This study was investigated the difference in the quality characteristics of the fermented soybean roasted with different conditions for making chungyukjang. Roasted condition of soybean was decided by pre-test, which was on 140°C for 21 min, 180°C 9.5 min, and 220°C 6 min. Fermented soybean with different roasted condition and conventionally made cheonggukjang were measured for proximate composition, color, pH, amino nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, free sugar and amino acids. The lightness and yellowness of soybean fermented by conventional method was higher than those of the fermented soybean with roasted soybean. The contents of free sugar of fermented soybean roasted on 220°C for 6 min (FS220) was the highest among the group and followed by fermented soybean roasted on 180°C for 9.5 min (FS180), 140°C 21 min (FS140) and conventional cheonggukjang (FS0). The contents of total free amino acid was highest on fermented soybean roasted on 140°C for 21 min (FS140) and followed by fermented soybean roasted on 180°C for 9.5 min (FS180), 220°C 6 min (FS220) and conventional cheonggukjang (FS0).
위백규의 수사학적 경전해석 - 『맹자차의(孟子箚義)』를 중심으로 -

This article examines Chonjae 存齋 Wi Paekkyu 魏伯珪's rhetorical commentaries on the Mengzi 孟子 (the book of Master Meng). Wi Paekkyu (1727-1798) lived during the reign of King Yongjo and King Jongjo, when several institutional reforms were carried out during the Choson dynasty. Unlike other scholars of the Zhu Xi School in Choson who emphasized Zhu Xi 朱熹's commentaries and moral principles 義理, Wi Paekkyu interpreted the Confucian classics based on the original text (jingwen 經文) and its context (wenyi 文義). A major feature in Maengja Ch’aui’s structure tells us that he interpreted the Mengzi rhetorically. Wi Paekkyu put a lot of effort into analyzing the meaning of a word, the syntax, and the tone in the composition. This shows that he was not confined to conventional rules and that he thought without formality and constraint because of his self-discipline and academic foundation. In the field of Classical studies, Maengja Ch’aui is considered to be more significant and valuable than others commentaries. Existing interpretations of Mengzi were only tied up with philosophy (yilixue 義理學: the pursuit of moral and philosophical principles) or philology (kaozhengxue 考證學). Current research shows that there are only few rhetorical commentaries, including the Maengja Ch’aui and the Mengzi Lunwen 孟子論文 written by Niu Yunzhen 牛運震 in the Qing period. After a comparative study, Maengja Ch’aui is found to be more complicated and profound than Mengzi Lunwen. Not limited only to the literal comments, it also explains Mencius’s choice of words, sentences and structures to embody his idea. This goes to show that diversity exists in East Asian rhetorical commentaries and that the Confucian classical studies during the Choson dynasty had unique characteristics. Meanwhile, Wi Paekkyu's rhetorical commentaries seem arbitrary, because they rely on subjective assumptions, not on objective inference. However, it can't be devalued. Rather, Maengja Ch’aui should be more appreciated because it has a consistent and systematic framework and it opened up new prospects in the field of Choson Classical studies.
