        제주 올레길이 인근토지가격상승율에 미친 영향에 관한 연구 -제주 올레7코스를 대상으로-

        This study utilizes FGLS (Feasible Generalized Least Squares) to determine the impact of Jeju Olle trekking courses on nearby land prices. Official 2010 land price data for 7 areas surrounding different Jeju Olle Trails was examined with a GIS program to determine the exact distance of land parcels from nearby trekking courses. Distance and various other pricing factors were used as explanatory variables for increases in land prices. The dependent variable was the rate of change in land prices from 2002 to 2010. Unlike existing studies which have examined the effect of highways, subways and other transportation facilities on land prices, this paper examines the effect of Korea's first-ever trekking courses on nearby land prices. This study concludes that 7 different Olle Trails exert a significant influence on nearby land prices and that land prices decrease by 0.03% per meter as plots get further and further from Olle Trails. This result shows that not only transport infrastructure (highways, subways, etc.) but also non-traffic infrastructure such as Jeju Olle Trails and trekking courses can have positive effects on local real estate markets. 본 연구는 제주 올레 트레킹코스의 개발이 인근 토지의 지가상승에 미친 영향을 FGLS(Feasiable Generalized Least Square)를 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석자료로는 제주올레 7코스 주변의 2010년 개별공시지가자료를 사용하였는데, GIS프로그램을 이용하여 제주올레7코스로부터 각 필지까지의 거리를 측정하여 설명변수로 사용하였고, 그 외 다양한 토지가격영향요인들을 설명변수로서 고려하였다. 종속변수로는 2002년과 2010년 사이 토지가격변화율을 사용하였다. 기존 연구들이 고속도로, 지하철 등 교통시설의 개발이 주변 토지가격에 미친 영향을 분석한 반면, 본 연구는 국내에서는 처음으로 트레킹코스의 개발이 주변 토지가격에 미친 영향을 분석하였다는 데에 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 분석결과 올레7코스의 개발은 인근의 토지시장에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로는 올레7코스로부터 1미터 멀어질수록 토지가격 상승률이 0.03% 하락하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는, 고속도로나 지하철과 같은 교통시설의 건설만이 부동산시장에 영향을 주는 것이 아니라, 제주올레와 같은 트레킹코스의 개발도 인근의 부동산시장에 영향을 줄 수 있다는 것을 보여준다.

        운동 선수에서 진행된 슬관절 외측 골관절염에 대한 치료로 시행한 신연 관절 성형술 및 외측 반월 연골판 이식술: 증례 보고

        The knee function of young and active patients with advanced osteoarthritis is unavoidably reduced and they are trapped in “treatment gap” without surgical treatment. In recent years, distraction arthroplasty (DA) has emerged as a viable alternative in the treatment of advanced osteoarthritis in young and active patients to delay knee arthroplasty. However, outcomes after DA are very rare in young and active patients. We present a case of a 36-year-old man (a professional skier) who had lateral meniscus deficiency and severe joint space narrowing. He underwent DA plus lateral meniscal allograft transplantation combined with cartilage repair. The patient showed excellent result 9 years postoperatively with return to high level of sport activity.

        Al 의 첨가가 UHCS 의 펄라이트 판상간격에 미치는 영향

        The effect of Al addition on the interlamellar spacing of pearlite in ultra high carbon steels (UHCS) has been investigated. 0.32∼1.75wt%Al were added to 1.2%C-1.5% Cr-UHCS. Isothermal pearlitic transformation experiments were performed at undercoolings of 50℃, 100℃ and 130℃ below the eutectoid transformation temperature. When transformed at undercoolings of 100℃ and 130℃, the interlamellar spacing of pearlite decreased with Al contents. This fact resulted from the decrease of interfacial energy due to the reduction of lattice mismatch between ferrite and cementite by Al partitioning. However, at the undercoolling of 50℃, the interlamellar spacing was independent of Al contents due to dominant Cr partitioning.

