        딥러닝을 활용한 전략물자 판정 지원도구 개발에 대한 연구

        전략물자관리 제도의 이행 확산에 따라 전략물자 판정의 중요성이 높아지고 있으나 전략물자 제도를 처음 접하는 수출기업은 전략물자의 개념을 이해하기 쉽지 않고, 전략물자를 통제하는 기준이 다양하여 전략물자 판정에 어려움이 따른다. 본 논문에서는 전략물자 제도를 처음 접하는 기업이나 전략물자 판정시스템 이용자에게 진입장벽을 낮추어 판정이라는 과정을 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 이용자가 전략물자 판정이라는 절차를 매뉴얼이나 카탈로그의 제공만으로 판정결과를 확인할 수 있게 된다면, 전략물자 판정 방법과 절차에 보다 편리하고 쉽게 다가설수 있을 것이다. 본 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 이미지 인식 및 분류에서 연구되고 있는 딥러닝과 OCR(광학문자판독) 기술을 활용하고, 전략물자 판정 지원도구에 대한 개발과 연구를 통하여 우리 기업의 전략물자 판정에 도움이 되는 정보를 제공한다. As the implementation of export controls is spreading, the importance of classifying strategic items is increasing, but Korean export companies that are new to export controls are not able to understand the concept of strategic items, and it is difficult to classifying strategic items due to various criteria for controlling strategic items. In this paper, we propose a method that can easily approach the process of classification by lowering the barrier to entry for users who are new to export controls or users who are using classification of strategic items. If the user can confirm the decision result by providing a manual or a catalog for the procedure of classifying strategic items, it will be more convenient and easy to approach the method and procedure for classfying strategic items. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, it utilizes deep learning, which are being studied in image recognition and classification, and OCR(optical character reader) technology. And through the research and development of the support tool, we provide information that is helpful for the classification of strategic items to our companies.

        전환장애 환자에 개결서경탕(開結舒經湯)을 투여한 치험례

        Conversion Disorder is a disorder whose predominant feature is a loss or alteration in physical functioning that suggests a physical disorder but that is actually a direct expression of a psychological conflict or need. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-IV (DSM-IV) guidelines for Conversion Disorder include these definitions: A psychosocial stressor produces a psychological conflict that is believed to help initiate or exacerbate the illness The symptoms are not under conscious control, etc. While functional disabilities are common with conversion disorders, physical and laboratory abnormalities are absent or minor in comparison with the patient's subjective complaints. Symptoms of Conversion Disorder are similar to those of stroke. But the mechanism of Conversion Disorder is similar as that of Stagnation Syndrome of Ki (氣鬱證) in Oriental medicine. Gaegyeolseogyeong-tang has been used to treat women who suffer from Conversion Disorder induced by the Stagnation Syndrome of Ki (氣鬱證). After application of the Gaegyeolseogyeong-tang for 7 days, symptoms and signs improved dramatically.

        신축 공공도서관의 지위적 역할에 따른 규모와 지역 특성에 따른 건립공사비 기준에 관한 연구

        As the functions and roles of public libraries expand, it is time for qualitative growth. In order to improve the quality of public libraries, it is important to plan actual construction costs through systematic feasibility study. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present the guideline of construction costs considering the size and regional characteristics according to the status role of the new public libraries. The construction costs are based on actual data. The results of the study are as follows. First, we derived the analysis framework according to the size and regional characteristics. The status role of the public libraries was considered theoretically. The size was classified according to status role of the public libraries. Regional characteristics were classified through literature review. Through this, an analysis framework was derived according to size and region. Second, the actual data on construction costs of the new public libraries were examined and analyzed. Basic factors, size, area, and construction costs were analyzed for 285 libraries nationwide that opened from 2010 to 2016. The data of 129 newly opened public libraries were classified. To present construction costs depending on price fluctuation, construction cost index was analyzed as of September 2016. Third, a guideline of construction costs for new public libraries was suggested. The construction cost per 1㎡ of building area was analyzed. By multiplying 116.70(p), the construction cost index, the construction cost per 1㎡ of total building area was calculated to be 2,472,350 won. When applying the research result, construction costs can be gained by adding construction cost index of the month.

