Die vorliegede Arbeit sollte ein ansatzgebender Versuch sein, Hölderlins spekulative Philsophie, die nach der Bewusstseinsphilosophie die verschollene Ursprünglichkeit des Seins zu rehabilitieren wagt, ins gegenwärtige Diskussionsfeld hineinzubringen. Um das Arbeitsziel widerspruchslos zu erreichen, will ich zuerst Hölderlins Grundgedanke in seinem Fragment, das etwa im Mitte April 1795 niedergeschrieben wird, Schritt für Schritt analysieren und damit den hervorlagenden Sinn seines philosophischen Denkansatzes in der philosophischen Denkgeschichte einleuchten, der gegen die ontologische Grenze an der Reflexionsstruktur des Bewusstseins kritischen Einwand erhebt und den ontologischen Primat des Seins vor dem Denken zu Vordergrund legt. Hölderlin hat m. E. die selbstverständliche Besinnung auf die philosophische Grundproblematik der Gegenständlichkeit, die die Begrenzung durch den Reflexionsakt des Selbstbewusstseins involviert, relativ früh gewonnen. Solche philosophische Gewißheit hat ihm erlaubt, ontologische Notwendigkeit des Seinshorizont für die Reflexionsbewegung des Bewusstseins zu behaupten. Auf diesem Gesichtspunkt hat er gesucht, die ontologische Seinsstruktur des absoluten Seins als die ontologische Urquelle Alles im wechselwirkenden Verhältnis mit der intellektualen Anschauung, die die Erkenntnisvermöge sei, zu erklären. So ist seine Denkweise konsequenterweise zu Ende gekommen, dass die wechselseitige Bezogenheit zwischen dem absoluten Sein als dem immer vorausgehenden Grund aller Seienden und der intellekrualen Anschauung die absolute Negativität selber ist: Es liegt bei Hölderlin auf der Hand, dass das geschichtliche Seinshorizont des absoluten Seins die negative Seinsverklärung ist und dass die Erkennbarkeit des absoluten Seins vermittels der intellektualen Anschauung bzw. die Sprachbarkeit des absoluten Seins auch nur mit der Negation der ursprünglichen Absolutheit des Seins verwirklicht werden kann. Aus diesem Grund nimmt die intellektuale Anschauung für ihn die Notwendigkeit der Selbstnegierung des absoluten Seins, das die Negation als solche zu seinem eigentlichen Seinshorizont innehat, wahr und übersetzt das absolute Sein auf die tragische Sprache der Negation. 본 논문은 근대 의식철학 이후 존재의 근원적 존재지평의 철학적 복권을 시도한 횔덜린의 사변철학에 대한 논의를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 논문은 횔덜린의 1795년 「판단과 존재」를 중심으로 의식의 반성구조가 지니는 존재론적 한계에 대한 철학적 비판과 동시에 판단 이전의 존재의 존재론적 우위성에 대한 철학적 논의의 사상사적 의의를 밝히려 하며, 이와 더불어 횔덜린의 이러한 철학이념으로부터 사변철학의 철학적 문제와 사유구조를 발견하고자 한다. 횔덜린은 자기의식의 반성구조가 지니고 있는 대상성의 필연적 한계가 내포하고 있는 철학적 문제를 자각하고 있으며, 이런 자각으로부터 반성적 의식 이전의 존재지평의 필연성을 증명한다. 이와 함께 횔덜린은 근원적 존재지평으로서 절대존재가 지니고 있는 존재론적 구조를 인식능력인 지적 직관과의 상호관계에서 해명하려 시도한다. 이러한 시도로부터 양자 사이의 상호관계 자체가 절대적 부정성이라는 사실이 드러난다. 즉 절대존재의 역사적 존재지평은 존재의 근원성의 부정적 변용이며, 지적 직관의 절대존재에 대한 인식과 이에 대한 언어적 형상화 또한 존재의 근원적 절대성에 대한 부정을 통해서만 가능하다. 때문에 횔덜린에게서 지적 직관은 부정성을 자신의 존재지평으로 지니는 절대존재를 부정의 필연성에서 자각하며, 절대존재를 부정의 비극적 언어로 번역한다.