실버세대 헤어 미용업의 서비스품질과 고객충성도에 대한 관계성 연구

고령화 사회의 실버세대는 새로운 소비자군으로 급부상하여 실버고객들이 이용하는 서비스 산업이 발전할 것이다. 그 중에서도 미용서비스 분야는 실버세대들에게 삶의 질적 향상을 위하여 반드시 필요한 분야이다. 본 연구는 실버세대의 미용서비스 품질 형성요인을 알아보고 고객충성도와의 관계성을 알아보기 위하여 서울지역에 거주하고 있는 244명의 실버 세대들을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석을 위한 통계처리는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 미용서비스를 이용하는 실버고객이 인지하는 서비스품질은 관계품질인 신뢰와 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 관계품질인 신뢰와 몰입은 고객충성도에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서비스품질과 고객충성도의 관계에서 신뢰는 신뢰성, 반응성, 공감성, 확신성에서 매개효과가 있었고, 몰입은 신뢰성, 반응성, 공감성, 확신성, 유형성에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 실버세대를 위한 실버 전용 미용서비스 산업과 그와 관련된 교육 프로그램이 미미한 실정에서 실버세대를 위한 미용산업이 중요한 자리매김을 할 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하는 데에 큰 의의가 있다. The silver generation in ouraging society will rapidly emergeas a new consumer group and the service industry used by silver customers will develop going forward. The beauty service sector is one of the most needed ones for the qualitative improvement of life forthe silver generation. In this research, ananalysis was conducted on 244 persons of the silver generation living in Seoul, in order to examine the factors affectingthe quality of the beauty service for the silver generation and their relationships with customer loyalty. For the statistical treatment of the empirical analysis, the SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 statistical programs were used. The results of the analysis showed that the service quality perceived by the silver customers who used the beauty service had significant effects on trust and flow, which are the relationship qualities, and that trust and flow had positive effects on customer loyalty. Also, it was found that, in the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty, trust had mediating effects onreliability, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance, and that flow had mediating effects on reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and tangibility. The results of this research are significant in that they present the basic data enabling the beauty industry to play an important role for the silver generation, under the present circumstances in which the beauty service industry has minimal educational programs exclusively available for the silver generation.
소설 평점비평방법론의 경전으로의 도입 : 청대에 출현한 『맹자』 주석서

본고의 목적은 청대에 『맹자』에 대한 평점주석서들이 출현하게 된 배경과 소설 평점비평방법론과의 관계를 밝히며, 나아가 청대에 간행된 16종의 수사학적 『맹자』 주석서들을 개관하고 그 비평적 특징을 究明하는 것이다. 청대 수사학적 『맹자』 주석서는 문학비평의 한 방법론인 評點을 사용한 것이 특징이다. 평점비평은 남송대부터 유행하였지만, 경전 주석서에서 평점이 활용된 것은 명대 중기 이후인데, 당시 소설 평점비평의 유행이 경전 주석에 영향을 미친 결과이다. 다만 청대 수사학적 『맹자』 주석서는 맹자를 ‘化工’이라 하며 그 글쓰기 역량을 극도로 존숭한 반면, 명・청대의 소설 평점비평에서 작품 원문을 거침없이 개작하는 등 본질적인 차이가 있다. 본고에서 고찰한 청대 수사학적 『맹자』 주석서의 비평적 특징은 첫째, 圈(◦)과 點(⎖) 등 다양한 부호를 사용하였다는 점, 둘째, 蘇洵과 魏禧, 그리고 姚永概 등 이전 주석가들의 문학비평을 인용・집설하였다는 사실이다. 이러한 두 특징은 청대에 들어 평점비평이 소설 분야뿐만이 아니라 경전을 해석하는 데 있어서도 그만큼 안착하고 성숙하였음을 방증한다. 경전에 대한 평점비평과 그 성숙은 서구에서 발견하기 어려운 중국만의 독특한 특징이다. 본고에서 밝힌 전근대 중국에서 평점을 활용한 다수의 『맹자』 주석서가 존재・발전하였다는 사실은 ‘과연 평점비평이 소설 등 순문학만이 갖는 전유물이었는가.’라는 의문을 제기한다. 한문학에서 評點 등 문장 비평을 논할 때 소설과 시에만 국한하지 않고 경전으로 논의 대상을 확대해야 한다. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the background of the emergence of fiction-style commentaries (hereafter, pingdian 評點) on the Mencius 孟子 from the Qing dynasty and their relationship with fiction criticism. In doing so, I compare Qing commentaries with stylistic commentaries from the Song and Ming dynasties and literary criticism of fiction. The main characteristic of rhetorical commentaries on the Mencius that appeared in the Qing dynasty is the use of pingdian. This suggests an interesting convergence with fictional commentary because pingdian in the Ming-Qing periods was mainly used to critique the literary features of fiction. Though popular already from the Southern Song, such reader commentary developed and matured into the fiction commentary known from the middle of the Ming dynasty onward. The fashion for fiction commentary prompted scholars to utilize pingdian in commentaries on the Confucian Classics. However, the fact that Mencius is referred to as “natural feats endowed by Heaven (huagong 化工)” and that his compositional skill is highly revered reveals an essential difference from the unabashed rewriting of original works found in Ming-Qing commentaries on fiction. The two other features of rhetorical commentaries on the Mencius from the Qing dynasty discussed in this paper are: (1) they include the use of various marks such as circles (quan 圈; ◦) and dots (dian 點; ⎖), and (2) they cite the literary criticism of previous scholars, for examples, Su Xun 蘇洵 (1009~1066), Wei Xi 魏禧 (1624~1681), and Yao Yonggai 姚永概 (1866~1923). These two characteristics demonstrate that pingdian of the Classics acquired the same stability and maturity as literary criticism of fiction. Pingdian and its maturity appear to be unique to China, and are hardly found in the West. The fact that many of the rhetorical commentaries on the Confucian Classics using pingdian were developed during the pre-modern period begs an important question - “Was pingdian a methodology uniquely for literary criticism of fiction?” To answer this question, we need to expand the object of discussion away from fiction to the Confucian Classics.
