스포츠지도자의 국제화 방안 연구: 스키지도자 직무 분석을 중심으로

The principal aim of this investigation is to provide the importance, frequency, and weight of importance of the main tasks that address globalization. To effectively do so, Kim and Yoo (2015)'s job analysis results were integrated within a questionnaire and had forty-nine ski instructors respond to two aspects: importance and the frequency of tasks. It was evident from the responses that ski instructors placed prioritization on the idea of self-development, skill improvement, and specialized knowledge. However, areas of globalization such as getting international license related to ski,’ ‘refresher education in foreign countries,’ ‘sharing information with foreign skiers,’ and ‘understanding international ski matches' have shown a low ranking in all of the factors regarding importance, frequency, and the weight of importance. Therefore, from these results, it was evident that the adoption of globalization is not effective. As a method of preventing such lack of efficiency and progression, the jobs pertaining to ski instructors could address the need of responding to the societal changes and requirements. 본 연구에서는 영어교육을 염두에 두고 직무분석을 수행한 김지은과 유호(2015)에서 도출된 임무와 과업에 대하여, 이들의 연구와는 달리 영어교육 측면 뿐 아니라 전반적인 관점에서, 특히 국제화 부분에서 스키지도자들을 대상으로 검증하고, 중요도와 빈도, 중요지수에 대한 인식을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여, 49명의 스키 지도자들을 대상으로 직무의 중요도와 빈도에 대한 설문을 실시하였고 중요지수를 계산하였다. 주요 결과를 분석해 보면, 최근의 스키지도자들은 기술의 지도 뿐 만 아니라 기술향상이나 스키전문지식 학습 등의 자기계발 임무에 대하여 중요하게 생각한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 아직도 국제화 부분이라고 할 수 있는 ‘국제 스키관련 자격증 취득,’ ‘외국에서의 교육,’ ‘외국인 스키어지도자와 정보교류,’ ‘국제 스키경기 이해’의 중요도와 빈도, 중요지수는 비교적 낮았고 이는 아직도 직무의 국제화는 잘 이루어지지 않고 있는 것으로 분석될 수 있다. 따라서 스키의 국제화를 위해서는 스키지도자들의 직무도 시대의 요구와 변화에 따른 수정보완이 있어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

래프팅 수업의 흥미요인과 걱정요인

The purpose of this study is to analyze the fun sources and worry sources among the psychological factors to enable rafting lessons as a more vitalized sport and to continue rafting activities as a daily life sport. To do so, a questionnaire survey was conducted based the fun and worry sources of the rafting lesson for students who were part of sports-related majors. The main results are as follows. (1) In the form of preferred rafting classes, the most striking result is that most students want intensive classes for two or three days. (2) The scores of the items related to socializing such as ' being able to hang out with friends' were generally the highest in the items that examined the fun sources. (3) Amongst the worry sources 'subjective evaluation standards', 'competition-based teaching' and 'anxiety in regards to adjusting to the class' had the highest average score. Therefore, it is recommended that rafting lessons and their focus on scores do not become a stumbling block to further nurture students' cooperation during class. 본 연구의 목적은 운동 지속에 영향을 미치는 심리적인 요소 중 흥미요인과 걱정요인을 분석하여 전공 수업으로서의 래프팅 수업을 활성화하고 래프팅 가이드 활동이나 생활 체육으로서의 래프팅을 지속 할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 스포츠 관련 전공 학생들 중 래프팅 수업을 수강한 학생들을 대상으로 래프팅 수업의 흥미요인과 걱정요인에 대한설문을 실시하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 선호하는 래프팅 수업의 형태를 보면, 가장 두드러지는 결과는 대부분의 학생들이 2-3일간의 집중수업을 원한다. (2) 재미요인을 알아보는 문항들에서는 ‘친구들과 함께 어울릴 수 있다’ 등 ‘사회성 함양’과 관련된 문항들의 점수가 대체로 가장 높았다 (3) 걱정요인에서 ‘주관적 평가 기준’이나 ‘경쟁위주의 교수법’ 등 ‘수업방식 적응 걱정’과 관련된 문항들의 평균이 가장 높았다. 따라서 학생들의 협동심을 길러줄 수 있는 수업형태로 하면서 점수가 걸림돌이 되지 않는 방법의 래프팅 수업을 제공 할 수 있어야 할 것이다.

