      • 熔接構造用鋼의 衝擊特性에 對한 考察

        To investigate the impact Characteristics of welded Structure steel the parent material was welded by Submerged Are welder and was discreterized into the four kind of A type (parent material), B type (fusion line), C type (HAZ), D type (Center) and was collected the Standard charpy impact Specimen which slitted in the equal 2㎜. The specimen prepared was studied the relation of impact energy parent material, fusion line, HAZ, and Center with Variation of temperature from-80℃ to 25℃ and was measured the hardness of each part by using the Micro-vickers tester and was Observed the absorbing impact energy and hardness of A,B,C,D types. The results obtained by this study are as follows : 1) As Showed in Fig.8 Hardness is the highest in weld metal and decreased with the distance in weld metal. 2) It showed low thoughness as the impact energy showed small in the fusion line, variation point of hardness. 3) The fracture toughness of welded material was related with temperature, load-time, absorbed energy and the factors in the materials. 4) It seemed that it showed the brittliness fracture that the absorbed energy was similar in each specimen in the range of -50℃ the value of impact energy increase in the order of B,D,A,C.

      • 熔接材 旋削時 Tool Angle이 切削力에 미치는 영향

        An investigation is carried out to observe the effects of the back rake angle on the cutting force and surface roughness of the welded material in turing. Where, the workpiece material (SS41) that arc-welded by the welding rod (E4301) was used, and the Tungsten Carbide tool (p20) that made with variation of the back rake angle from -5 degree to 20 degree at intervals of 5 degree was availed. In this paper, the Characteristics of relationship between the cutting force and surface roughness according to the variation of back rake angle was observed. The results obtained in these experiments are as follows: 1) According to the increase of back rake angle, the rate of cutting force is that vertical component of cutting force was increased, radial component of cutting force was decreased and axial component of cutting force was decreased and axial component of cutting force was not changed, and the amount of cutting force was increased at the increase of feed. The rate of each cutting force is that vertical component of cutting force and axial component of cutting force were increased, but radial component of cutting force was decreased. 2) About the each part of welded material, cutting force appeared in small to the order of welded zone, base metal zone, heat affected zone. 3) About the all of back rake angle, when the feed increases, surface ranghness is fineless and especially, was shown greatly the welded zon. 4. When feed changes sunface roughness is fine and cutting force is small loaded to the all of feed, and the back rake angle of relatively small bite of change of surface roughness showed to 15˚ of nonwelded material and the 20˚ of welded material.

        A Case of needle-tract implantation of hepatocellular carcinoma in the ovary after radiofrequency ablation

        Radiofrequency ablation (RFA), a local ablative modality, is gaining acceptance for the treatment of liver malignancies. Despite a relatively low complication rate, tumor seeding resulting from RFA in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) treatment can occur. A 44-year-old woman was diagnosed with HCC. Spiral computed tomography (CT) revealed a 2.3 × 2.0-cm mass in the S5 segment, which was treated with RFA on May, 2005. Follow-up imaging, performed at 6-month intervals after RFA, showed complete tumor necrosis. In October 2009, CT revealed a heterogeneous mass, 5.7 cm in diameter, in the right ovary. Since the lesion was limited to the right ovary without evidence of spread, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy was performed. Histopathology indicated that the metastatic spread from the HCC to the ovary was positive for hepatocyte-specific antigen on immunohistochemistry. The ovary is a rare site for HCC metastasis. Moreover, needle tract implantation of HCC in the ovary is very rare.

      • 龜裂材의 疲勞龜裂成長擧動에 관한 硏究

        To evaluate the possibility of crack growth under the influence of cyclic stress, it is useful in aluminium alloy to employ the concept of threshold stress intensity factor range (ΔK_th) below which fatigue crack will not occur. Then the determination of the resistance of a material to fatigue crack growth relies on crack growth rate per cycle (da/dN) and amplitude of the stress intensity factor ΔK. The main conclusions are as follows. 1. Because the relation of da/dN-ΔK was described in a parallel straight line to the -axis of da/dN, region Ⅰ and Ⅱ are clearly distinguished with ΔK_th, and while the cyclic stress is continued, Nf is increased and crack is initiated, and the fracture arise from the increase of ΔK with the increase of da/dN. 2. It is reasonable to assume that ΔK is conveyed with the apparent crack arrest when it makes ΔK decrease to ΔK_th as the fracture toughness of material. 3. Test results coincide with the low critical equation of ΔK, and the value ofV_o is 0.5~2×10^-6㎜/cycle.

        레이저 스페클간섭법에 있어서 스페클크기와 측정 한계에 관한 연구

        The high coherence of laser beam has made it possible to observe interference effects even in the light scattered from rough surfaces. That's why, when object with a scattering surface is illuminated with laser light, we do see a speckled appearance due to random interference. This sort of unique property of laser speckle has brought into existence the new noncontacting techniques such as speckle metrology method of measuring deformation, displacement, and vibration etc of objects with high optical sensitivity. The measurable range of speckle metrology especially used to measure in-plane information, however, is limited by some factors, the so-called strain, rotation, tilt of surface and out of displacement perpendicular to the plane of analysis. This restrictions severly limits the measurable range of speckle metrology by causing the decorrelation of speckle patterns. It is the purpose of this paper to give a survey on the measurable limitation of speckle photography method that is one of speckle metrology. Namely we will discuss the mutual relationships and problems of each limitations adding the restriction of the largest and smallest displacement measurable with speckle methods.

      • 炭素鋼의 龜裂進展擧動에 미치는 單一過大荷重의 影響

        These tests were carried out on C-T (Compact tension type) specimens of 0.42% carbon steel by applying a 200% overload before and after the uniform load cycling and single overload on crack propagation hehavior was observed. The main conclusions obtained are summarized as follows. 1. Because of the 200% overload applied before the crack length of 5㎜, the crack propagation stagnation or retardation was showen, but after that unforeseen fractures arose. 2. Because of the 200% overload to be applied before the crack length of 5㎜, there was an increase of △K just after the overload was applied, but, according to the continuation of uniform load cycling, it increasingly agreed with the result of the only uniform load cycling. 3. Since the 200% overload applied at the crack tip makes the prominent work hardening, the initiation of the slip line was decreased more than that of constant load. 4. The damage of material due to the overload showed a prominent difference according to the crack length.

        Two patients with basilar bifurcation aneurysm were treated by different approach, low lying posteriorly projecting aneurysm was clipped with subtemporal approach and high bifurcated basilar bifurcation aneurysm with multiplicity approached through pterional method. The author reviewed literature concerning the approaches of basilar bifurcation aneurysm.

      • 타이어 설계인자를 고려한 자동차의 조종 및 안정 특성에 관한 연구

        As the technique of automobile industry is being advanced, the advancement of performance for vehicle is being required. In order to achieve this purpose, the study on the handling and stability which are produced by moving vehicle is carried out actively. Ability to predict vehicle performance using computer simulation is essential to reducing the development time for tire companies as well as car makers. From the previous research. we showed that handling simulation tool developed for J-turn and lane change maneuvers on ADAMS could be used in predicting the performance difference among tires with different specifications in vehicle mild handling behaviors. Through this study, some meaningful correlations were achieved. Also barriers to direct application of the simulation technique to tire development process and several technical problems that should be resolved were iden tified. In this results, ability to predict vehicle performance using computer simulation is essential to reducing the development time for tire companies as well as car makers.
