PMTE 패러다임 관점의 소요기획체계 발전방향 연구

본 연구는 PMTE 패러다임 관점에서 육군의 소요기획체계를 분석하여 발전 방향을 제시하였다. 현 정부는 국방획득 절차를 단순화하면서 소요기획체계의 복잡성・경직성・폐쇄성을 개선하겠다고 발표하였다. 과학기술의 급속한 발전과 국방개혁에의한 병력감축 등 현시점에서 육군의 소요기획체계를 절차, 방법, 도구, 환경측면에서 분석하였다. 연구 방법은 선행연구 자료에서 키워드를 수집하여 PMTE 관점에서 계층별 핵심 요소로 분류하였고, 이 핵심 요소를 AHP 분석을 통해서 중요도를평가한 후 개념연구, 위협 및 능력기반 평가 혼합, 평가도구 및 개념조직 보강 등을 제시하였다. 향후 기술선도형 소요기획절차에 대한 구체화 및 병과 학교별 사전연구팀 편성에 관한 연구가 필요하며, 개념적인 측면에서 분석하여 소요제기 및 결정과정의 문제점을 포함하지 못한 한계가 있다. This study analyzed the Army’s requirements planning system from the PMTE paradigm perspective and suggested a direction for development.The current government announced that it would simplify the defense acquisition process and improve the complexity, rigidity, and closedness of the planning system.At the time of rapid development of science and technology and troop reduction due to national defense reform, the Army’s requirements planning system was analyzed in terms of procedures, methods, tools, and environment.The research method was to collect keywords from previous research data, classify them into core elements by hierarchy from a PMTE perspective, and evaluate the importance of these core elements through AHP analysis, followed by concept research, a mixture of threat and competency-based evaluations, evaluation tools, and conceptual organization.In the future, research is needed on the specification of a technology-led requirements planning procedure and the formation of a preliminary research team for each military school, and there is a limitation in that it does not include problems in the requirements raising and decision process by analyzing it from a conceptual perspective.

고정경로 이동 어트랙션의 위치 판단을 위한 다중 센서 시스템의 개발

가상현실(Visual Reality) 기술은 사람들의 흥미를 유발하며 그 관심으로 점점 발전하고 있다. VR 기술은 게임, 애니메이션, 교육 등 다양한 시장에서 활용되고 있다. 하지만 VR영상을 체험한 후 영상을 보내는 기기와 영상을 재생하는 HMD 등의 하드웨어 간의 지연시간 때문에 어지러움, 두통 등 멀미현상을 겪는 사람들이 많았다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 어트랙션의 이동보다는 환경에 주목하여 경로에 존재하는 구분선을 근접센서로 검출하여 사용자의 운동에 따른 경로 위의 위치를 정확히 계산한다. VR 영상과 사용자의 위치를 동기화하므로 사용자의 위치오차가 0.2%로 개선되었다. Visual Reality technology is becoming more and more interesting as it attracts people's interest. VR technology is used in various markets such as games, animation, and education. However, there were many people experiencing motion sickness such as dizziness and headache due to the delay time between hardware such as a device for sending a video after experiencing a VR image and an HMD for reproducing an image. The system proposed in this paper focuses on the environment rather than the movement of the attraction and detects the dividing line existing on the path by the proximity sensor and accurately calculates the position on the path according to the user 's motion. Since the position of the user is synchronized with the VR image, the position error of the user is improved to 0.2%.

From the past to the present day, not only the manufacturing industry but also the construction industry have been playing major roles for the economic growth of Korea. In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, construction industry will play an important role because it is directly connected to the convenience and safety of our lives. Quality management is essential for producing superior quality. Uncovering quality management excellent companies and distributing good cases in the field of construction could give an opportunity to the growth of our industrial economy. The purpose of this study is to examine the importance of quality and current status of quality management activities of construction companies, and to examine how these activities are recognized through rewards from the government.