커트 스타일에 따른 20, 30, 40대 여성의 이미지에 대한 지각과 심리적 평가의 차이 연구

본 연구는 커트 스타일에 따른 20, 30, 40대 여성의 이미지에 대한 지각과 심리적 평가의 차이를 알아보고 커트 스타일의 이미지가 헤어스타일에 대한 심리적 평가에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 동일한 여성의 얼굴이 커트 스타일 변형에 따라 연령별로 어떠한 이미지지각의 차이와 상호작용을 분석한다. 또한 커트 스타일에서 나타나는 이미지가 심리에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써, 이미지를 변화시키는데 커트스타일에 차이를 두거나, 커트의 종류 변화에 따라 스스로의 이미지를 제어하고 발전시킬 수 있는 요인이 되어, 헤어스타일만의 변화가 이미지를 변화시키고 심리적으로도 변화하는 효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 자신이 긍정적일 수 있는 반응을 이끌어 낼 수 있으며, 피실험자가 추구하는 이미지에 적합한 헤어커트 스타일을 찾는 연령별 방향이나 목적, 기준을 나타내는 표지가 되는데 목적이 있다. 이미지지각에 대한 커트 스타일과 나이의 상호작용효과를 분석한 결과와 커트 스타일 이미지가 심리에 미치는 영향에 대한 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 그래쥬에이션을 본 20대, 30대와 레이어를 본 20대, 30대는 원랭스를 본 20대 보다 자신들이 본 커트 스타일을 앨래강스하다고 생각한 수준이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 그래쥬에이션을 본 2-30대와 레이어를 본 세 집단 모두는 원랭스를 본 3-40대보다 본인들이 본 커트 스타일이 더 앨래강스하다고 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 그래쥬에이션을 본 20대는 그래쥬에이션을 본 40대에 비교해서 그래쥬에이션 커트 스타일에 대해 더 앨래강스하다고 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 커트 스타일 이미지가 심리적 영향중에서 인상형 성반영에 관해 반응을 이끌어 내었으며, 앨래강스, 패미닌, 패뷸러스의 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 특성반영에는 앨래강스 이미지만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 나이별 커트 유형에 따라 지각하는 이미지가 다양하였고 같은 커트임에도 다른 이미지를 지각하기도 하였다, 또한 헤어커트스타일에 대해 지각하는 이미지는 어떠한 사람의 첫인상을 결정하는데 중요한 영향을 미치는 반면에, 앨래강스이미지의 헤어커트스타일에 의해 사람의 특성이나 성격 연령, 능력에 영향을 주는 것으로 해석 할 수 있다. 시대가 변함에 따라 의복, 메이크업, 헤어스타일 등을 통한 조화로운 이미지를 창출하는 것이 필요하다. 헤어커트스타일의 변화를 통해 자신의 이미지를 변화시키고 발전하는데 영향을 주고 헤어 이미지변화로 인하여 심리적으로 긍정적인 효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 자신이 원하는 이미지에 적절한 헤어커트유형을 찾을 수 있는 연령별지표가 되길 기대한다. Analyzes the interaction of the same female face on the difference of image perception according to the style of haircut style by age. In addition, by examining the effect of haircut style image on hairstyle recognition (psychology, characteristics, personality, ability, first impression), it influences the change and formation of the image according to the difference of cut type, The goal is to be an age-specific indicator that can expect a positive psychological effect and find a proper type of haircut in the image that the subject wants. According to the results of analyzing the interaction effect of haircut style and age on image perception and the effect of haircut style image on hair style recognition, First, layers shown to 20s, 30s, 40s showed higher levels of perceived haircut style that they viewed than their 20s, who were in their 30s. Second, 20s, 30s, who were given gradation and 20s, 30s, and 40s, who have seen layer, perceive their haircut style to be more dignified than their 30s and 40s. Third, the 20s who had seen the graduation showed that they were more dignified than the 40s who had seen the graduation. Fourth, haircut style images were found to affect the reflection of impression formation in hair style recognition, and they were influenced in order of elegance, femininity, and charm. Also, only the decent image influenced the characteristic reflection. These results show that perceptual images vary according to the age