대학생의 대학 체육관의 관리와 지역에의 개방에 대한 인식

The purpose of this study is to investigate university students' perception of (1) the facilities and management and operation of the university's gymnasium and (2) the opening to the university's gymnasium to local residents. For this purpose, 104 students majoring in sports at universities that will have a new university gymnasium answered the survey. The main results of the survey are: College students had the highest demand for floor conditions and the safety of glass, followed by requests for indoor gym maintenance and facilities to prevent safety accidents. Many students wanted to open their doors to local residents only holidays and when they have local events. According to the descriptive requirements, many students want air conditioning or heating facilities should be well-equipped, hygiene and cleanliness, and free entering and use of their facilities. In terms of descriptive comments on opening to local residents, they want not to be interfered with their classes. Several students mentioned that it would be good if exercise program is developed and university students' talents is contributed. 본 연구의 목적은 스포츠 전공 대학생들이 (1) 대학 체육관 시설, 관리와 운영 대한 인식과 요구를 알아보고 (2) 대학 체육관의 지역에의 개방에 대한 인식을 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 향후 새로운 대학 체육관을 갖게 될 대학에서 스포츠를 전공하고 있는 104명의 학생들이 설문에 응하였다. 설문의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 대학생들은 바닥의 상태와 유리의 안전성에 대한 요구가 가장 컸으며 실내체육관의 유지와 보수와 안전사고 방지를 위한 시설에 대한 요구가 그 뒤를 이었다. 지역 주민에게 개방을 하는 경우에는 공휴일이나 지역 행사가 있을 때만 개방하기를 원하는 학생들이 많았는데 이는 수업에 지장이 있기 때문인 것으로 분석된다. 서술형 요구 사항에서는 에어컨이나 난방 시설이 잘 되어있었으면 하는 의견, 위생과 청결 관리가 잘되었으면 하는 의견, 그리고 학생들이 자유롭게 출입을 하고 이용을 했으면 하는 의견이 가장 많았다. 지역 주민에게 개방하는 것에 대한 서술형 의견에서는 수업에 지장이 없는 정도로만 개방했으면 좋겠다는 의견이 많았고 운동프로그램을 개발하여 운동부 학생들이 재능기부를 할 수 있으면 좋을 것 같다는 의견이 있었다.

대학생의 자아 효능감에 대한 분석: 스포츠 전공 대학생을 중심으로

For effective student guidance, an analysis of factors affecting students' academic record was conducted. This study focuses on the self-efficacy among these factors and analyzes the relationship between academic record and self-efficacy of university students majoring in Sports. For the current study, (1) a survey for university students majoring in Sports-related studies was conducted and (2) the academic records of these students were analyzed. The results of this study show that university students majoring in sports think they don't have enough ability to solve difficult tasks and show relatively low self-efficacy in difficult tasks. They are de-motivated to study if they confront difficult tasks. The relationship between self-efficacy of university students majoring in sports and their academic record are positively related with the satisfaction of study skills and the ability of solving difficult tasks. You will need to focus on these areas when teaching students. 효과적인 학생 지도를 위해서는 학생들의 학업 성취도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 요인들을 분석할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이 중 하나인 자아 효능감에 대하여 분석한다. 스포츠 전공 대학생의 자아 효능감에 대하여 분석하고 이 자아 효능감이 학업 성적과 어떤 관계가 있는지를 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해서 (1) 스포츠 관련 학과에 재학 중인 대학생들을 대상으로 자아 효능감에 대한 설문을 실시하였고 (2) 이들의 학점 평균과 자기효능감과의 상관관계가 분석되었다. 주요 결과를 보면, 스포츠 전공 학생들은 그들이 어려운 과제를 해결할 능력이 없다고 생각하는 경향이 있었으며 주로 과제의 난이도가 높은 부분과 관련된 항목에서 낮은 자아 효능감을 보인다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 자아 효능감과 학업 성적의 상관관계를 알아본 결과, 학업 성적와 비교적 높은 상관관계가 있는 항목들은 학업 능력에의 만족이나 과제 해결 능력 등이었다. 따라서 학생들을 지도 시 이러한 부분에 초점을 맞추어 지도해야 할 것이다.

스포츠 영어 교육(ESP) 현황 및 개발 방향에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study is to find out the current development and potential problem of Sports ESP education at the Korean University level. For this purpose, a total of 128 Universities were examined by reviewing curriculums. The major findings are as follows (1) 27.5% of departments have Sports ESP courses (2) Sports ESP courses provided at Korean Universities are not various (3) In term of course name, ‘Sports English,’ ‘Sports English Conversation,’ ‘Golf English,’ ‘Taekwondo English,’ and ‘Sports Industry English’ are the most. (4) Sports ESP focusing on practical use is more than those focusing Academic use. Based on these findings, this study suggests more systematic approaches to the development of Sports ESP courses. Development of Sports English DB and material and sharing teaching methods by collaboration of sports major specialists and English Educators.
