Recently, many organizations such as, including government, railroad operational, railroad facilities managemental and research authorities have made a lot of efforts to identify and prevent hazards from leading to accidents and solve them all over the railroad industry. Railroad total safety technology development project conducted as one of national R&D projects has established business formation structure based on system engineering as an effort to define and give a solution to facing problems in the field of railroad. This paper is building procedures to verify the outcomes derived from this project. The verification process is the one for verifying the outcome produced in the final stage of the project or during the project. It makes sure that the system is satisfying the system requirements through verification of the outcomes produced after conducting the project for verification. We"ve made verification plan for technically reasonable verification using verification process developed through this research, and established master verification plan in the level of 15 detailed projects for interim and final outcomes produced.

As technologies are developed and systems are complicated, hazards embedded in the system are also increasing. proving safety and managing the safetyis more scientific and organizational domain so that safety management system is pursuing to be activeformation detecting the factors of hazard and managing them beyond passiveway. In the future, in order to establish and manage national safety management system, it is important to have effective system and manage it and also more important that all the people related to target system has to change their recognition and to playroles in it. Many railway safety measures reduce railway fatalities into half for last 10 years. But more improvement in railway safety is required to meet the social need after railway fire accident in Daegue. After the Daegue subway train fire accident, the Korean government has been trying to prepare a nation-wide railway safety program, a safety organization, and a Safety Act. To construct a nation-wide railway safety management program, system architecture was established.

사물인터넷(IOT)은 인터넷을 통하여 사물들이 연결되고 이를 기반으로 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 미래 인터넷 기술로서 미래 초연결 사회를 가능케 하는 기술로 부각되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 는 IOT기술을 활용하였으며, 다양한 센서를 이용한 실내의 상황을 모니터링 할 수 있고, 위기 상황 발생 시 신속한 대웅을 가능하도록 하며, 적합한 실내 환경을 자동 제어 및 원격 제어 함으로써 쾌적한 환경을 유지하여 건강 유지에 도움을 주기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 엠 제작 및 오픈소스 하드웨어인 아두이노와 라즈베리파이를 사용하였으며, 라즈베리파이에서 Apache Web Server를 열어 MySQL을 통 해 데이터를 저장 및 송·수신한다.

To establish the national railway safety system, the railway total safety technology development project has been promoted by Ministry of Construction and Transportation (MOCT) since August 2004. The project is mainly focused on the prevention of a critical railway accident and the reduction of accident/mortality rate. To achieve its goal effectively, the project is composed of 15 sub-projects each of which can be categorized into three different technological area. This work deals with the verification results for the outcomes of the sub-projects carried out at the 2nd year of the project. A new verification procedure is developed and applied to the project based on the system engineering. Three criterions - The suitability of the realization of a function, the suitability of a physical structure, the suitability of a design analysis report - are used for the verifications. The verification results are investigated by calculating standard deviations of scores of each results.

To establish the national railway safety system, the railway total safety technology development project has been promoted by Ministry of Construction and Transportation (MOCT) since August 2004. The project has producted successful results in many areas of railway safety, however, it is required that the research field should be re-examined to meet the aim of the project. To do that, the precedence of the investment of research resources should be reviewed and determined. The risk of serious railway accidents such as train collision, derailment and level crossing accidents are estimated. From the estimation result and the statistics on the railway accidents over fast few years, the risk factors of railway accidents can be calculated.
췌장의 신경내분비종양의 임상양상 및 WHO 분류에 따른 예후

Purpose: Clinical features of Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (PETs) vary according to the hormone secreted and to the heredity of the tumors. Malignant PETs are common among nonfunctioning PETs (NFTs) whereas the majority of functioning PETs (FTs) are benign. Our goal was to determine the clinical features and prognosis of PETs stratified by the WHO classification scheme and AJCC-UICC 7TH TNM staging. Methods: We selected for study 30 patients with PETs, including one case of nesidiolastosis, who presented at our clinic between April 1992 and June 2010. Clinicopathological features were studied retrospectively. PETs were classified as benign, uncertain malignant, well differentiated carcinoma, or poorly differentiated carcinomas by the WHO classification. For statistical analysis, Student"s t-test, the Chi-square test, and the Kaplan-Meier method were utilized. Results: Nine cases were FTs and twenty one cases were NFTs. The average size of the FTs was smaller than that of the NFTs (1.71 vs 4.33, p=0.04). The head of the pancreas was most commonly involved (33.3% of FTs; 47.6% of NFTs) but the locations of the tumors were not different. Insulinoma was the most common (66.7%, 6/9) among FTs. The incidence of malignant tumors was 33.3% and 55.0% among, respectively, FTs and NFTs. The 5-year disease-free survival rate of patients with benign PETs (FTs and NFTs), and of patients with functioning well-differentiated carcinomas was 100%. However, the 5-year disease-free survival rates of patients with nonfunctioning well- and poorly-differentiated carcinomas were 66.7% and 0%. Conclusion: Among patients with Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors, malignant tumors are more common among NFTs than FTs. Poorly-differentiated carcinomas have a worse prognosis while all FTs regardless of their WHO classification fail to show any disease recurrence.
