The evaluation test for the operation of rotary type surface mounters which consist of the reel axis, the index table and the X-Y table, has been performed by comparing the new method with the old one in only fields. Because the problem seeking for the optimal operation of rotary type surface mounters, is NP complete, it is almost impossible to get the optimal solutions of large problems. This paper deals with a dynamic network modeling, which can reduce the effort, the cost, and the time used for the performance test of rotary type surface mounters.

This paper treats the problem to schedule for trains with how transit priority so as to maximizing the number that can be sent during given time periods without interfering with the fixed schedule for train with high transit priority in a track. We transform the this problem into Time Expanded Network without traverse time through application of Ford and Fulkerson Model and construct the Enumeration Algorithm for solutions using TENET Generator (TENETGEN). Finally, we compare our algorithm with Dinic's Maximal-Flow Algorithm and examine the avaliability of our procedures in personal computer.

The dynamic maximal flow for varing transition times is discussed. Because that network is very complex and irregular, there is no algorithm to obtain solution directly in dynamic network. Therefore the procedure to seek maximal flow in dynamic networks with varing transition times is proposed. The problem is transformed into the time expanded network without traverse time th-rough the Ford and Fulkerson model. After that, our developed TENET GENerator(TENETGEN) II is used for generation of input data and maximal flows are sought by Dinic's algorithm.

The most of the international car manufactures and dealers see ebXML as the best choice to replace a costly process of document exchange that relies on conventional EDI, often in conjunction with satellite services. And the first tier group of suppliers will be more important in that the modularity policy of automobile industry. The business-collaboration standard goes beyond specifying how information should be distributed, adding reliability and security specifications to the documents as messages are exchanged with business partners across the web. In this paper, we propose the B2B portal of automobile parts manufactures using the ebXML that we developed system contents, input, output and flow of business documents based on the standard electronic documents registered in REMKO(Resistry & Depository of ebXML in Korea). The proposed system can provide the renew and service of information beyond the time and space, in that, the XML technology standard and EDI structure are used. In collaborative operationality, the proposed system will support the unity and cooperative of documents and keep the latest and accuracy of information.

This paper proposes a network technique for job-shop scheduling with parallel machines. We use a hueristic method based on shifting bottleneck procedure for solving the job-shop scheduling, problem with sequence independent setup time, which schedules the machines one by one, taking a bottleneck machine among the a machines not yet scheduled. Every time after a new machine is scheduled, all schedules previously established are updated. Both the bottleneck search and the schedule updating procedure are based on solving a single machine scheduling problem with ready time, setup time and delivery time iteratively. We propose a network technique transforming the parallel machine problem into the single machine problem.

Intellectual property is the central resource shift from capital wealth in almost all industries. We have been called on to value intellectual property for some of following purposes: transaction support sale, bankruptcy, licensing, strategic alliances, estate and gift taxes, martial dissolution, accounting requirements, etc. The cost, income, market, and option approaches are discussed for the tools of valuation. The income approaches are mostly used among them, but virtually any type of property can be valued using them except option approaches. The analyst should consider using all three for intellectual property because a comparison of values resulting from each will either confirm the conclusions or highlight inconsistencies that should be investigated.
