In this paper, the remote operating system using Head Mounted Display(HMD) was implemented to accurately operate the humanoid robot located in remote areas. The robot-mounted stereo camera stream the environment around the robot over the internal local network, outputting it to the user's HMD in the operating space and enabling the user to precisely operate the humanoid robot's arms with the controller. Improves Telepresence by providing stereo vision through HMD. The proposed system has a position error of less than 0.1 mm when transmitting data to the robot and an average of 0.15 mm when the robot moves to the transmitted position. 본 논문에서는 원격지에 위치한 휴머노이드 로봇을 정확히 조작하기 위해 Head Mounted Display(HMD)를 사용한 원격 조작 시스템을 구현했다. 로봇에 장착된 스테레오 카메라로 로봇 주변의 환경을 내부 로컬망을 통해 스트리밍하여 조작 공간에 있는 사용자의 HMD로 출력하고, 사용자가 휴머노이드 로봇의 양 팔을 컨트롤러로 정밀하게 조작할 수 있는 시스템을 구현했다. 스테레오 비전을 HMD를 통해 제공함으로써 Telepresence을 향상시켰으며, 제안한 시스템은 로봇으로 데이터를 전송할 때 0.1 mm 이하의 위치 오차를 갖고, 로봇이 전송받은 위치로 움직일 때 평균 0.15 mm 위치 오차를 갖는다.
Ni계 및 Co계 합금 PTA 오버레이용접층의 마모거동에 관한 연구

This study has evaluated the wear behavior of PTA (Plasma Transferred Arc) Inconel 625 and Stellite 6 overlays on Nimonic 80A substrate. Nimonic 80A alloy was also included for comparison. In order to evaluate the wear performance, three-body abrasive wear test and pin-on-disk dry sliding wear test were performed. Microstructural development during the solidification of deposits is also discussed. Wear test results show that the wear rate of Stellite 6 deposit is lower than that of Inconel 625 deposit and Nimonic 80A. The sliding wear resistance of overlay deposits follows a similar trend to the abrasive wear resistance, but for Nimonic 80A. The main wear mechanisms were abrasive wear for Inconel 625 deposit, adhesive wear and delamination for Stellite 6 deposit in pin-on-disk dry sliding wear test and ploughing in three-body abrasive wear test. Cross sectional examinations of the worn surface of pin specimens after pin-on-disk dry sliding wear test implies that the plastic deformation near worn surface has occurred during the wear testing.
Characteristics of Sulfide Stress Cracking of High Strength Pipeline Steel Weld by Heat Input

The sulfide stress cracking (SSC) resistance of API X65 grade steel weldment has been studied using SSC test in NACE TM-0177 method A and the applied load was 72-108 % of yield strength. The X65 grade pipe steel consisted of fine-grained ferrite and a small volume fraction of pearlite. To investigate the effect of welding process on microstructure and hardness distribution, the submerged arc welding (SAW) were performed with two electrodes. Multi pass SAW for both sides of plates was carried out with a heat input of about 59 kJ/cm -100 kJ/cm. The microstructure of SAW joint was composed with ferrite, pearlite and some M-A constituent. The low carbon thermo-mechanical control process (TMCP) type steel used for SAW showed softening behavior in the HAZ adjacent to base metal. The SSC testing revealed that the API X65 SAW low heat input weld was suitable for sour service, satisfying the NACE requirements. All the specimens failed during or after SSC tests showed that the crack was initiated and propagated along the intercritical heat affected zone (ICHAZ) region as a typical stress oriented hydrogen induced cracking (SOHIC) type. By suppressing softening in the ICHAZ region, the SSC resistance of low carbon TMCP steel welded joints could be more improved.
위성영상의 계절적 특성에 따른 비닐하우스 탐지 결과 분석

다양한 위성센서의 운용과 드론을 비롯한 탑재체들의 발전으로 인하여 획득할 수 있는 원격탐사 자료들이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 또한, 인공지능 및 빅데이터 기술의 발전으로 인하여 다량의 자료를 효과적으로 처리할 수있는 기술에 대한 연구들도 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 시기에 취득된 위성영상을 이용하여 농경지의 비닐하우스 지역을 효과적으로 탐지할 수 있는 방법에 대하여 분석하였다. 이를 위하여, 봄, 여름, 겨울에 취득된 위성영상들을 이용하여 훈련자료를 구축하였다. 특히, 비닐하우스 지역은 계절의 영향을 받지 않기 때문에, 충분한 수의 다양한 시기에 취득된 영상들을 통합하여 훈련자료를 추가적으로 생성하였다. 총, 4종류의 훈련자료를 구축하고, 이를 이용하여 비닐하우스 탐지를 위한 딥러닝 모델의 학습을 수행하였다. 딥러닝 모델의 평가 결과, 다양한 시기의 위성영상을 통합하여 구성한 학습자료를 이용하여 구축된 딥러닝 모델의 비닐하우스 탐지 결과가 가장 우수한 성능을 나타내는 것을 확인하였다. 다양한 지역 및 시기에 취득된 위성영상을 지속적으로 구축하고, 이를 통하여 비닐하우스 탐지 모델을 구성할 경우, 향후 농업지역 모니터링에 효과적으로 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Joint Properties of Dissimilar Al/Steel Sheets Formed by Magnetic Pulse Welding

In countries with major demand for automobiles such as the US, Japan, and China, the governments have steadily tightened fuel economy and greenhouse gases (GHG) regulations since 2015. To improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions, light weighting is considered the most realistic and effective way that can counter the limitations asso�ciated with fuel efficiency technologies. Production of existing steel bodies requires the use of traditional welding methods, such as resistance welding and arc welding. However, as the industry transitions to the use of non-ferrous material along with steel, a novel welding process must be developed. Additionally, as steel materials in use are continually getting thinner, it is important to develop improved sheet welding technology to obtain joints with high strength. In particular, aluminum requires a stronger bond welding technology than resistance welding. The purpose of this work was to study the joints between aluminum and steel using magnetic pulse welding and analyze the interface characteristics of electromagnetic bonding.