        HDTV 메이크업과 조명기술과의 관계 분석

        With conversion to digital broadcasting, HDTV has been able to provide higher-quality pictures based on the digital transmission system. Among video production techniques which are targeted to improve the quality of image of HDTV programs with the emergence of the era of high-quality video, therefore, lighting has had a significant effect on changes in video makeup. Hence, there have been a lot of studies on it. In terms of research method, an integrated approach method with lighting has been proposed to produce video makeup appropriate for HDTV through comparative analysis on connectivity between HDTV makeup and lighting. In addition, this study has comparatively analyzed relations between video makeup which is expressed through TV images and TV lighting in cooperation with TV lighting engineers and TV modulation engineers after collecting video makeup pictures and images in HDTV program-filming locations from the MCs of KBS studio programs. As the technology life-cycle is accelerated, new video production technology besides HDTV has been introduced. As a result, it is expected that this study would create synergy effects and make a contribution to the establishment of standard video makeup techniques for HDTV programs through comparative analysis on interconnectivity between video makeup and lighting which can meet both TV producers and TV audience after investigating the current status and characteristics of broadcasting production technologies. With changes in video presentation method after the development of broadcasting system, in addition, the HDTV video production method should be further developed along with technological advancement in video makeup and lighting.

        방송 카메라에 따른 TV 메이크업 분석 -뉴스 프로그램 아나운서를 중심으로-

        With the emergence of the High Definition Television (HDTV)-based information transmission method, higher-quality videos with more pixels can now be rendered. The broadcasting technology, a video production technique developed to improve the video quality of HDTV news programs, has brought changes in TV makeup. The realistic visualism has been a driving force for important development in the history of television (until the birth of HDTV). In case of a digital technology-based information transmission method, if data are transmitted to a TV through a digital data compression method, high-quality videos (about 5 times greater in terms of pixels) are provided in HDTV. This technology advancement had a significant effect on news anchors` TV makeup in terms of the improvement of the video quality of HDTV news programs, which has in turn brought a new change. As a result, the news anchor`s image is now greatly dependent upon TV makeup because of dramatic improvement in chrominance, luminance, quality of images and aspect ratio. After realizing the importance of expression analysis in subtle TV makeup, it was attempted to analyze the news anchor`s expression of TV makeup by the broadcast cameras. In terms of a new experimental research method on the TV makeup according to changes in HDTV broadcast environment, the cameras used for video production in the main control room of the KBS Changwon were instrumented with the camera experts in the production of HDTV videos. Then, the depth, resolution and frequency of TV makeup were compared by standard / ENG camera, and new anchors` TV makeup by the broadcast camera was comparatively analyzed based on the distribution chart in the vector scope. As the circulation of technology lifecycle is accelerated in a modern society, TV makeup should be properly developed considering the current status and characteristics of broadcast production technology with the emergence of HDTV in order to generate synergy effects.

        20대 비만 남성을 위한 의복 사이즈 체계에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is investigate the feature of the body shape of obese males and to propose a new apparel sizing system considering the body size of obese men through an the analysis of the body measurement of obese men in their twenties as reported in the ``Fifth Korean National Physical Standard Reports``. For this study, a new apparel sizing system for casual wear was proposed for obese men in their twenties after a body measurement of 159 obese men in their 20s with a BMI of 25 and over as reported in the ``Fifth Korean National Physical Standard Reports`` conducted by SIZEKOREA. This study sought to investigate the features of obese men`s bodies by comparing the body shape between obese men and ordinary men. The result of shows that width, depth and circumference items influencing the width size when producing clothes are larger in the case of an obese body shape than an ordinary body shape, and that the stature, total length, arm length and outside leg length influencing the length size are similar between an obese body shape and an ordinary body shape. Therefore, it was confirmed that an apparel sizing system specializing in clothes for obese customers is required. As a result of this study of the features of body shape, the control dimensions for such an apparel sizing system were determined to be the stature and chest circumference of upper garments and the stature and waist circumference(omphalion) for lower garments. The interval between the sizes was 5cm for the stature and was irregular for the chest and waste circumference. Consequently, 8 sizes were proposed for upper garments and 9 sizes were proposed for lower garments.

