        테호코테(Tejocote)의 Iridoid Glycoside 및 Procyanidin 성분

        Hawthorn is a common name for plants in the genus Crataegus, which belongs to the Rosaceae family. Especially, several species of hawthorn native to Mexico are known as tejocote. In this study, we conducted a chemical analysis of tejocote root barks obtained from overseas sources. The chemical investigation of 80% aqueous methanol extract from tejocote root barks yielded four major compounds which were identified as 6b-hydroxysplenoside (1), (-)-epicatechin (2), epicatechin-(2b ®O ®7,4b ®8)-epicatechin-(4b ®8)-epicatechin (cinnamtannin B1, 3), and epicatechin-(2b ®O ®7,4b ®8)-[epicatechin-(4b ®6)]-epicatechin-(4b ®8)-epicatechin] (parameritannin A1, 4) using the spectroscopic evidence including nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), ultra violet (UV), mass (MS) and circular dichroism (CD).

        조릿대잎의 flavone 배당체 성분

        As part of study of the constituents of bamboo grasses, the leaves of Sasa borealis (Hackel) Makino (Gramineae) were examined. Friedelin, glutinol, isoorientin and isovitexin have been reported as constituents of bamboo grasses. In this study, tricin and two flavone glycosides, tricin $7-O-{\beta}-D-glucopyranoside$ and luteolin $6-C-{\alpha}-L-arabinopyranoside$ have been isolated from EtOAc extract of S. borealis, by consecutive silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and a repetitive HPLC. The structures of these compounds were determined by IR, $^1H-NMR,\;^{13}C-NMR,\;^{13}C-^1H\;COSY,\;^1H-^1H\;COSY,\;HMBC$ and Mass spectral data.

        Determination of Allantoin in Dioscorea Rhizoma by High Performance Liquid Chromatography Using Cyano Columns

        An easy and reliable HPLC method was developed to determine allantoin in Dioscorea Rhizoma using cyano columns. Qualitative and quantitative analyses of allantoin were performed successfully by cyano columns (YMC-Pack CN column, Zorbax SB-CN column and Discovery® Cyano column). The intraday precision were 0.58 - 3.33% for YMC-Pack CN, 0.41 - 2.20 for Zorbax SB-CN and 0.45 - 1.93% Discovery® Cyano columns, while interday variations were 0.09 - 1.84%, 0.04 - 2.59% and 0.87 - 5.18% for YMC-Pack CN, Zorbax SB-CN and Discovery® Cyano columns. The recoveries of allantoin were in the range at 98.8 - 102.6% (RSD 1.1 - 1.6%) for YMC-Pack CN column, 99.7 - 110.5% (RSD 1.3 - 4.9%) for Zorbax SB-CN column, and 97.2 - 110.1% (RSD 1.8 - 5.7%) for Discovery® Cyano column. The contents of allantoin in four Dioscorea Rhizoma samples were determined by cyano columms and ranged at 4.1-7.1 mg/g dry weight. The present study indicated that HPLC method using cyano column for determining allantoin is a reliable method and this method can be applied to verify allantoin in Dioscorea Rhizoma.