세 개의 거울: ‘자기 돌봄’의 기술

자본과 상품이 지배하는 현대 도시인의 일상은 타인이 자신에게 보내는 시선에 대한 지나친 의식이 지배하는 시간이다. 주체의 자기를 향한 시선이나, 주체의 자기를향한 물음이 아니라, 타인의 자신을 향한 시선, 즉 타인의 눈에 비칠 자신의 외양이중대한 사회가 현대 사회이다. 타인의 시선에 의존하기보다 자기 인식과 자기 돌봄을 소크라테스가 이미 오래전에 알키비아데스에게 요청했음에도 불구하고, 현대인은 자기 돌봄을 망각하고, 자신을 타인의 시야 안에 가두어두려고만 한다. 이런 사실을 인정한다면, 주체는 특정 시기 철학의 전유물이 아니라, 오히려 오늘날 우리가 물어야 하는 물음의 대상이다. ‘주체는 결여 존재다’라는 대전제 아래 필자는 자기 돌봄의 기술이라고 명명한 주체의 자기 수양의 세 가지 담론 지평들을 고찰하고 한다. 2. “거울 1: 상제의 응시”에서는 다산의 자기 돌봄의 주체를 다룰 것이며, 이어서 3. “거울 2: 대타자의 욕망”에서는 라캉 정신분석에서 나타나는 거울단계의 주체를, 마지막으로 4. “거울 3: 무한자와 함께 있음”에서는 초기 낭만주의자 그룹에 해당하는노발리스와 횔덜린의 낭만주의 주체가 논의 무대에 등장할 것이다. 여기 등장하는세 가지의 주체는 각각의 고유한 담론 지평을 형성하고 있지만, 필자의 관점에서는논의 영역의 공통 교집합은 주체의 결여성이다.

시간조절을 중심으로 한 자기조절 학습전략이 자기조절 효능감과 학습동기 개선에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 시간관리를 중심으로 한 자기조절 학습전략프로그램이 시간관리 능력 및 학습동기에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 탐구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 대구 소재 중학교 3학년을 대상으로 17명의 실험집단과 31명의 통제집단을 구성하여 프로그램을 실시하였다. 실험집단은 시간관리를 중심으로 한 자기조절학습전략 프로그램을 1주일에 2회씩 10회기에 걸쳐 5주 동안 실시하였다. 두 집단 모두에 시간관리 검사, 학습동기(자기효능감, 실패내성) 검사를 사전-사후로 나누어 실시하고 분석하였다. 그 결과로 첫째, 시간관리를 중심으로 한 자기조절학습전략 프로그램을 적용한 집단은 통제집단에 비해 시간관리 능력이 유의하게 향상되었다. 둘째, 시간관리를 중심으로 한 자기조절학습전략 프로그램을 적용한 집단은 학습동기 중 자기효능감이 유의하게 향상되었다. 이 연구의 결과를 통해 시간관리를 중심으로 한 자기조절학습전략 프로그램은 중학생의 시간관리 능력 및 학습동기 중 자기효능감의 향상에 영향을 미치고 실패내성에는 영향을 주지 못한 것을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of self regulated learning strategy program to the use of time management, time management ability and academic motivation. For this study, the sample is carried out by selecting 17 students in 9th-grade at a middle school in Daegu city, as experimental group and another 31 students in 9th-grade at a middle school in the same city as a control group. The self regulated learning strategy program to the use of time management applied to the experimental group was the new program of the author which is based on Covey's 4th-generation Time Management and Mind 21 clinic center's workbook. After testing Time Management, Self-Efficacy and Failure Tolerance both experimental and control group at first, were tested self regulated learning strategy program to the use of time management to the experimental group only for 5 weeks, 10 times and twice a weeks, then, were carried out Time Management test, Self-Efficacy test and Failure Tolerance test in order to resolve the research matter. The results were as follow: First, Experimental group showed significantly higher improvement than control group in Time Management ability. Second, Experimental group showed significantly higher improvement than control group in Self-Efficacy. But experimental group didn't showed improvement than control group in Failure Tolerance. As a result of this study, it is confirmed that self regulated learning strategy program the use of time management effects to enhance of increase time management ability, increase academic motivation for middle school students. This study is a result of testing for grade 9 in short period of 5 weeks at a certain region, and it is not tested if this result can be maintained after a certain period. Thus, it is necessary to study for a long period to make constant internalization of self regulated learning strategy program to the use of time management. Also, it is necessary to make for program of Failure Tolerance.