type of cuts and perceive other images even though they are the same cut. In addition, the perceived image of the haircut style has an important influence on determining the first impression of a person, while it can be interpreted as influencing the personality, personality age, and ability of the person by the haircut style of the dignified image. As the age changes, it is necessary to create a harmonious image through clothing, make-up and hair style. Changes in the style of haircuts can change the image of their own, the changes in the hair image can provide a psychological positive effect.
주희(朱熹)와 이황(李滉)의 수사학적(修辭學的) 『논어(論語)』 해석(解釋)

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the use of rhetorically oriented exegesis as a method of study of the Confucian Classics, based on Zhu Xi 朱熹 (1130-1200)’s Lunyu Jizhu 論語集注 (Collected commentaries on the Analects) and Yi Hwang 李滉 (1501-1570)’s Nonŏ Sŏgŭi 論語釋義 (Exposition of the Analects). Rhetorically oriented exegesis is defined as interpreting the classics through the structural features of sentences, investigating their vocabulary, sentence structure, and forms of expression. Regardless of philosophers or literary scholars, a Confucian scholar considers the classics as a model for writing. The rhetorical commentaries on the Analects clearly display this point of view. Pre-modern scholarship consisted of an integrated study of literature, history, and philosophy. By contrast, existing studies perceive philosophy and literature as separate categories, causing a lack of interest in rhetorical commentary among current scholars. Thus, Zhu Xi and Yi Hwang’s rhetorical commentaries on the Analects, the subject of our examination, will help us to not only understand pre-modern rhetoric, but also provide a three-dimensional view of the Confucian traditions of the pre-modern period.

Purpose: The role of vitamin D in traditional atopic disorders (i.e., asthma, allergic rhinitis, and atopic dermatitis) is still uncertain. We have analyzed the association between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 (25(OH)-D3) levels and asthma in children. Methods: A total of 133 children were enrolled between April 2008 and December of 2008. Children were divided into 3 groups: the asthma group (n=80), bronchiolitis group (n=50), and normal group (n=35). Serum samples were collected and checked for 25(OH)-D3 levels. From the blood samples, we measured eosinophil counts, total IgE, specific IgE (Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, Dermatophagoides farinae, milk, egg, cat, dog, cockroach) (Uni-CAP FEIA system). Results: The mean age of the patients was 4.6 years. The mean 25(OH)-D3 levels of the asthma, bronchiolitis, and normal groups were 17.2±8.9, 22.5±9.3, and 27.8±10.2 ng/mL, respectively (P<0.01). There was no association between allergens and vitamin D levels. Mean 25(OH)-D3 levels were lower at acute state of asthma than at stable state. Conclusion: The mean level of 25(OH)-D3 was associated with asthma and acute state of asthma. Further experimental and clinical studies are needed to establish a definite link between vitamin D levels and asthma.
