중국 통신산업 개혁의 특징과 정치경제적 함의

1994년 제2사업자 "중국연통"의 성립을 기점으로 시작된 중국의 통신산업은 1998년과 2001년 두 차례의 구조조정을 통해 경쟁구조를 형성하였다. 이 과정에서 형성된 주요 특징으로는 정부부문간 경쟁구조에 기반한 국유기업간의 경쟁구조, 국가의 강한 통제가 여전히 유지되는 비사유화개혁, 그리고 규제체제 개혁 측면에서는 모호한 법규와 "선시행 후규범화"의 개혁논리 등이다. 이러한 특징은 기본적으로 중국식 시장개혁논리의 연장선 위에서 이해될 수 있으며, 시장전환기 중국 정치경제체제의 구조적 요인의 제약을 통해 형성된 것이다.

Sol-Gel법으로 제조한 (Ba,Sr)$TiO_3$ 박막의 구조 및 유전특성

BST(70/30) and BST(50/50) thin films were prepared by Sol-Gel method and studied about the microstructural and dielectric properties with Pt and ITO bottom electrodes. The stock solution was synthesized and spin coated on the Pt/Ti$SiO_2$/Si and Indium Tin Oxide(ITO)/ glass substrate. the coated films were dries at 350$^{\circ}C$ for 10 minutes and annealed at $750^{\circ}C$ for 1 hour for the crystallization. The thin films coated on ITO substrate were crystallized easily and the packing density and roughness of surface were better that those of films coated on Pt substrates. In the BST(50/50) composition the structural properties were similar to the BST(70/30) composition and grain size were decreased with increasing the contents of Sr. The dielectric constant was higher in the BST(50/50) composition compared with the BST(70/30) composition. Using the ITO substrate, the dielectric constant was higher than the Pt substrate while the dielectric loss was showed a reverse trend. The dielectric constant with and increase of temperature was decreased slowly.

내장형 32비트 RISC 콘트롤러의 VLSI 구현

this paper describes the design and implementation of a RISC processor for embedded control systems. This RISC processor integrates a register file, a pipelined execution unit, a FPU interface, a memory interface, and an instruction prefetcher. Its characteristics include both single cycle executions of most instructions in a 2 phase 20 MHz frequency and the worst case interrupt latency of 7 cycles with the vectored interrupt handling that makes it possible to be applicable to the real time processing system. For efficient handling of multi-cycle instructions, data stationary hardwired control scheme equippedwith cycle counter was used. This chip integrates about 139K transistors and occupies 9.1mm$\times$9.1mm in a 1.0um DLM CMOS technology. The power dissipation is 0.8 Watts from a 5V supply at 20 MHz operation.

Kritiker und Schriftsteller haben über Jahrzehnte hinweg zu Jahnns Literatur geschwiegen oder sogar Abneigung bis hin zum Hass gezeigt. Die Abneigung aus Unaufgeklärtheit oder Böswilligkeit aber mag dazu geführt haben, als öffentliche Reaktion auf die Homosexualität in seinem Leben und Werk Jahnn bis zu den 1980er Jahren in eine Außenseiterposition unter den Autoren des 20. Jahrhunderts zu drängen. Allerdings gab es auf deutschen Theaterbühnen von Ende 1970 bis Mitte der 1980er ein auffallendes Interesse an seinen dramatischen Werken. Doch wird Jahnns Literatur immer noch als ein Tabu angesehen. Der Grund dafür beruht darauf, dass in der Literatur- und Theaterkritik von einer Überfrachtung an homoerotischen Anspielungen die Rede ist, so dass sogar Jahnns künstlerische Leistung dadurch als beeinträchtigt gilt. Jahnn arbeitete von 1917 bis 1920 an Die Krönung Richards III., zur Uraufführung kam das Drama im Februar 1922 in Leipzig. Mit diesem Drama setzt Jahnn die Homoerotik als Mittel ein, welches die von der bürgerlichen Gesellschaft gesetzten Grenzen und Normen aufheben und die ursprüngliche Freiheit zum Leben wiederherstellen soll. Die Figuren, die Jahnn für die Rollen Geliebten auswählt, sind stets Knaben von unverdorbener Jugendlichkeit, die noch ein natürliches und naives Verhältnis zu ihrer Umwelt haben. Gerade darin scheint Jahnn ihre Attraktivität für diese Rollen zu finden. Nicht durch eine Konzentration auf das Thema ‘Homoerotik’, sondern durch Einbindung in den großeren Rahmen von sozialer und politischer Ungerechtigkeit gelingt es ihm aber, Alternativen aufzuzeigen, die dem Einzelnen ein Ausweichen vor dem Machteinfluss ermöglichen können. Doch zeigt er auch die damit verbundenen Gefahren auf, da denjenigen, die sich der staatlichen Macht entziehen wollen, Repressalien oder sogar der Tod drohen. Am Ende ist hier die Funktion der homoerotischen Beziehungen, ein Gegenwicht zu den politischen Aktionen der Machthaber herzustellen, die ihre Untertanen und deren Leben beherrschen. Seine Position ist es, die König Richard Möglichkeiten und Mittel zur Machtausübung und Gewaltanwendung bietet. Auch hinter der Gewalttätigkeit König Richards steht nicht einfach die Lust an der Gewalt selbst, sondern der Wunsch, den Urstand der naiven Knaben in einer friedlichen Welt zu erlangen. Schließlich verbirgt sich dahinter der Gedanke der Wiederherstellung der ursprünglichen Weltordnung. Daher bietet Jahnn seinem Protagonisten Richard im Drama zwei Alternativen zu dem Machtwahn, die eigentlich aus dem ‘Ugrion-Konzept’ stammen: die brüderliche Liebe und die Kunst. Letztendlich aber erkennt er seine Fehler und Verbrechen, die er mittels seiner Macht begangen hat. Einerseits macht er selbst sich durch sein machthungriges und gewalttätiges Verhalten nicht um die Alternativen verdient, andererseits zeigt Jahnn damit, dass Richard in seinem armseligen und einsamen Herrscherdasein kein lohnendes Lebensziel finden kann. So bedeutet es für Richard einen großen Verlust, die brüderliche Liebe und die Kunst nicht für sich in Anspruch nehmen zu können. Am Ende erscheint daher der machtlüsterne König als ein von Angst und Resignation getriebener Herrscher. Insofern ist Jahnns Richard also eine tragische Figur.