        집단미술치료 프로그램이 특수학급 학생의 자기표현 및 사회성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 집단미술치료 프로그램이 특수학급 학생의 자기표현과 사회성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 P시 J초등학교 특수학급 5명 학생으로 프로그램은 주1회, 80분씩 총 15회기에 걸쳐 진행되었다. 프로그램 실시 사전과 사후에 자기표현 평정척도와 사회성 검사를 실시한 후 Wilcoxon 부호순위 검정으로 분석을 하였고, 회기별 진행과정 관찰과 K-HTP의 사전·사후 그림 비교를 통해 대상학생의 변화를 살펴보았다. 본 연구결과를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 집단미술치료 프로그램이 초등학교 특수학급 학생의 자기표현에 긍정적인 영향을 주어 프로그램 실시 후 자기표현능력이 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 둘째, 집단미술치료 프로그램이 초등학교 특수학급 학생의 사회성에 긍정적인 영향을 주어 프로그램 실시 후 사회성이 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 또한 K-HTP와 회기별 행동 관찰에 의한 질적 분석에서도 자기표현과 사회성에 긍정적인 변화를 가져왔다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때, 집단미술치료 프로그램이 초등학교 특수학급 학생의 자기표현 및 사회성에 긍정적 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다. This Purpose of this study is examine the effect of group art therapy program on self-expression and sociality for students with developmental disability. The Subjects of the study included five elementary students in a special class of P city, and the program consisted of one 80-minute weekly, totaling 15 classes. Self-Directed Assertiveness Scale, K-HTP, Social Maturity Test were utilized in the study. They were administered prior to and after the program, and the changes in results were analyzed. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS/WIN ver 20.0 program, with a Wilcoxon Test. Students' behaviors during each class were observed, recorded and analyzed as part of qualitative analysis. The conclusions from the study are as follows. First, there were statistically significant differences resulting from the group art therapy program in overall Self-Directed Assertiveness Scale of content, verbal, non-verbal of elementary students with developmental disability. Second, The group art therapy had a statistically significant positive impact on the sociality of the elementary students with developmental disability. Also, K-HTP and portfolio of qualitative analysis had a positive impact on the selt-expression and sociality. Therefore, the study found evidence that group art therapy is effetive in improving self-expression and sociality for elementary students with developmental disability.

        KOSPI200 Prediction through Low-Pass Filtered Long Short-Term Memory Algorithm

        Diversification of the modern financial market has led to an increase in the importance of the stock market index. Trend of the stock market at large can be identified through the analysis of the stock market index. Movements of stock indices serve as a key measure for investors while trading individual stocks and play an important role in establishing basic asset allocation strategy. Currently, in the field of computer science, research on data prediction through machine and deep learning is being actively conducted. Using these algorithms, research on financial time-series data is being conducted in the financial domain. Similar to other time series data, stock market indices have typical characteristics such as regularity, wavelength, and noise. In this study, we focus on the time-series characteristics of stock indices by adopting the low-pass filter as a method of denoising data, rather than simply analyzing the index using basic deep learning. Through this research, we aim to increase the predictivity of stock price index using the ensemble model of the low-pass filter and Long Short- Term Memory algorithm (LSTM) and empirically analyze the result through KOSPI200 stock index data. The result of the studies shows that proposed model had surpassed other denoising LSTM models and simple LSTM model in every test period. In conclusion, further studies in denoising data can be resulted in improvement of prediction in financial area.

        STAVAX 강의 마이크로 밀링 중 가공 방향 및 절삭유체 분사형태에 따른 표면 거칠기 경향에 관한 연구

        As Light-Emitting Diodes(LEDs) continue to advance in performance, their application in automotive lamps is increasing. Automotive LEDs utilize light guides not only for aesthetics but also to control light quantity and direction. Light guides employ patterns of a few hundred micrometers(μm) to regulate the light, and the surface roughness(Ra) of these patterns can reach tens of nanometers(㎚). Given that these light guides are produced through injection molding, mold processing technology with high surface quality micro-patterns is required. This study serves as a preliminary investigation into the development of high surface quality micro-pattern processing technology. It examines the surface roughness of the workpiece based on the cutting direction of the pattern and the cutting fluid type when cutting micro-patterns on STAVAX steel using cubic Boron Nitride(cBN) tools. The experiments involved machining a step-shaped micro-pattern with a height of 60 μm and a pitch of 400 μm in a 22 × 22 mm area under identical cutting conditions, with only the cutting direction and cutting fluid type being varied. The machining results of four cases were compared, encompassing two cases of cutting direction(parallel to the pattern, orthogonal to the pattern) and two cases of cutting fluid type (flood, mist). Consequently, the Ra value was found to be the highest(Ra 128.33 ㎚) when machining with the flood type in parallel to the pattern, while it was the lowest(Ra 95.22 ㎚) when machining with the mist type orthogonal to the pattern. These findings confirm that there is a difference of up to 25.8 % in the Ra value depending on the cutting direction and cutting fluid type.