        Currently, interest in the quality of concrete is increasing. Among the important factors for evaluating the quality of concrete, interest in unit-water content is also increasing. Currently, the air-meter method, the microwave oven drying method, the capacitance method, and the microwave penetration method are used to measure the unit-water content of concrete.. Among the above methods, except for the microwave method, the measurement method is complicated, portability is reduced, and economic efficiency is reduced. This research aims to measure a unit-water content by using a Frequency Domain Reflectometry(FDR) sensor that is economical, simple to measure, and portable among microwave methods. In addition, it is an experimental study to determine the accuracy of unit-water content using a single input residual model during deep learning to solve the limitations of the FDR sensor.

        The unit quantity that affects the workability, shrinkage cracking, and durability of concrete is an important factor. Methods for measuring the unit quantity include a high frequency heating method, a capacitance method, a unit volume mass method, and a simple method. However, these methods have the disadvantage of poor measurement method, time required, and precision. To solve this problem, a relatively simple and fast measurement method was adopted to compensate for the shortcomings through a Frequency Domain Reflection (FDR) sensor, and the unit quantity was used. In addition, the measurement data was analyzed by deep learning to evaluate the unit quantity of concrete.

      • 지체장애학교 교사가 인식하는 수업설계와 수업실행의 관계

        이 연구에서는 지체장애학교 교사가 인식하는 수업설계와 수업실행의 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 이 연구의 문제는 다음과 같다. 지체장애학교 교사의 수업설계에 대한 인식은 어떠한가, 지체장애학교 교사의 수업실행에 대한 인식은 어떠한가, 지체 장애학교 교사가 인식하는 수업설계와 수업실행의 관계는 어떠한가에 대한 세 가지의 연구 문제를 전국의 지체장애학교 교사 399명을 대상으로 조사연구로 수행되었다. 설문지는 수업 설계와 관련된 12문항과 수업실행에 관련된 12문항으로 구성되 었으며 5점 척도로 응답하도록 하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지체장애학교 교사가 인식하는 수업설계 요인은 수업설계 기획, 수업설계 방법, 수업설계 모듈로 구성되어 있었다. 둘째, 지체장애학교 교사가 인식하는 수업실행은 수업실행 기준과 수업실행 과정 요인으로 이루어져 있었다. 셋째, 지체장애학교 교사가 인식하는 수업설계와 수업실행은 밀접한 관련성이 있으나, 수업설계 기획은 수업실행 과정에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이 연구에서는 또한 지체장애학교 교사의 수업설계와 수업실행의 차별성에 대하여 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationships between instructional design and instructional performance based on physical disability school teachers`` recognition. The 339 teachers who were working for students with physical disabilities were participated for this study. The questionnaire which was divided into two parts, instructional design with 12 questions of 5-Likert scale and instructional performance with 12 questions of 5-Likert scale was developed. The factor analysis, anova, and regression analysis were utilized for this study. The results of this study were that: (a) the instructional design was divided into three parts, instructional design plan, instructional design method and instructional design module in factor analysis; (b) the instructional performance was divided into two factors, instructional performance standard and instructional performance process in factor analysis; and (c) the teachers`` instructional structure was managed together with instructional design and instructional performance. But instructional design plan has not effect to instructional performance process. Also this study discussed the cause factors why the physical disability school teachers had differential instructional structure.
