This paper is an experimental study on the pleasantly suitable cool/warm air conditioning system in order to minimize the energy consumption by attaching the electronic-controlled device to the heat pump air conditioning system.While the cool/warm air conditioning, the air temperatures in the entrance and exit of the indoor heat exchangers should be checked and when the surface of heat exchanger is reached to the dew point temperature, a speed of the compressor is to be automatically controlled by anti-dewing system in order to minimize the energy consumption.At the result of this study, the energy consuming amount is saved about 5% more than that of the conventional air conditioning system by prevent unnecessary dew forming.

무역거래 정형거래 조건에 대한 국제규칙(Incoterms)는 2010년도에 개정된 이후 10년 만에 I.C.C에서 제8차 개정 초안을 준비 중에 있다. 이번 개정안은 무역실무관습을 고려하여 불요불급한 조건을 통폐합하거나 폐지하고 새로운 조건을 추가하여 총 12개 조건으로 하여 2020년부터 시행하기로 하고 있다. 이번 Incoterm sⓇ2020 개정 초안에서는 IncotermsⓇ2010의 EXW조건과 FAS조건을 폐지하고, FCA조건을 해양FCA와 내륙 FCA로 구분하고, FOB, CIF 조건을 컨테이너 화물운송에도 적용하도록 하고 CNI조건을 신설하였다. 그리고 DDP조건을 폐지하고 DTP, DPP조건을 신설하는 것으로 하였다. 이에 대하여 본 논문은 I.C.C의 개정안에 대한 설명과 분석을 통하여 실무 적용상 문제점을 도출하고자 하였다. Purpose : I.C.C is preparing the Incoterms draft which will be applying from 2020. This paper introduced the revising draft of IncotermsⓇ2020 and investigated the problems in applying the revising draft by the I.C.C, the clause of EXW, FAS will be abolished the new CNI clause will be produced, and FCA clause will be divided to maritime FCA, and in terrestrial FCA, FOB and CIF clause can be applying in container transportation , and also DDP clause will be abolished, and new DTP, DPP clause will be produced. Research, design, data, mythology : This paper reviewed the I.C.C draft of IncotermsⓇ 2020 and analyzed the problems in applying this draft in trade business circles. For this purpose, many articles and documents relating to this matters were investigated, and the judicial precedents against Incoterms also were reviewed. Results : According to these analysis, many problems were discovered in enforcing the revised draft in the business trade transaction. Conclusion : In the future, if the new revising draft will be determined in this year, and be applying from the next year, 2020, this paper will be dedicated much to the academic world and trade business circles relating to this new IncotermsⓇ2020.
스프링 조작기의 성능 개선을 위한 코일스프링의 최적 설계

본 연구에서는 코일스프링의 동적 거동 분석을 위해 스프링 릴리즈 시험기를 설계하고 시험을 실시하였다. 시뮬레이션을 위해 집중 매개변수 스프링모델을 개발하였다. 실험계획법을 이용하여 코일스프링의 설계변수들을 최적화하였다. 2수준의 요인배치법을 사용하여 설계변수들의 민감도와 교호작용을 분석하였다. 민감도와 교호작용 분석결과를 통해 설계변수의 수준을 재배열하였다. 혼합수준 요인배치법을 이용하여 설계변수를 최적화 하였다. 최적설계 결과에 따르면, 스프링 조작기의 성능이 2.90 % 개선되었다. In this study, a release test bed is designed to evaluate the dynamic behaviors of a coil spring. From the release tests, the dynamic behaviors of a coil spring are analyzed. A lumped parameter spring model was established for numerical simulation of a spring. The design variables of a coil spring are optimized by using the design of experiments approach. Two-level factorial designs are used for the design optimization, and the primary effects of the design variables are analyzed. Based on the results of the interaction analysis and design sensitivity analysis, the level of the design variables is rearranged. Finally, the mixed-level factorial design is used for the optimum design process. According to the optimum design of the opening spring, the dynamic performance of the spring-operated mechanism increases by 2.90.

LED lighting has received worldwide attention as advantages, such as environment-friendly than the conventional light, the excellent energy efficiency, and a semi-permanent lifetime. The use of the SMPS increased with the rapid growth in the LED industry. Increased use of SMPS means an increase in the harmonic generation load. Therefore, LED lighting compared with conventional fluorescent lamps were tested in this paper for characterized by a light source, electrical and harmonic characteristics. Experiments results for LED lighting showed different characteristics from the existing fluorescent lamp. Especially harmonic characteristic results showed different characteristics in accordance with the power device manufacturing method for LED lighting.
