어머니들의 그림책 부모참여 프로그램을 통한 자녀에게 책 읽어주기의 즐거움 찾기

본 연구는 그림책 부모참여 프로그램에 참여한 어머니들의 경험과 인식 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 어머니 8명을 연구 참여자로 하여, 8주간 주1회 2시간씩 그림책에 대한 지식을 교육하고 도서대여를 실시하였다. 연구자료는 그룹면담과 개별면담 2회를 실시하여 녹음하고 QSR NVivo 10.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 그림책 부모참여프로그램에 관한 긍정적 경험은 지속적인 부모참여로써의 그림책 읽어주기로 글과 그림, 파라텍스트 읽어주기, 그림책 장르 알아가기, 좋은 그림책 찾아가기, 삶 속에 자리매김하는 그림책 읽어주기, 각자에게 적절한 그림책 읽어주기의 횟수 찾아가기로 나타났다. 둘째, 그림책 부모참여 프로그램을 통한 인식 변화에는 책 읽어주기의 진정한 가치 찾아가기, 부담감에서 벗어나 함께 책 읽는 즐거움 향유하기, 다른 사람들과 서평 공유할 기회 누리기 등이 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 어머니들이 어린이문학에 대한 이해를 확장하고 그림책 읽어주기를 실천할 수 있도록 능동적인 부모참여 프로그램의 필요성이 제기되었다. This research investigated mothers’ experiences and perception changes by implementing a parent participation program at a child care center focusing on picture-book knowledge and book lending to assist read-alouds to their children. Participants of this study were 8 mothers from the center who voluntarily agreed to participate, attended the education sessions on picture books, and lent books for read-alouds to their children. This study took place over a 8-week period, including 1 two-hour sessions per week to help mothers to acquire theoretical perspectives on children"s literature. Interviews, both group and individual, were conducted twice respectively, audio-recorded, and analyzed using the QSR NVivo 10.0 program. It was found that the mothers perceived this parent participation program much more meaningful as they came to autonomously choose the genre and number of books to borrow, and the number of times to read to their child. The change in mothers’ perceptions through this program included finding true values of reading books, experiencing joys of interactive book-reading with their children with less burdens, and sharing perspectives on children’s literature with others. These results suggest a need to develop new approaches to parent participation programs including picture-book education, which can encourage continuously active participation from mothers, as well as expanding their understandings of children"s literature and interactively reading books to their child at home.
간호사의 시간압박감이 안전간호활동에 미치는 영향: 소진의 매개효과를 중심으로

Purpose: This study was done to identify the effects of nurses’ time pressure on their safety care activities through the mediation of burnout. Methods: Participants, 147 nurses with at least one year of work experience in two university hospitals were enrolled in this study. Data were collected using a self-reported questionnaire from July 31, to August 31, 2017 and analyzed with t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation coefficients. SPSS 23.0 was used for analysis. Mediating effects were examined with stepwise simple and complex regression, and statistical significance was verified with the Sobel test. Results: Time pressure and burnout were significantly negatively correlated with safety care activities, and there was a positive correlation between time pressure and burnout. Regarding the mediating effects of burnout in the relationship between time pressure and safety care activity, time pressure had a significant effect on safety care activity both directly and indirectly through burnout, confirming a partial mediation effect of burnout. Conclusion: Strategies for enhancing work efficiency to reduce nurses’ time pressure are needed to promote safety care activities. Furthermore, because burnout facilitated by time pressure among nurses influences their patient care activities, interventions for burnout management must also be implemented simultaneously.

본 연구는 유아숲지도사가 유아숲체험활동을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 유아숲지도사 8명을 연구 참여자로 선정, 2022년 7월부터 9월까지 심층 면담을 실시하였고, 질적 연구 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 유아숲지도사가 인식하는 유아숲체험활동의 신념은 ‘유아의 삶과 놀이의 질을 향상시키는 숲 공간’, ‘유아와 뭇 생명을 연결하는 숲체험활동’으로, 실행은 ‘안전 기반 숲활동을 위한 교사 주도적 필수 교육’, ‘시선과 변화에 따라 조율되는 숲활동으로 운영’, ‘축소된 학습과 확장된 놀이 방법으로 접근’으로, 갈등은 ‘놀이중심 숲활동에 관한 지속적인 고민’, ‘역할 변화에 따른 정체성 혼란’, ‘다양한 요구에 따른 어려움’으로, 기대는 ‘숲교육 전문가로 성장하기를 희망’, ‘교사·부모교육을 통한 숲체험활동 인식 개선’, ‘유아숲체험활동 관련 기준 개선’으로 범주화되었다. 이를 통하여 유아숲체험활동을 운영하고 있는 유아숲지도사의 현재와 노력을 확인하였고, 질적 성장을 도모하기 위한 바탕을 마련할 수 있었다. This study aimed to determine how childhood forest instructors perceive childhood forest experience activities. Eight childhood forest instructors were selected as research participants, and in-depth interviews were conducted from July to September 2022. The results were analyzed using a qualitative research method. The findings revealed that bchildhood forest instructors recognize childhood forest experience activities as “forest space that improves the quality of life and play for young children,” and “forest experience activities that connect young children and all life.” The implementation of these activities was categorized into three groups: “teacher-initiated essential forest activities for the safety-based forest activities,” “the operation of forest activities coordinated according to viewpoint and changes,” and the “approach to the reduced learning and expanded play methods.” In addition, conflicts were categorized into “continuous concerns about play-centered forest activities,” “identity confusion due to changing roles,” and “difficulty due to various demands.” The expectations of the instructors were categorized into “hope to grow as a forest education expert,” “improvement in awareness of forest experience activities through teacher and parent education,” and “improvement of standards related to forest experience activities for children.” This study confirms the presence and efforts of the childhood forest instructors involved in childhood forest experience activities, and establishes a foundation for promoting qualitative growth in this field.

