In this paper, we propose a new competitive learning algorithm for unsupervised learning neural network to extract a feature map from letter patterns. The proposed learning algorithm is based on relative similarity, which is similarity measure between input data and cluster group. So, the proposed network and algorithm is called relative similarity network(RSN) and learning algorithm. According to the definition of similarity and learning rule, the structure of RSN is designed and the pseudo code of the algorithm is described. In the extraction of a feature map. RSN, in spite of deletion of learning rate, resulted in the identical performance with those of WTA, and SOM. Thus, it is shown that RSN is useful to extract a feature map of letter patterns.
가속기 백색광 X-Ray Topography를 이용한 CVD 단결정 다이아몬드 내부 전위 분석

Single-crystal diamond obtained by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) exhibits great potential for use in next-generation power devices. Low defect density is required for the use of such power devices in high-power operations; however, plastic deformation and lattice strain increase the dislocation density during diamond growth byCVD. Therefore, characterization of the dislocations in CVD diamond is essential to ensure the growth of high-quality diamond. In this work, we analyze the characteristics of the dislocations in CVD diamond through synchrotron white beam X-ray topography. In estimate, many threading edge dislocations and five mixed dislocations were identified over the whole surface. 화학기상증착장치(Chemical vapor deposition, CVD)에 의한 단결정 다이아몬드는 차세대 파워디바이스로 활용될 수 있다. 기본적으로, 고전력 소자로의 응용을 위해서는 낮은 전위밀도의 단결정 제어가 필요하다. 그러나, CVD 성장중 발생하는 소성변형 및 격자 스트레인은 전위밀도를 불가피하게 증가시킨다. 그러므로, 고품질의 단결정 CVD 다이아몬드를 성장하기 위해서는 이에 대한 철처한 분석이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 가속기 백색광 X-ray 토포그래피를 이용하여 CVD 다이아몬드의 전위 특성을 분석한 내용을 보고한다. 준비된 단결정 CVD 다이아몬드의 전체 표면에서 많은 칼날전위 및 5개의 혼합전위가 판별되었다. 본 샘플의 전위밀도는 7.28 × 106 cm-2 로 측정되었다.
Cervical headgear에 의한 상악의 후방 견인시 하악의 위치변화에 대한 임상적 고찰

The debate over the change in the Mandibular position during the cervical headgear traction has continued for decades. The purpose of this report is to assess the generalized rotation of the Mandibule occured due to the cervical traction by a graphic method that Isaacson proposed, and illustrate the mechanism by which the vertical independent variables affect the sagittal position of the mandible. The consequences is in accordance with the Baumrind's report that the use of cervical traction is associated with condyle growth, and its effect is to keep the Mandibular plane angle relatively constant.
Angle Ⅲ급 부정교합자의 악안면골격 특성에 관한 연구

This investigation was designed to categorize Angle's class Ⅲ malocclusion groups through analyzing horizontal and vertical components of craniofacial skeleton in Angle's class Ⅲ malocclusion. The material selected for this study consisted in standard lateral cephalogram of one hundred and fifty five children, seventy four boys and eighty one girls, aged 6 through 15 years, having Angle's class Ⅲ malocclusion. On the basis of findings of this study, the following results were obtained. 1. In horizontal skeletal classifications, 16 groups were classified FMN-A-B, SE-FMN-A according to the Ba-SE-Me, Ba-SE/R. 2. The sequences that have relatively high frequency are as follow; a) Horizontal Group 1 b) Horizontal Group 3 c) Horizontal Group 5 d) Horizontal Group 9 e) Horizontal Group 4 3. In vertical skeletal classification, 8 groups were classified according to the PMV/PP, PMV/OP, PMV/MP. 4. The sequences that relatively high are as follows; a) Vertical Group 1 b) Vertical Group 3 c) Vertical Group 4 d) Vertical Group 8