기계화부대 미래 전투수행개념에 대한 연구

War is the use of violence, the means of violence are combat power, and it is weapons that represent combat power. Weapons are closely related to combat. According to 'How will we fight?' weapons have been developed and 'How will we fight?' developed by the weapon. Weapons development is long-term. Therefore, it is necessary to study the concept of future combat implementation, which is difficult to predict, to create weapons development requirements, and to reflect the lead time in the planning of the need for consideration. The generation of future disturbances is carried out by the 'Combat Development' system. 'Combat development' is the creation of a concept, deriving the required capabilities through an ability assessment, finding and reflecting the alternatives to the required capabilities in the planning of the needs. In this paper, after analyzing the conceptions of future combat implementation, which have been heavily discussed with several major war theories by applying the concept research phase of these combat development systems, we predicted how the development of science and technology by the Fourth Industrial Revolution will affect the mechanized unit, and set up the concept of future combat operation of the mechanized unit, and put forward the necessary capabilities to carry out these concepts. In the future, the concept of non-adjacent and distant combat will be the basic concept of combat implementation. To this end, future mechanized units should neutralize key enemy targets by converging direct and indirect firepower and precision strike, neutralize enemy centers through independent warfare by military units, and conduct multi-layered combat by operating a combination of maned and unmanned systems. The capabilities required to implement these concepts include long range reconnaissance and precision strike capabilities, multi-area maneuverability, and mixed-use combat capabilities 전쟁은 폭력을 사용하는 것이며, 폭력의 수단은 전투력이고, 전투력을 대표하는 것은 무기다. 무기는 전투와 밀접한 관계가 있다. ‘전투를 어떻게 할 것인가?’에 따라서 무기가 개발되고, 개발된 무기에 의해 ‘어떻게 싸울 것인가?’가 발전되어 왔다. 무기 개발은 장기간 소요된다. 그래서 예측하기 어려운 미래전투수행개념을 연구하여 무기개발소요를 창출하고, 이를 리드타임을 고려하여 소요기획에 반영하는 것이다. 미래 소요 창출은 ‘전투발전’체계에 의해 이루어진다. ‘전투발전’은 개념을 만들고 능력평가를 통해서 요구되는 능력을 도출하며, 요구되는 능력의 대안을 찾아 소요기획에 반영하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 전투발전체계의 개념연구단계를 적용하여 몇 가지 주요 전쟁이론과 논의가 많이 되고 있는 미래전투수행개념을 분석한 후, 4차 산업혁명에 의한 과학기술의 발전이 기계화부대에 어떻게 영향을 줄 것 인지를 예측해보고, 기계화부대의 미래전투수행개념을 설정한 후, 이러한 개념을 수행하기 위해 필요한 요구되는 능력을 제시하였다. 미래에는 비접적·원거리전투개념이 기본전투수행개념이 될 것이다. 이를 위해서 미래 기계화부대는 직·간접화력 융합 및 정밀타격으로 적 핵심표적을 무력화하고, 지상기동을 초월한 공중기동으로 제대별 독립전투를 통해 적 중심을 무력화하며, 유·무인체계를 복합으로 운용하여 다층 전투를 수행해야한다. 이러한 개념을 구현하기 위해 요구되는 능력은 원거리 정찰 및 정밀타격능력, 다영역 기동능력, 유·무인 복합 전투능력 등이다.

집단미술치료 프로그램이 시설거주 여성 지적장애인의 자기표현력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 시설에 거주하는 여성 지적 장애인들을 대상으로 자기표현력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 집단미술치료 프로 그램을 실시하였다. 연구대상은 시설에 거주하 는 30세 이상의 여성 지적장애인들이며, 이들 의 특성은 인지기능의 저하와 후천적 환경의 열악함으로 인하여 언어적인 발달이 적절하게 이루어지지 못하였고 정서적으로는 가족들과 분리된 상황이 가족들로부터 버림받았다는 생 각으로 인하여 불안감과 자기부정성을 형성하 고 있다. 이들에게 총 15회기의 집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시하였으며 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 사용한 연구도구는 Rakos & Schroeder의 자기표현 평정척도를 사용하였 다. 수집된 자료의 처리는 사전ᆞ사후 간의 평 균과 표준편차를 산출하였다. 또한 표준화된 검사지를 보완하기 위하여 구성원들의 자기표 현 표적행동을 선정하여 매회기, 사회복지사와 연구자가 공동으로 관찰하는 행동목록표를 작 성하여 관찰지에 기록하였다. 그 결과, 집단미 술치료 프로그램이 시설거주 여성지적장애인 의 자기표현력에 긍정적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.

시설거주 지적장애인의 부정적 자기표현 감소를 위한 집단미술치료 단일사례연구

The objective of the present study is to investigate the effect of group art therapy program on the reduction of negative self-expression in the intellectually disabled staying in a welfare facility. The objects of the study were 5 intellectually disabled females aged 30 or older staying in a welfare facility. A total og 15 sessions of group art therapy program were carried out for these females and negative self-expression target behaviors were selected as the study tool used to verify the effect of the program based on 20 questions that measure content-based, paralinguistic and non-verbal self-expression, which are the sub-categories for the self-assertiveness scale of Rakos & Schroeder. Based on the study method, the occurrence frequency of negative self-expression behavior, which is a dependent variable was observed and measured using the frequency recording method and the effect was verified by applying an inter-object multiple baseline design. As a result of the study, the average frequencies of the negative self-expression target behaviors of 5 persons were confirmed to have reduced to 9.32 at the baseline stage, to 4.93 at the initial stage, to 2.50 at the middle stage, and to 1.28 at the final stage when compared to those of the baseline section. This means that the group art therapy, which utilized diverse art media had a positive effect on the reduction of negative self-expression target behaviors of the intellectually disabled participating in the program. 본 연구의 목적은 집단미술치료 프로그램이 시설에 거주하는 지적장애인의 부정적 자기표현 감소에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있다. 연구대상은 시설에 거주하는 30세 이상 여성 지적장애인 다섯 명이다. 이들에게 총 15회기의 집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시하였고 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 사용한 연구도구는 Rakos & Schroeder의 자기표현 평정척도의 하위영역인 내용적, 음성적, 체언적 자기표현을 측정하는 20개의 문항을 토대로 하여 부정적 자기표현 표적행동을 선정하였다. 연구방법은 종속변인인 부정적 자기표현 행동의 발생빈도를 빈도 기록법으로 관찰 측정하였으며, 대상자간 중다 기초선 설계를 적용하여 효과를 검증하였다. 연구한 결과, 집단미술치료가 5명의 부정적 자기표현 표적행동 기초선 구간과 비교하였을 때 기초선 단계의 평균 빈도수에서는 9.32, 초기단계에서는 4.93, 중기단계에서는 2.50, 종결단계에서는 1.28로 감소된 것이 확인되었다. 이는 다양한 미술매체를 활용한 집단미술치료가 프로그램에 참여한 시설거주 지적장애인들의 부정적 자기표현 표적행동의 감소에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다는 것을 의미한다.