시 짓기와 철학하기 -철학적 해석학의 횔덜린 수용사-

The German philosophical pattern in the early 20th century is divided into two different camps that accepted the German ramanticism, especially Hölderlin-receptor. On the one hand, it is camp that we call ‘philosophical hermeneutic’, on the other hand, is what we call the critical theory. Before we deal with the receptor of critical theory, the paper focuses on the acceptance of Hölderlin‘s speculative poetry and the problem of Wirkungsgeschichte in ’philosophical hermeneutic‘. And then the paper discusses Hölderlin’s wirkungsgeschichtliche acceptance in the thought of philosophical hermeneutic, through this, it intend to overcome the conflict between poetry and philosophy to find the truth of poetic literature. Finally discuss the difference between Heidegger‘s ontological philosophy and Gadamer’s philosophical hermeneutic in Hölderlin-acceptance. The difference is as follows. 1. Heidegger tried to sublimate Hölderlin’s poetry into a horizon of German idealism philosophy. 2. From Heidegger’s point of view is Hölderlin more of a philosopher than a poet. 3. Eventually, from Heidegger’s ontological philosophy, Hölderlin‘s art world was exiled to the periphery of the debate. In Gadamer’s philosophical hermeneuic, 1. Hölderlin‘s speculative poetry is interpreted as a poetic literature that embody the awareness of one’s own times. 2. Hölderlin’s view of the role of poetry and poet in a new era is reinterpreted upon modern needs. 논문은 하이데거와 가다머의 횔덜린 시와 정신세계의 수용사 그리고 여기에 내재하는 그들 사이의 차이를 다룬다. 하이데거는 첫 번째 횔덜린 소환과 함께 정치적으로 실패한 독일정신혁명을 철학적으로 달성하고자 하였으며, 두 번째 횔덜린 소환으로 그는 기술문명비판과 자본주의정신 비판을 수행했다. 이에 반해 가다머에게 횔덜린은 하이데거에게서처럼 자기철학 구상을 위한 수단이 아니라, 해석학적 이해의 해석대상이다. 가다머는 횔덜린의 시와 정신세계를 다시 해석의 무대에 세움으로써 횔덜린이 마땅히 차지해야 할 정신사에서의 위치를 찾아 주고자 했다. 다음으로 하이데거가 두 번째 횔덜린을 소환했을 때, 하이데거의 눈앞의 세계는 기술문명과 자본의 위협 앞에 발가벗겨 놓여있는 파국직전의 세계였다. 따라서 하이데거는 세계의 종말 직전에 간절히 고대하는 “최후의 신”의 도래를 기다리는 종말론적 사유특성을 가지고 있다. 그러나 가다머는 영향사적 의식의 무한 개방성을 횔덜린의 ‘회상’에서 발견하며 횔덜린과 더불어 종말론을 거부한다. 마지막으로 하이데거는 “천둥번개”로 말하는 신의 언어가 창조하는 존재와 이렇게 창조된 존재의 위력 앞에서의 침묵의 필연성을 말하지만, 가다머는 끝없는 말과 말 사이의 상호 교섭에서의 의미지평의 무한진행과 이행을 보장하는 대화의 필연성을 주장한다.

