        The 'Extra Curricular Activities' in kindergarten has been developed rapidly in korea with the recognition of the importance of earlychildhood education. The purposes of this study were to analyze how an extra curricular activities of public kindergarten is operated and to search an concept about 'Extra Curricular Activities' in the kindergarten. And to recommend ideas in order to improvement way of it's problems. As result, The concept or character of 'Extra Curricular Activities' in kindergarten is different from other school's 'Extra Curricular Activities' Because, there is no 'subject' in kindergarten curriculum. and, it also had many problems, for example, curriculum, lecturer, shortage of facility and material, offical business costs, etc for kinderarten 'Extra Curricular Activities'. In conclusion, the 'Extra Curricular Activities' in kindergarten is an important and useful part on developing abilities of young children. There fore to improve the 'Extra Curricular Activities' in kindergarten and more positive supports for developing 'Extra Curricular Activities' curriculum are required.

      • 위암 진단에 있어서 혈청 pepsinogens에 관한 연구

        Background Human pepsinogens Ⅰ and Ⅱ, a precursor of pepsin, is secreted by the mucous neek and chief cells of fundic gland and antrium, previous reports suggest that a low serum level of pepsinogen Ⅰ, Ⅱ correlated well with the extent of premalignant lesions in the stomach, such as intestinal metaplasia and atrophic gastritis, and may act as a predictor of increased risk of gastric carcinoma. In previous studies, factors influencing the serum level of pepsinogen I have been thought to be only tumor histology. Methods The arm of the present study was to measure the serum levels of pepsinogen Ⅰ and Ⅱ and Ⅰ/Ⅱ ratio 74 patient with gastric cancer and another 30 healthy controls. The histological of gastric cancer was classified into diffuse and intestinal type in accordance with Lauren's classification and early gastric cancer, advanced gastric cancer. Result The pepsinogen Ⅰ and Ⅱ levels among patients were higher and pepsinogen Ⅰ/Ⅱ ratio may be a useful screening test for gastric carcinoma. This impression should be confirmed by more extensive fields trial to determine.

        The rectum and anal canal are the most distal part of the gastrointestinal tract, and it is known to have developed and formed in the embryonic period. Congenital anomalies in these regions known as the inperforate anus or anorectal malformation are not uncommon disease with various clinical presentations. This describes a newborn of an imperforate anus having a fistulous track extended along the scrotal raphe and opening at the scrotal base associated with sigmoiod colon perforation. This variant appears to be a lower type anomaly. The treatment of this pathology is discussed.

      • 학부모기로의 전환에 관한 연구

        Parents experience a qualitative change in terms of relationship with their hildren when they start to attend the first educational institute. Parents' role as a 'Hakbumo', whose children are attending school, could be quite different from parents' general role at home. Therefore, it might be needed to investigate the 'Hakbumohood' transition process for appropriate parents development and home-institute relationship After the investigation of literature, in-depth interview and discussion was conducted with 7 early childhood education center 'hakbumo', 2 kindergarten teachers, 1 professor. The result of this study, 1) Most parents take they become a 'Hakbumo' as a matter of course. 2) They feel anxiety about their children's adaptation to new circumstances. 3) They feel variety feelings during the 'Hakbumohood' transition. 4) Their feelings and concern are different between pre attending institute and post attending 5) They were influenced wholeness environment So, it might be concluded that developing a individualized guidance and support program for each new ‘Hakbumo’

      • 학교 통일교육지침에 입각한 유치원의 통일교육 구현 방향 모색

        The purpose of this study was to investigate how the kindergarten education for reunification in Korea should be, based on the 「Guides for School Teacher」published by Education Ministry. Necessity, appropriateness, and possibility of this education were considered. The results of this study were as follows; Education for reunification in Korea must be done in kindergarten as well as inordinary school because reunification of Korea is essential for us. Also many concepts and characters related with this education are formed and developed in early childhood. And it is one of reasons that early childhood deucation is very important as well as known. So, for successful this education systematic programs should be developed, and education about reunification should be reinforced for kindergarten teacher. Howerer, for the time being, since new programs are not yet developed it is desirable that the current programs such as 「human Education」, 「Democratic Citizenship Education」,「Education for peace」 be used instead to achieve this goal.

      • 새마을 유아원의 특성에 따르는 기능상의 문제점 분석

        It is the purpose of this study to examine the process of development, the meaning, and the character of S.N.S as well as problems related with the character of S.N.S And ultimately, the purpose of this study is to provide desirable directions for solving problems involving in S.N.S. Through the study, following issues are observed. 1. The character of S.N.S. (1) Primarily, S.N.S is the welfare institution for early childhood children. (2) S.N.S is the complex and special institution for early childhood education. (3) The members of S.N.S are very variant. 2. Problems (1) There is o sutiable early childhood education program related with the character of S.N.S. (2) S.N.S has no desirable parent education program for itself. (3) There are role taking Conflicts among support system for S.N.S. (4) There are a lot of weakpoints in membership of S.N.S. 3. As Conclusion. First, It is desirable for Ministry of Education to take chagre of S.N.S education. Second, It is necessry to give flexibility and variety for S.N.S. Third, It is desirable to put S.N.S under the charge of public education. Fourth, It is recommended to establish more effective co-operation system for S.N.S.
