Parametric study on the efficiency of Rotary Solid Dehumidifer are reported. Experi-ments have been performed by varying regeneration temperature, regeneration humidity, flow rate of regeneration air, angular velocity of dehumidifer rotor and regeneration angle. To improve the energy efficiency, MODE 2,3 where coding zone is constructed and MODE 4, 5 where recirculating zone is constructed, were studied through experimental method $\ldots$. These results show that economical operating ranges exist in regeneration temperature, flow rate of regeneration air, angular velocity of dehumidifier rotor and regeneration angle. MODE 2,3 where cooling zone is constructed between regeneration Bone and process zone, is far better than MODE 1 in view of energy effiency, and optimum cooling angle and flow rate of cooling air exist. But MODE 4 and MODE 5, where recirculating zone is constructed, are similar to MODE 1.

판례는 전통사찰, 학교법인, 민법상재단법인(공익법인)이 주무관청의 허가 없이 스스로의 의사에 의한 법률행위로서 그의 기본재산을 처분하는 행위는 당연 무효이나 외부로부터의 시효취득, 공용수용은 주무관청의 허가 없이도 가능하다고 하면서도 이들 재산에 대한 강제경매(임의경매)에 있어서는 여전히 주무관청의 허가가 필요하다고 한다. 그러나 경매에 관련한 위 판례는 법해석론상으로도 내부의 법률행위에 의한 처분행위시와 달리 제3자에 의한 강제경매의 경우에까지 주무관청의 허가를 요한다고 볼 법적 근거가 없고 경매 자체의 성질, 기타 시효취득, 공용수용과의 형평성이나 공익적 보호 필요성 정도 등 여러 가지 측면에서 오류를 범하고 있어 판례변경을 요한다. 주무관청의 허가를 얻도록 한 관련 규정들은 판례가 시효취득, 공용수용에서 판시한 바와 같이 기관 스스로의 법률행위에 의한 처분행위의 경우에만 적용되는 규정이지 외부로부터의 시효취득, 공용수용, 강제경매의 경우에까지 적용될 수 있는 규정이 아니고, 주무관청의 허가 여부는 강제경매와는 아무런 관련이 없으며, 경매의 허용 여부는 법이 압류금지 규정을 두고 있는가의 측면에서 검토되어야 한다.

Although the sales volume is increasing yearly due to the improved technological maturity of electric vehicles (EVs), the charging infrastructure is insufficient. In addition, localization and technology development for power modules in a fast charging system is required. In this paper, a design and implementation of a power module for an EV ultra-fast charging system are proposed. In the power module, which has a 30 kW maximum power capacity, the AC/DC rectifier stage uses a Vienna rectifier topology, and the isolated DC/DC converter stage uses an LLC resonant converter topology. The LLC resonant converter controls the output voltage to respond to a wide output voltage of 150V to 1000V. In addition, in order to realize a wide output voltage range, a single relay is used on the secondary side of the LLC resonant converter to achieve a wide voltage range through the predefined two-mode selection. The validity and reliability of the proposed power module are verified through the experimental results for various load conditions.

In order to develop a high cellulolytic direct-fed microorganism (DFM) for ruminant productivity improvement, this study isolated cellulolytic bacteria from the rumen of Holstein dairy cows, and compared their cellulolytic abilities via DM degradability, gas production and cellulolytic enzyme activities. Twenty six bacteria were isolated from colonies grown in Dehority's artificial (DA) medium with 2% agar and cultured in DA medium containing filter paper at $39^{\circ}C$ for 24h. 16s rDNA gene sequencing of four strains from isolated bacteria showed that H8, H20 and H25 strains identified as Ruminococcus flavefaciens, and H23 strain identified as Fibrobacter succinogenes. H20 strain had higher degradability of filter paper compared with others during the incubation. H8 (R. flavefaciens), H20 (R. flavefaciens), H23 (F. succinogenes), H25 (R. flavefaciens) and RF (R. flavefaciens sijpesteijn, ATCC 19208) were cultured in DA medium with filter paper as a single carbon source for 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 days without shaking at $39^{\circ}C$, respectively. Dry matter degradability rates of H20, H23 and H25 were relatively higher than those of H8 and RF since 2 d incubation. The cumulative gas production of isolated cellulolytic bacteria increased with incubation time. At every incubation time, the gas production was highest in H20 strain. The activities of carboxymethylcellulase (CMCase) and Avicelase in the culture supernatant were significantly higher in H20 strain compared with others at every incubation time (p<0.05). Therefore, although further researches are required, the present results suggest that H20 strain could be a candidate of DFM in animal feed due to high cellulolytic ability.
