Due to the recent political and economic situation, uncertainty in the shipping market is increasing, and various predictive studies are being conducted to resolve it. This study conducted predictions of US West Coast(USWC) Freight Index in Shanghai Containerized Freight Index(SCFI) using System Dynamics. In the study, variables were selected by synthesizing previous studies and in-depth interviews with experts. As for demand factors, import volume of three ports, including Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Oakland, corresponding to the western port of the USA, container volume of Shanghai, and bunker price were selected. And as supply factors, the ship’s space and Idling ship volumes were selected. The data used for the variable are monthly data from January 2016 to December 2020. MAPE analysis used in error analysis was used to verify the accuracy of the prediction model. As a result of verifying SCFI’s USWC route index prediction simulation, it was verified with a very reasonable prediction model with a training interval of 22.9%. As a result of predicting future SCFI’s USWC using the prediction model constructed in this study, it was found that it slightly increased to 3093.47 in 2022 and 3130.79 in 2023.

The recent development of engineering design education has brought enormous influence in many engineering educations. But, most studies in this area have focused only on the system or curriculum development rather than on the effect of the program to the real situation, the transfer. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of learning and learning transfer in engineering design program at the university level. Transfer is defined as the use of trained knowledge and skill back on the job. The results of the study are as follows. First, learner characteristics and curriculum design had a significant influence on learning effectiveness. Second, learner characteristics had a significant influence an learning transfer. Also, the learning had a significant influence an learning transfer. 최근의 공학설계교육의 발달은 공학교육에 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 그러나 이와 관련한 대부분의 연구는 시스템개발이나 과정개발과 관련된 분야에 집중되어 있어, 학습 효과와 학습결과 학습자들이 프로젝트를 수행하는 과정에 얼마나 학습전이가 이루어 졌는지에 대한 연구는 전무하다. 본 연구는 대학의 공학설계교육의 결과로 발생하는 학습의 정도와 학습전이간의 관계를 규명하려는데 있다. 본래 학습전이는 기업교육을 통하여 학습자들이 획득한 지식과 기술을 직무 상황에서 효과적으로 또는 지속적으로 자신의 현 직무에 적용하는 정도를 말한다. 연구결과 학습자 특성과 교육과정설계 특성은 학습에 유의미한 결과를 나타냈으며, 학습자 특성에 따른 전이효과 역시 유효한 결과를 가져왔으며, 학습이 전이에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 직업능력개발훈련교사의 역할과 직무가 분명하게 밝혀지지 않는 상황에서 기업의 성과에 직접적인 영향을 줄 수 있는 미래의 근로자들과 다양한 영역에서 자신의 일을 수행하는 사람들을 교육․훈련시키는 일을 하는 직업능력개발훈련교사의 직무를 분석하고, 역할을 확인할 목적으로 진행하였다. 본 연구는 문헌연구와 현장 설문, 집단 및 개인 포커스 그룹 인터뷰(FGI)를 수행하였으며, 먼저, 문헌연구와 민간직업능력개발훈련교사 30명을 대상으로 직무분석의 기본 단위인 책무(duty)와 작업(task)에 대한 설명과 예시를 통하여 교육한 후, 현재 자신들이 하고 있는 일을 중심으로 책무(duty)와 작업(task)단위를 기술하게 하고, 모두 네 단계를 거쳐 책무와 작업(작업 난이도, 작업 빈도, 작업 중요도)들을 확인하였다. 도출된 직무는 책무 수준에서 교수-학습, 행정업무 수행, 재학생 관리 및 상담, 취업관리, 신입생 홍보, 설비(장비)관리로 밝혀졌다. 직무는 다시 작업 단위로 보다 상세하게 분류되었다. 직업능력개발훈련교사의 직무를 바탕으로 도출된 역할은 교육과정 설계자, 수업운영자, 행정업무 수행자, 재학생 관리 및 상담자, 수료생 관리 및 상담자, 취업관리자, 신입생 홍보담당자, 설비(장비) 관리자와 같이 일곱 개로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 직업능력개발훈련교사의 역할과 직무를 기반으로 하여, 향후 직업능력개발훈련교사의 역량을 분석하여 이들의 역량 향상을 위한 보다 좋은 교육과정을 개발하는 기초를 다지기 위한 것이다. The purpose of this study was to identify the job and roles of Vocational Training Instructors who work in private vocational Training schools through individual and group opinion surveys and several interviews. To do this, related literature reviews and group opinion survey using Post-it were conducted. And a focus group interview consisting of seven vocational training instructors was conducted. Finally, another group interview three vocational training instructors was conducted to select the duties, tasks, and roles. Consequently, seven duties and 34 tasks were derived as follows: (1)implementing teaching & learning, (2)implementing administrative services, (3)managing & counselling students, (4)managing & counselling graduates, (5)managing employment, (6)promoting for new students, (7)maintaining equipments. Also, the eight roles were identified as follows: (1)instructor, (2)program or curriculum designer, (3)administrative manager, (4)students counsellor (5)graduates counsellor, (6)employment manager (6)PR manager for new students (7)equipment maintenance manager.

Purpose: The authors aimed to investigate the utility of blood culture (BC) for children with simple febrile seizure (SFS) in the emergency department (ED) in the post-10/13-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV) era. Methods: This study was performed at the ED of a tertiary care university-affiliated women and children’s hospital, and involved 3,237 previously healthy children aged 6-60 months who visited the ED with SFS from January 2013 through December 2017. The SFS was defined according to the International Classification of Diseases, 11th Revision codes related to seizure. The children were divided into 2 groups according to the vaccination rates of the period of their visit: the 70-PCV (70%, 2013-2014) and 97-PCV (97%, 2015-2017) groups. The primary outcome was the yield, defined as a true positivity of BC. In addition, we collected information on baseline characteristics, ED length of stay, inflammatory biomarkers, and ED outcomes. Results: Of the 1,578 children with SFS who underwent BC, 1,357 belonged to the 97-PCV group. The median age of the study population was 22 months (interquartile range, 16.0-30.0), and 935 children (59.3%) were boys. Of the 41 children (2.6%) with positive BC results, 3 had the yield (0.2%): Staphylococcus aureus in 2 children and Streptococcus pneumoniae in the other. All 3 children belonged to the 97-PCV group. There were 38 contaminated BCs (2.4%; 95% confidence interval, 1.6%-3.2%). The 97-PCV group showed a shorter median ED length of stay (166.0 minutes [108.0-279.5] vs. 143.0 [109.5-209.5]; P = 0.010) and a lower rate of hospitalization (39.4% vs. 12.8%; P < 0.001). No differences between the 2 groups were found in the baseline characteristics and biomarkers. Conclusion: This study suggests a low utility of BC in previously healthy children with SFS in emergency settings in the post-10/13-valent PCV era.

The purpose of this study is to identify and develop a rubric for assessing the practice test in national technical qualification with validity and objectivity. There are three specific purposes for this study. First. we suggest some issues to consider when we develop a rubric. Second we suggest the general procedure and main factors in developing a rubric. Third we identify some problems and suggest some improvement measures for the rubric in national technical qualification examination. The procedure for developing a rubric is as follows; decisions of task the relation with goal classify of performance level and validity. Also there are five main factors as follows; contents criteria practicality credibility and objectivity.