역사적 사건의 순간성 -횔덜린의 비극론으로 본 1910년 ‘자정순국'-

The fundamental question of this paper is how to view the deaths of the martyrs who died in the country through the form of suicide, which can only be called a tragedy after the country collapsed in 1910. No community in history has encouraged suicide among community members. But communities sometimes remember suicide by sublimating it into sublime self-sacrifice or 'death of the great.' Such a community tries to present some suicides as the principle of community operation and conservation by constantly summoning them to places of memory and converting them to life through the act of recalling rather than letting them spill into ‘lethe’ with the death of a simple individual. Here, as an individual's tragic death, suicide becomes a history of tragedy beyond the annihilation of the individual's existence. Following the context of this discussion, we will first consider the dramatic sublimation of the tragic death of Empedocles, who jumped into Ethna Volcano as a symbol of "fire" that purifies everything, and secondly, look at the Confucian significance of suicide and death through the martyrdom of Hyangsan Lee, Mando and Maecheon Hwang, hyeon after "collaption of nation" in 1910, and thirdly, discuss the implication of the historicity of individual determination in the discussion horizon of historical philosophy. Through this, the paper hopes to reveal the fact that the historical transition period, a moment of tragic negativity and absolute emptiness between the death of an individual and the fall of a community, has an absolute one time as an event, and also appears on the stage of memory to acquire universal continuity into life. 논문의 근본 물음은 1910년 나라가 망한 후 비극이라고 할 수밖에 없는 자살이라는죽음의 형태를 통해 순국한 순국자들의 죽음을 어떻게 봐야 하는가이다. 역사 상 존재한 공동체 중 공동체 구성원의 자살을 권장하는 사회는 존재하지 않았다. 그러나 공동체는 때때로 자살을 숭고한 자기희생으로 혹은 ‘위대한 자의 죽음’으로 승화하여 기억한다. 이런 공동체는 어떤 자살은 단순한 개인의 죽음으로 망각의 강에 흘려보내기보다는 끊임없이 기억의 장소에 소환하고, 회상하는 행위를 통해 공동체의 생명으로 전환하여 공동체 운영과 보존의 원리로 제시하려 한다. 여기서 개인의 비극적 죽음으로서 자살은 개별자의 존재소멸의 차원을 넘어 비극의 역사가 된다. 이런 논의 맥락을따라서 첫째, 모든 것을 정화하는 ‘불’의 상징으로서 에트나 화산에 뛰어든 엠페도클레스의 비극적 죽음에 대한 횔덜린의 극적 승화를 고찰할 것이며, 둘째, 1910년 ‘국망’ 이후 향산 이만도와 매천 황현의 순국을 통해 자살과 죽음의 유교적 의미를 살피고, 셋째, 비극적 개인의 결단이 함의하고 있는 역사성을 낭만주의 역사철학의 논의 지평에서 재구성하고자 한다. 이를 통해 논문은 개인의 죽음과 공동체의 몰락 사이의 비극적부정성과 절대적 공허의 순간인 역사적 전환기가 사건으로서 절대적 일회성을 가지고있으면서, 또한 기억의 무대에 등장하여 삶으로의 보편적 연속성을 획득한다는 사실을밝힐 수 있기를 바란다.

축하중 분포 변화가 콘크리트 포장의 공용성 예측결과에 미치는 영향 연구

PURPOSES: The purpose of this article is to investigate the predicted life of jointed concrete pavement (JCP) with two variables effecting onaxle load spectra (ALS). The first variable is different data acquisition methods whether using high-speed weigh-in-motion (HS-WIM) or notand the other one is spectra distribution due to overweight enforcement on main-lane of expressway using HS-WIM. METHODS : Three sets of ALS had been collected i) ALS provided by Korea Pavement Research Program (KPRP), which had beenobtained without using HS-WIM ii) ALS collected by HS-WIM before the enforcement at Kimcheon and Seonsan site iii) ALS collected afterthe enforcement at the same sites. And all ALS had been classified into twelve vehicle classes and four axle types to compare each other. Among the vehicle classes, class 6, 7, 10 and 12 were selected as the major target for comparing each ALS because these were considered asthe primary trucks with a high rate of overweight loading. In order to analyze the performance of JCP based on pavement life, fatigue crack andInternational Roughness Index (IRI) were predicted using road pavement design program developed by KPRP and each ALS with same annualaverage daily traffic (AADT) was applied to design slab thickness. RESULTS: Comparison ALS of KPRP with those of HS-WIM shows that the ALS of KPRP has a low percentage of heavy spectra such as6~9 tonnes for single axle, 18~21 tonnes for tandem axle and 27~30 tonnes for tridem axle than other two ALS of HS-WIM in most vehicleclasses and axle types. It means that ALS of KPRP was underestimated. And after the enforcement, percentage of heavy spectra close to 10tonnes per an axle are lowered than before the enforcement by the effect of overweight enforcement because the spectra are related tooverweight regulation. Prediction results of pavement life for each ALS present that the ALS of HS-WIM collected before the enforcementmakes the pavement life short more than others. On the other hand, the ALS of KPRP causes the longest life under same thickness of slab. Thus, it is possible that actual performance life of JCP under the traffic like ALS of HS-WIM could be short than predicted life if the pavementwas designed based on ALS provided by KPRP. CONCLUSIONS : It is necessary to choose more reliable and practical ALS when designing JCP because ALS can be fairly affected byacquisition methods. In addition, it is important to extend performance life of the pavement in service by controlling traffic load such asoverweight enforcement.