        공공연구기관의 기술이전 유형별 성공요인 사례연구

        본 연구는 우리나라 공공연구기관의 기술이전 성공요인들을 분석한다. 기술이전과정의 특성을 반영하여 기술이전 유형을 공급주도형, 수요주도형, 상호작용형 등 3가지로 구분하여 분석한다. 기술이전 성공요인들을 분석하기 위해 기술이전 이해당사자(Subject), 기술(Object), 기술이전 과정(Process)을 중심으로 분석모형을 제시한다. 본 연구는 다중사례연구방법론을 사용하여 대표적인 정부출연 연구기관 3곳의 기술이전 유형별 성공사례를 각각 2건 선정하고, 심층인터뷰를 통하여 세 가지 기술이전 유형의 공통점과 차이점을 중심으로 기술이전 성공요인들을 분석하였다. 사례연구 결과 연구자의 역량과 경험, 기업의 의지와 역량, 기술의 특성, 기술이전과정상 주체 간 의사소통 등이 기술이전의 중요한 성공요인인 것으로 분석되었다. 특히 수요주도형에서는 기술이전이 TLO 주도로 진행된다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 공급주도형에 비해 수요주도형과 상호작용형이 기업이 직접 기술개발 및 이전과정에 참여함에 따라 기업 수요 반영에 용이한 구조로 조사되었다. 즉, 기술 중심의 R&D가 아니라 시장중심의 R&D의 필요성을 확인한 것이다. 아울러, 성공적 기술이전의 주요 요건중 하나는 TLO의 역량강화 및 역할, 인식에 있어서 개선임을 지적하였다. This paper aims to uncover success factors in technology transfer of Korean government sponsored research institutes. It presents an analytical framework of technology transfer integrating factors concerning actors, object and process. Qualitative analysis mainly based on In-depth interviews is designed and conducted to examine characteristics, similarities and differences of three types technology transfer including a supply-push model, a demand-pull model, and an interactive model. Empirical results show that capabilities and experiences of researchers, capabilities and willingness of the company and active communications in the technology transfer appear to be important factors. In particular, it was found that technology transfer was led by TLO in the demand-pull model. In addition, the demand-pull and interactive approaches tends to be more effective in the technology development and transfer process compared to the supply-push model. In other words, market-oriented R&D is needed instead of technology-driven R&D. This paper also pointed out that one of the major factors in successful technology transfer is the enhancement of TLO capacity, and the improvement of recognition about TLO.

        Chemical Constituents of Nelumbo nucifera Seeds

        The phytochemical study for the extract of Nelumbo nucifera (Nymphaceae) seeds has led to the isolation of ten compounds including five simple phenolic compounds, two indole derivatives, a flavonoid glycoside, two abscisic acid derivatives. The interpretation of 1D and 2D NMR and ESI-Q-TOF-MS spectroscopic data revealed the chemical structures of isolates to be p-hydroxybenzoic acid (1), protocatechuic acid (2), (E)-p-coumaric acid (3), (E)-ferulic acid (4), (E)-sinapate-4-O-b-D-glucopyranoside (5), tryptophan (6), 3-indoleacetic acid (7), isoschaftoside (8), dihydrophaseic acid (9), dihydrophaseic acid 3'-O-b-D-glucopyranoside (10). To the best of our knowledge, 1 - 5 and 7 were identified for the first time from N. nucifera seeds, and the presence of dihydrophaseic acid (9) and its glucoside (10) were demonstrated secondly in this plant.

        방풍의 화학 성분

        The roots of Saposhnikovia divaricata Schischk. (Umbelliferae) have been known to possess analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-parasitic and anti-bacterial activities, and used for curing headaches, fever and arthralgia. In this study, we ai med to isolate active constituents to provide phytochemical data for the quality control of this plant. Nine coumarins, eight chromones, three sterols and a coumarolignan were isolated from EtOAc-soluble fraction of the roots of S. divaricata through repetive column chromatography method using silica gel, ODS gel, Sephadex-LH 20, MPLC and HPLC. By analyses of spectroscopic data and comparison of their data with those of published values, the compounds were identified as 3'-O-angeloylhamaudol (1), β-sitosterol (2), marmesin (3), phellopterin (4), anomalin (5), imperatorin (6), xanthotoxin (7), deltoin (8), bergapten (9), stigmasterol (10), ledebouriellol (11), hamaudol (12), 8'-epicleomiscosin A (13), xanthoarnol (14), cimifugin (15), 5-O-methylvisamminol (16), daucosterol (17), 4'-O-β-D-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol (18), nodakenin (19), sec-O-glucosylhamaudol (20), prim-O-glucosylcimifugin (21). Among them, 8'-epicleomiscosin (13) was firstly reported from Umbelliferae family and xanthoarnol (14) and nodakenin (19) were isolated from this plant for the first time.

        The Isolation of Acetylcholinesterase Inhibitory Constituents from Lycoris radiata using On-line HPLC-biochemical Detection System

        Bioactivity-guided fractionation using on-line HPLC biochemical detection system on CHCl3-soluble fraction of Lycoris radiata led to the isolation of deoxylycorenine (1), O-demethylhomolycorine (2), galanthamine (3), lycoramine (4), mixture of 6a-and 6b-haemanthidine (5), and lycorine (6), identified by spectroscopic data and physicochemical property. Among the isolated compounds, 1, 3 and 6 showed acetylcholinesterase inhibitiory activities with IC50 values of 18.0, 12.0 and 16.6 mM, respectively, in in vitro colorimetric microplate assay.
