      • 現代 人體彫刻의 造形的 特性 硏究 : 20세기의 人體造刻을 중심으로

        The form of human sculpture reflects on the timely figure of human beings. As for the Human sculpture in the past, God and heros used to be expressed through figures of men and the symbols of fecundity and love used to be expressed through the figures of women. Human was regarded as an 「ideal of beauty」, and the sculptors would have tried to achieve the perfect formative beauty. Due to this fact, the proportion of the typical beauty of Greece has been realized and the figures of human being of humanism in Renaissance period were completed. The human sculpture of realism, which reallzed the perfect expression of human figure, used to be an aim of the ancient human sculpture and , at the same time, the starting point of contemporary human sculpture. The scientific analysis on space and the formative study on the shapes have produced new way of expression. Conceptional space has been reinterpreted as a structural space, and the human has been researched as a deformative study. At the turning point of Rodin, the human sculpture has gone through the development course of new expression, and the expressing form has been expanded in 20th Century. The traditional materials, used to make human sculpture, was restricted in the range of stone, wood, bronze, etc. but it have expanded its boundary toward resin, plastic, stainless, steel, etc. And the welding sculpture of human shape using metal plates has been realized by the Invention of welding techniques and the spread of steel plates, copper plates, and aluminum plates. After the World War Ⅱ the trend of the sculptures has been expressed in various types of experiments. And the concepts of 「ready made」of Marcel Duchamp and of pop art and avangard's experimental trend have been spreaded to the objects of ordinary utensils and trash. By linking to the incident and atmosphere of the sculpture of human by direct-life casting, environment sculptures and happening's experimental expression form is being expanded further. Either the study on video art or Kinetic art, cybernetics, etc. which are now being progressed shall offer the vitality for the future sculpture. In order to create the new image of the human sculptures, contemporary sculptors need to work on intensification of aesthetic way of thinking and through it, certified Hypothesis should be derived. The expressing style of the human sculptures in the past is not the object of abolishment and should not be regarded as the old logics. It is the very Mother's body of contemporary human sculpture and history, and is the birth place of lesson and the resource of inspiration. Contemporary sculptors should look for the new clue from the suggestion of traditional sculptures. The creational intuition for the space and experimental spirit are required for them to do that. Above all, the spiritual needs are the admiration to human being as a creature, deep emotion toward human beings and the anticipation for the new image of human beings.

      • 糧穀都賣市場의 活性化 方向

        The objective of the paper is to analysis the present situation and problems of the Rice Wholesale Market(RWM) located in Suechodong in Seoul, which is only one public market in Korea. The main rice price policy was market intervention in order to stabilize the rice price fructuation, so that the private sector of rice market orgarization was almost destroyed. Now, after UR, the government suggests that rice market and price policy has changed from government controlled to private sector activation, since the government intervention into the rice market will be impossible in principle. However, it is not change the direction of rice policy immediately, because the direct marketing channel between producers and consumers has been generalized and the function of RWM dwindled. The policy direction for activation of the RWM are as follows: First, the rate of price fructuation should he higher than 15% per year. Second, rice should be marketed by letter-tender method rather than auction method in the RWM. Third, the designation wholesale juridical person would be changed to the wholesale`s men system in the RWM.

      • Bi_(2-x)Pb_(x)Sr₂CaCu₂O_(8) 고온 초전도체의 자속 격자 구조

        Bi_(2-x)Pb_(x)Sr₂CaCu₂O_(8) 고온 초전도체 단결정을 온도 gradient 방법으로 성장하였다. 4-probe 방법을 이용하여 단결정의 온도에 따른 저항 변화를 측정함으로써 시료의 초전도성을 확인하였다. Bitter 장식법을 이용하여 Pb 농도에 따른 자속 격자 구조의 변화를 정성적으로 관측하고 이를 Pb 불순물의 자속 pinning 효과와 관련지어 논의하였다. Single crystals of Bi_(2-x)Pb_(x)Sr₂CaCu₂O_(8) high temperature superconductors have been grown by the temperature gradient method. Measurements of the temperature dependence of the resistance by 4-probe method have confirmed the superconductivity of the crystals. Bitter decoration technique has been used to observe the changes in the flux-line lattice structures as a function of Pb concentration and the results are discussed in conjunction with the flux-line pinning effects of Pb impurities.

      • 자기력현미경을 이용한 자성박막 특성 연구

        자기력현미경을 이용하여 CoCrTaPt 및 CoPt-20at%C 합금박막의 자기도메인 구조를 연구하였다. 자체 제작한 자기력현미경의 분해능은 0.1㎛이었으며, 실험에 사용한 박막은 Si 혹은 SiO₂ 기판에 magnetic sputtering 방법으로 증착하였다. CoCrTaPt 합금박막은 Si 기판에 증착하였을 경우 박막의 두께에 관계없이 몇 개의 그레인이 모여 하나의 자기도메인을 구성하였으며, SiO₂ 기판을 사용하면 그레인의 크기는 비슷하나 자기도메인의 크기가 더 커지는 것으로 관측되었다. CoPt-20at%C 합금박막의 경우에는 열처리 과정을 거침에 따라 표면이 거칠어지면서 자기구조가 나타나기 시작하였고, C층이 많아지면서 자기도메인의 크기가 더 커지는 것으로 관측되었다. We have studied the magnetic domain structures of CoCrTaPt and CoPt-20at%C thin films using a home-made magnetic force microscope. The resolution of the magnetic force microscope was 0.1㎛, and the thin films used in the experiment were deposited on Si and SiO₂ by magnetic sputtering technique. In CoCrTaPt thin films several grains formed a magnetic domain independent of film thickness when the films were deposited on Si. As the films were deposited on SiO₂, the size of the magnetic domain increased although the grain size remained unchanged. In CoPt-20at%C thin films the surface of the film became rough and the magnetic structure emerged as the films were annealed. Also, the size of the magnetic domain increased as the number of C layers increased.

      • 남북한 농업교류·협력사업 전개방향

        본고는 남북한 농업교류ㆍ협력사업을 지원(원조), 교역, 그리고 협력사업으로 구분하여 그 가능성 및 방향을 제시하고자 시도하였다. 지금까지의 남북농업교류협력사업은 남ㆍ북당국의 정치적 이해 때문에 실질적인 교류였다고 볼 수 없었기 때문에 사실 초기단계에 불과하다. 남북농업교류협력사업은 지원이나 교역사업보다는 민간단체가 주도하여 협력사업을 추진하되 각 단체가 경쟁적으로 무원칙하게 추진하지 말아야 한다. 협력사업으로는 합영농장의 서리운영사업, 북한농업구조개선사업, 남북농업기술교류협력사업, 비료ㆍ농약ㆍ농기계등 농자재 교류ㆍ협력사업 등을 들 수 있다. 정부는 민간단체들의 협력사업을 조정하고, 더욱 확대추진될 수 있는 여건을 성실히 조성해야 한다. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the possibilities and cooperation strateges for agricultural exchange programs(CSAEP) between South an North Korea. The CSAEP is the early situation because of the political interests of both side. The CSAEP should be introduced by private sector instead of government level. That’s why the cannel can be diversified by many NGOs. The cooperation strateges are cooperation farmming, subsidize agricultural structure reforming, exchange programs for fertilizer and pesticides, farming technics, and mershinery.
