체감형 가상현실 훈련이 급성기 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능에 미치는 효과

현재의 연구는 체감형 가상현실 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능에 미치는 효과를 알고자 하였다. 급성기 뇌졸중 환자 30명이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 모든 대상자는 실험군 15명과 대조군 15명으로 무작위로 배정되었다. 두 군은 하루 30분, 주 5회, 4주 동안 보통의 작업치료를 받았다. 실험군은 체감형 가상현실 훈련을 회기 마다 30분 더 받았으며, 대조군은 보통의 작업치료를 회기 마다 30분 더 받았다. 상지기능을 측정하기 위하여 Fugl-Meyer 평가, 손기능 검사, 어깨, 팔꿈치, 손목관절에 대한 도수근력 검사, 장악력 검사를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 두 군은 중재 전과 후로 모든 상지기능 평가에서 유의한 항샹을 보였다(p<.05). 두 군 사이에 상지기능의 변화량을 비교한 결과, 실험군은 대조군보다 상지기능과 손기능, 어깨, 팔꿈치, 손목 근력에서 유의하게 더 큰 향상이 있었다(p<.05). 본 연구의 결과는 체감형 가상현실 훈련이 보통의 치료보다 급성기 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능 향상에 더 효과를 나타낼 수 있음을 시사한다. The aim of this study was to investigated the effects of motion-based virtual reality training on upper limb function in patients with acute stroke. The present study was participated in thirty patients with acute stroke. All subjects were randomly assigned into either the experimental group (n=15) or the control group (n=15). Two groups received the usual occupational therapy during 30 min a day, 5 a week, 4 a weeks. Additionally, experimental group performed motion-based virtual reality training on each session during 30 min/day, and control group conducted usual occupational therapy on each session during 30 min/day. The outcome measures were the FMA (Fugl-Meyer Assessment), JHT (Jebsen-Taylor Hand Function Test), MMT (Manual Muscles Test), GS (Grip Strength) before and after intervention. In results, The both groups showed significant improvements in all assessments before and after intervention (p<.05). As a result for change score of the upper limb function between the two groups, the experimental group showed a significant greater improvements in upper limb function, hand function, strength of shoulder, elbow and wrist than control group (p<.05). These findings suggest that motion-based virtual reality training may have a effects of the improvements of upper limb function than conventional therapy in patients with acute stroke.

Unsteady three-dimensional flowfields generated by transverse fuel injection into a supersonic mainstream are simulated with a DES turbulence model. Comparisons are made with experimental results in term of the temporal eddy position and eddy formation frequency. The vorticity field around the jet exit is also analyzed to understand the formation mechanism of the jet vortical structures. Results indicate that the DES model correctly predicts the convection characteristics of the large scale eddies. However, it is also observed that the numerical results slightly overpredict the eddy formation frequency. The jet vortical structures are developed from the competing vortices in the recirculation region of upstream boundary.

Propeller shall have high efficiency and improved aerodynamic characteristics to get the thrust to fly at high speed for the Regional turboprop aircraft. That is way Clark-Y airfoil which is used to conventional turboprop aircraft propeller is selected as a blade airfoil. Adkins method is used for aerodynamic design and performance analysis with respect to the propeller design point. Adkins method is based on the vortex-blade element theory which design the propeller to satisfy the condition for minimum energy loss. propeller geometry is generated by varying chord length and pitch angle at design point of Regional turboprop aircraft. The propeller design results indicate that is evaluated to be properly constructed, through analysis of propeller aerodynamic characteristics using the Meshless method and MRF, SM method.