국내의 다음세대 컴퓨터 개발을 위한 VLSI 설계와 CAD 분야에 대한 연구 방향을 제시한다. 연구의 목표는 국제적으로 경쟁할 수 있는 VLSI 설계능력과 백만개 정도의 트랜지스터로 자성된 회로를 경제적으로 설계하기 위한 CAD 기술과 System의 확립이다. ·새로운 회로 구조와 알고리즘에 대한 연구 · CAD 도구와 언어의 개발에 관한 첨단 CAD 기술개발연구 · VLSI 설계에 필요한 CAD 도구 이용과 개발에 필요한 표준 인터페이스, 네트워킹, 컴퓨팅 하드웨어. 시스템 소프트웨어에 대한 연구등의 부분으로 크게 나눌 수 있다. 이용 가능한 CAD system을 평가하고 개선하며 첨단 CAD에 대한 소프트웨어와 하드웨어에 대해 · 컴퓨팅 하드웨어 · 프로그램 분위기 · 네트워킹 능력 ·자료 교환을 위한 표준인터페이스 등에 관해 조사분석도 병행한다. CAD에 관한 세부적인 연구 과제는 · 시스템 사양언어 · 설계 검증 ·시스템시뮬레이션· 설계 합성 · 설계 해석· 설계 방법론·디바이스와 공정 모델링 프로그램 등이다. 고속 계산용 VLSI에 관한 구조와 알고리즘은 행렬 계산을 위한 ·분산 배열 처리 회로 ·시스토릭 (Systolic) 배열 회로 ·셀률라(Cellular) 논리 회로 · 3차원 배열 회로 와 · 비규칙적 계산 알고리즘을 갖는 VLSI가 있다. VLSI설계훈련과 CAD 기술 축적을 위해 CAD enter를 설립하여 전국적인 CAD 네트워킹을 관계 연구소와 여러 대학에 가설하며, MPC 계획을 추진한다. The purpose of this study is revealing of the Taegaya territory's ruling policies, when Silla destroied Taegaya on January, 562 afterwards. The conclusions are following. First, the fall period of Taegaya is September, 562 written in History of the three Kingdoms and January, 562 written in Nihon Shoki. However, according to the fact that Bekjae attacked Silla to recapture Taegaya territory on July, 562, the fall period of Taegaya is January, 562. Second, Silla established administrative districts such as Taegaya-gun, Gasihye-sung, and Jeokhwa-chon at the territory that Taegaya had governed directly in the past. However, those are administrative districts that are except the location of Illi-gun and Samji-chon from the territory that Taegaya had governed directly. The main reason that reduction of original territory is weakening the power of Taegaya's remained peoples. Third, Silla used not only as oppressive measure but also an appeasement measure at the same time. Therefore, Silla governed Taegaya territory as well as people effectively. Silla made Taegaya peoples to slaves and distributed them to Silla people who made contributions. In addition, Silla forced Taegaya people to move in distant places. Due to the reasons, the influence of the people who lived in Taegaya territory was weakened dramatically. Forth, Silla encouraged Taegaya nobles that were close to Silla to move in Gookwonsung and treated them as Sogyung. Gangsu who was a descendent of Taegaya people worked in Silla as a official and Taegaya culture lasted to the end of 7th century in Gookwonsogyung. Also, Silla managed to calm Taegaya people by accepting Taegaya's memorial ceremony.

This study is for revealing that functions, status, and character of Saetaek which was one of the Royal Offices were changed. Because numerous researchers have claimed that character of Saetaek is the literary office. Thee conclusions are as following The officers of Saetaek were very low in position as the literary officers in the Samguksagi, and The Saetaek was the office that was responsible for odd jobs of the Royal Court in the the Wooden Documents escavated at Anapji. Therefore, Saetaek was not literary office but the odd jobs office until the early 9 cent. However, Saetaek’s status had been changed by assigning officers that were higher rank then the regulation from the middle 9 cent. By changing the name from Saetaeck to Jungsasung, the officers who had literary ability were assigned after 865th year. They made important national inscriptions as well as the massages of the king. In addition, they became the emissary. As a result of that, the character of Jungsasung was changed the attendant office and the literary office.
