      • 아날로그 신호처리용 DDA 응용 회로의 설계

        In order to design continuous-time filter, active RC filters are used as the basic configurations. Starting from this design method, we encounter two main problems that large resistor areas consumed and device or component match required. To solve these problems, this paper explores the design and application of the CMOS differential difference amplifier(DDA). The applications of the DDA, particularly in continuous-time filters, may result in economic and compact structures with no matching requirements for MOS nolinearity cancellation. In this paper, the design of DDA with a wide linear input range is used two linear transconductance element and a MOSIS 2㎛ CMOS parameter. In order to test the performance of the designed DDA, the DDA based application circuits which connected as a voltage inverter, level shifter and modulator are simulated by SPICE.

      • α-I-k-케이신 複合體의 칼슘에 의한 重合

        ????-I-k-케이신 復合體의 칼슘에 의한 重合過程을 調査하기위하여 電子顯徽鏡을 使用하여 케이신 粒子를 觀察했으며, 이 結果에 케이신粒子의 會合確率을 simulation시켰다. 電子顯徽鏡觀察에서는 칼슘不在時에 大部分의 粒子는 球形이었지만 칼슘 10mM以上에서는 球形의 것이 減少했고, 鎖狀으로 重合한 것이 增加했다. 그리고 simulation의 결과, ????-I-k-케이신은 칼슘 10mM以上의 存在時 2個의 結合 site를 가진다는 것이 밝혀졌다.이것은 ????-I-k-케이신 復合體의 칼슘에 의한 重合의 경우와 一致하는 것으로 ????-I-k-케이신 複合體의 그것과 매우 類以하다는 것을 示唆하는 것이다. ????-I-k-casein complex were dissolved in 0.05M cacodylate-HCL-0.07M KCL buffer containing 0.02% sodium azide (pH 7.1) and observed with the electron microscope. The shape of the complex in the absence of calcium ions was spherical particle and the mean length of these particles was 10nm. When the calcium concertration was more than 10mM, the particles polymerized into bent chains. although micelle-like aggregates were not observed even at 15mM calcium. It is suggested from comparision of the frequency distributions of ????-I-k-casein complex at 0,5,10,and 15mM of calcium with the caculated probability distributions that ????-I-k-casein complex have two binding sites above 10mM of calcium, which are similar to the binding sites of ????-I-k-casein complex formed at the same concentration of calcium.

      • αSI-1カゼイソのカルシウムによゐ 重合

        Polymerizations of αs1-I casein by calcium ions were investigated by using electron microscope. The particles of αs1-I casein in the absence of calcium were spherical, but they polymerized into bent chains by the addition of calcium. The mean length of αs1-I casein increased slightly with the increase in calcium concentration. Based on these results, It was assumed that the smallest particle(polymerizing unit)has one(UI 1)or two(UI 2)binding sites and the probability to form i-mers of unit was calculated by using their parameters such as the ratio of UI 2 in all units and the association probabilities of UI1 and UI2. These results were compared with the frequency distributions abtained from electrom micrographs. It was suggested from the comparisons that αs1-I casein has one binding site over the range of calcium O-10 mM and it has two binding sites above 10mM calicum because of lacking of one binding site among three binding sites in αs1-casein.

      • 광대역 입력신호를 위한 선형 트랜스컨덕터와 Multiplier의 설계

        The linear transconductor and analog four-quadrant multiplier are designed. The DDA(differential difference amplifier) of new active component can be improved matching problems of external elements in op-amp application circuits. We have designed transconductor which have excellent linearity and is the most important block in DDA. And analog four-quadrant multiplier is designed using the designed transconductor and MOSIS 2㎛ design rule. We are simulated the linear transconductor and analog multiplier by SPICE program.

      • αsi-I케이신과 타케이신成分과의 相互作用

        αsi-I케이신과αsi-,β-,?? 케이신과의 相互作用을 檢討했다.αsi-I 케이신은β-,?? 케이신과 複合體를 形成했다. 따라서 αsi-케이신으로부터 αsi-I케이신으로 變換되어도 이들 케이신과의 結合사이튼느 保持되고 있다는 것이 確認되었다. 또αsi-I 케이신이αsi-,β- ,para ??케이신과 共存하는 系에서의 칼슘의 影響을 檢討했다. αsi-I케이신은 共存하는 他成分의 칼슘에의 한 沈殿性을 어느정도까지는 制御하는 能力을 가지고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. Interations of αsi-,β-and χ-casein were investigated using ultracentrifugation. The results showed a single peak having a ??value of 19.8 between αsi-,β-casein, and also a single peak having a ?? value of 11.7 between αsi-I casein and χ-casein in the absence of calcium. It is suggested that the associating site of αsi-I casein for complex formation remains when αsi- caseinis is converted to αsi-I casein. In addtion, the effect of αsi-I casein on the precipitation of αsi-,β-and para χ-casein in the presence of calcium was studied. It was revealed that αsi-I casein had a ability to stabilize these casein components in the presence of calcium at a certain degree.

        High-efficiency Organic Oight-emitting Diodes(OLEDs) with optimized multilayer transparent electrodes

        High-efficiency organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) based on multilayer transparent electrodes (MTEs) are reported. The dielectric/metal/dielectric (DMD) multilayer electrode based on a thin silver layer achieved high sheet conductance as small as 6Ω/sq and a tuning capability in the optical and electrical properties by engineering the inner and outer dielectric layers. In the conventional normal bottom-emitting structure, a DMD-based OLED can be fabricated with 90% higher forward luminous efficiency and 30% higher external quantum efficiency (EQE) compared to ITO-based devices. Special attention was paid to the optimization method of such MTE structure considering both the injection and optical structures.

        제주산 온주밀감의 CA 저장에 관한 연구

        Changes in fruit quality and some components of Unshiu orange(Citrus Unshiu Marc. Hayashi) stored at 2℃ in air or a controlled atmosphere(CA, O₂ 10%, CO₂ 2%) for 111 days were studied. The incidence of rot fruits was higher in air(12.7%) than in CA condition(3.9%). The appearance of the frutits was better in CA condition than in air. There was no significant difference in the weight loss of whole fruits between both storage conditions. The ratio of the flesh weight to whole fruits under CA condition was slightly lower than those in air until 62 days of storage, while it showed no rapid decrease in the later period of storage. Under both storage conditions, the Brix in the flesh increased in the early period of storage and then decreased slowly, while the free acid contents decreased gradually during storage. In comparison with the fruits stored in air, those under CA condition showed lower total sugar content. The sugar in the flesh of the fruits is composed of sucrose, fructose and glucose. The content of total sugar as well as each sugar showed no distinct difference under both storage conditions. In the flesh of the fruits, citric acid comprised about 90 % of the organic; acid and malic acid the second abundant acid. During storage, the contents of citric, malic and oxalic acid decreased. Significant difference in the decreasing rate of total organic acid between both storage conditions was not found. From the above results, it might be considered that CA could be applied for the storage of Unshiu orange grown on Cheju
