to exchange each culture. Home-stay is not just one of accommodations for tourists, but it is a field of showing our life and our culture. The existing models have been problems on this point. In rapid and competitive situation of international tourism market, we could not survive with more tourism attraction. Our modern tourists want to experience and feel more. They are seeking more traditional and ethnic thing. They are ready to fall into another culture. Home-stay could be suggested as a way to satisfy those wants and needs. Now, it is urgently needed to examine and re-establish our home-stay models. Our new home-stay model should be based on Korean culture and help foreign tourists experience our tradition. So, in this study, we try to suggest home-stay model of Korean culture and help foreign tourists experience our tradition. So, in this study, we try to suggest home-stay model of Korean style.         사회통합프로그램 한국어 교재 개발을 위한 참여자 요구분석

        This study analyzes the needs of immigrants to develop a Korean language textbook for the Korea Immigration & Integration Program (KIIP). A nationwide survey was conducted with 2,521 participants from KIIP to identify the characteristics of immigrants, satisfaction with the current textbook, and the need for a new textbook. Based on the results, we identified the following issues that should be considered when developing a textbook. First, participants of KIIP have different reasons for learning Korean based on the status of their stay. Therefore, ideally the textbook should have general content pertaining to life in Korea and employment-related content. Information about childrearing, family life, and naturalization are pertinent only to marriage immigrants, hence such content should ideally be added to supplemental data that can be sorted by type of immigration status. Second, the participants were highly satisfied with the current textbook, but felt that it needs to be improved with respect to speaking and pronunciation. Moreover, immigrants found learning vocabulary overwhelming, hence the number of words should be adjusted and efficient learning methods should be devised. Third, immigrants felt that there is a considerable gap between the contents of the textbook and the language that is actually used for communication. Thus, the textbook should contain more practical contents and expressions. Fourth, there is a definite need for a workbook, but a workbook should be developed to be used alongside the textbook during class or for self-study. These results would be useful as baseline data for developing a Korean language textbook for KIIP.

        Foreign Language Development through Creative Drama

        Drama can be an effective tool in foreign language education. However, instructors may refrain from applying dramatic methods in class because of the theatrical production skills to be taught in a limited time. Creative Drama can be a solution that integrates dramatic methods even as it teaches and practices language skills. Distinct from “Educational Theatre,” which is a product-oriented activity, “Creative Drama” is process-oriented and can be flexibly implemented into the existing language curriculum. In this study, Creative Drama is offered as an effective teaching methodology for intermediate level school students in the foreign language classroom in Korea, to improve students’ oral language competency. The suggested teaching model is designed for actual implementation into the foreign language classroom to enhance students’ oral proficiency in a limited class time frame. The teaching model consists of three progressive stages: simple dramatic role-plays, script-based role-plays and lengthier Creative Drama. From my teaching experience, Creative Drama can successfully integrate with the existing language curriculum not only to improve oral proficiency but also to promote students’ reading and writing skills concurrently. Creative Drama offers multiple benefits – academic, social and cultural – and deserves serious consideration for further implementation in the Korean foreign language curriculum.

      • Carl Orff의 어린이를 위한 음악지도법에 관한 분석연구

        An analysis study about the music teaching method for the children of Carl Orff way The purpose of this study was to research about music for children of Carl Orff methods. He always encouraged the activation of students by playing of their own music that is through improvising and composing it themselves, therefore he diviced many kind of instruments for children. This instruments are now known all over the world. In this study, his books which were called Orff-Schulwerk-Music for children, Music by children-Folksongs including related books and articles were studied. The results of this study are as follows: 1) In his curriculumn of music for children includes imitation, explolation, literacy, and improvisation. The way of music expression by imitation teacher was introduced to children at the beginning. Child can learn music simbol-grephic notation through literacy, so that they can understand concept of music elements. Through exploration, they change a part of songs, such as dynamic, form, altering the direction of a melody, and tempo, so that they had expriences to make new kind of songs. Finally in improvisation, as no other class activity, the child's first attempts creating form consist of making up melodic or rhythmic motives. These patterns can be developed into a phrase, or a series of phrases, and finally into a little form. Rhythmic and melodic question arid answer is another phrase-building activity used by Orff. 2) In the ensemble, musical elements were intrduced by Carl Orff are ostinati, pedal, bordun accompaniment, pentatonic, canon. These simple musical treatments offer the child the opportunity to play and sing easily at early age. Aural awareness is fosterd by discovering the relationship of one part to another. Musical memory, rhythmic independence, and coordination can be developed through these activationt. Child can also have participation naturally plaing and singing many kind of ostinatis. 3) In schulwerk, children play many kind of ensemble by using above Orffs instrument, his teaching method is based on understanding of how a child develops. At the beginning rhythmic training which is accomplished through activation of gross moter movement or speech is introduced to child, and then from spatial movement or speech rhythm to body-rhythm, from body-rhythm, to rhythm instrument, from unpiched percussion instrument to piched percussion instrument, from them to the use of large Orff instrument. Through this process Orff intuitively developed a way to bring an awareness of materials of music to a child in a way that they can be absorbed for continued refinement and development.

        12세기 기사문학 속의 우아한 사랑

Les trouveres, poetes du Nord lies a un seigneur, ont cree le roman chevaleresque qui representait des sentiments et des ideaux de l'elite aristocratique. Reprenant le culte de l'amour et l'exaltation de la femme qu'a exprime d'abord la poesie lyrique du Midi, co genre les developpe pour ses themes essentiels. Le guerrier heroiquement devoue a son suzerain et au Dieu de la chanson de geste s'y change en chevalier courtois amoureux. Cet amour n'est pas aussi platonique qu'on le pense. Le chevalier amoureux se consacre a l'elue de son coeur comme un devot ferait a Sainte-Marie, quand meme, sa passion devorante s'empreint de desir charnel. L'amour et le chevalerie ne sont pas toujours harmonieux. Quant a Erec et a Yvain, heros de Chretiens de Troyes, meme si ces valeurs s'opposent temporairement, le chevalier, apres avoid surmonte une longue serie d'obstacles, finit par se grandir et par meriter la dame qu'il aime. L'amour n'est, finalement, qu' un rituel qui decore la vertu de chevalerie. L'amour adultere de Lancelot est plus perilleux que celui d'Erec et d'Yvain. Chretien a laisse ce roman inacheve, sur quoi on suppose que le poete n'est pas arrive a 1'equilibre l'amour et le moral de vassal. En revanche, l'amour de Tristan, une passion coupable et irresistible, donne une image tourmentee et douloureuse. Cette passion tragique impose a Tristan la rupture avec la societe, conduit les deux amants en definitive a la mort. Dans le mythe de Tristan, l'amoureux ardent prime sur le vassal loyal, ce qui depasse la limite merale de romans chevaleresques.