본 연구에서는 남극 장보고기지 건설 시 발생하는 온실가스 배출량을 자재생산단계와 시공단계로 구분하여 산정하였다. 또한, 시공단계의 배출원은 각각 해양수송과 내륙수송, 건설장비 사용, 건설캠프 운영으로 분류하여 온실가스 배출량을 구체적으로 산정하였다. 전과정평가 개념을 도입해 남극 장보고기지 건설에 투입되는 자재생산을 통해 배출되는 온실가스 배출량은 기지 건설에 따른 전체 온실가스 배출량의 23.8%에 해당하는 8,933 ton (as CO₂eq)으로 산정되었으며, 향후 남극 신규기지의 건설 시 자재생산을 통한 온실가스 배출이 반드시 고려해야 할 대상인 것으로 판단되었다. 남극 장보고기지 시공단계(총 2단계)에서의 온실가스 배출량은 1단계에 비해서 2단계에 비교적 많이 배출되었으며, 이는 2단계 때 수송화물선이 부산까지 회항하여 정박하므로 연료사용량이 증가하기 때문인 것으로 사료된다. 또한, 시공단계의 온실가스 배출원 가운데 해양수송이 내륙수송, 건설장비 사용 및 건설캠프 운영에 비해 다량의 온실가스를 배출하는 것으로 판명되었다. 남극 장보고기지 건설에 따른 자재생산단계와 시공단계를 통합한 전체 온실가스 배출량은 총 34,486 ton (as CO₂eq)으로 기존 남극기지 포괄적 환경영향평가(CEE)상에 제시된 온실가스 총배출량과 비교 시 다량의 온실가스가 배출되는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기존 CEE상에 제시된 온실가스 배출량 산정 시 건설에 투입되는 자재생산을 통해 발생하는 온실가스 배출량 산정이 고려되지 않고, 단순히 자재수송 및 시공단계만을 고려하여 온실가스 배출량을 개략적으로 산정하였기 때문으로 판단된다. In this study, greenhouse gas emissions occurring from the construction of Jangbogo Antarctic research station were estimated in terms of material production stages and building stages, respectively. In detail, greenhouse gas emissions during the building stages were estimated in terms of marine transportation, inland transportation, construction equipment utilization, and construction camp operation, respectively. As a result, greenhouse gas emissions from material production stages with life cycle assessment were 8,933 ton (as CO₂eq), equivalent to the 23.8% of total greenhouse gas emissions from the construction of Jangbogo Antarctic research station, and these results indicate that greenhouse gas emissions occurring from material production stages should not be ignored. During the building stages, greenhouse gas emissions occurring from first year were greater than those from second year due to the increase in fuel consumption of freighter during second year. Additionally, marine transportation compared to inland transportation, construction equipment utilization, and construction camp operation was found to be the greater contributor for greenhouse gas emissions during the building stages. The total greenhouse gas emissions estimated from both material production stages and building stages was 34,486 ton (as CO₂eq), and greater than those estimated from comprehensive environmental evaluation (CEE) of existing other research stations, This difference is mainly attributed from approximate estimation of greenhouse gas emissions of existing other research stations without considering material production stages.
비전형적으로 낮은 혈중 Estradiol 상태에서의 IVF 성공

It has been known that estradial(E2) level is concerned with the quality, number and growing of follicles. Determination of the serum levels of E2 has been used to predict the oocyte maturity. We experienced the rare case who has significantly low serum E2 level(551.26 pg/ml) in spite of multiple ovarian responses by sonographic finding, but from her we obtained 23 oocytes on MCD#16 after COH with ultrashort protocol(HP-FSH 150 IU, daily). The numbers of retrieved oocyte were 23 and fertilization rate was 56.6%, so the result of IVF-ET was successful twin pregnancy. Serum estradiol level and sonographic finding are essential to measure the number and growing of follicles, but E2 levels may be too unreliable to be used as sole parameter for the number and maturity of oocytes.
