본 논문에서는 무선전원공급 장치 및 선형전동기의 결합시스템을 제안하였다. 무선전원공급 장치 및 선형전동기 결합시스템의 장점을 기술하고 무선전원공급 장치 부분의 기본 설계, 인덕턴스, 공진콘덴서, 권선의 저항, 그리고 효율을 계산하였다.

Assessing bioequivalence between original drug and generic drug is traditionally based on 2×2 crossover design. As bioequivalence trials for highly variable drugs are getting popular, the required sample size based on 2×2 crossover design would be very large, which might cause the ethical concerns. Regulatory agencies like EMA and MFDS recommended higher order crossover designs such as 2×4, 4×2 and 4×4 crossover designs. Alternatively, a 2×3 dual design may be recommended in terms of economical and ethical points of view in comparison with the 2×4 crossover design for highly variable drug. In this study, we consider some statistical characteristics of 2×3 dual design and propose statistical procedures for calculating sample size and assessing bioequivalence based on 2×3 dual design. We also discuss the proposed procedures from the perspective of newly revised bioequivalence guidance issued by MFDS. 두 제제의 생체이용률을 비교하여 동등성을 입증하는 생물학적 동등성 시험은 표준 2×2 교차설계를 원칙으로 하고 있으나, 최근에는 제제의 특성이 고변동성으로 인해 표준 2×2 교차설계를 사용할 경우 지나치게 많은 피험자가 필요하게 되면서, EMA나 MFDS 등에서는 2×2 교차설계를 확장한 2×4, 4×2 또는 4×4 등의 고차원 설계를 권장하고 있다. 2×3 교차설계는 표준 2×2 교차설계에서 1기간을 확장한 설계로 불균형 설계이기는 하지만 2×4 교차설계와 비교해서 경제적, 윤리적 측면에서 장점을 갖고 있는 설계라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 2×3 이중설계를 활용하는 생물학적 동등성 시험에서 설계의 통계적 특성을 고찰해 보고, 생물학적 동등성 평가를 위한 통계적 설계 및 추론 절차를 새롭게 개정된 의약품동등성시험기준을 적용하여 논의한다.
초순수의 저농도 TOC 분석에서 전기전도도 정밀 측정 시스템 설계

The concentration of total organic carbon (TOC) in water is an important key indicator of the quality of Ultra-pure water, which is useful in the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries, among others. Therefore, as a technology to measure TOC, a technology that measures the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) by electrical conductivity is being developed. This method uses ultraviolet light and an oxidizing agent to oxidize organic compounds to produce CO2, and measures the concentration of CO2 by measuring the electrical conductivity based on the permeable membrane of the gas, and then converts it to the concentration of TOC in the organic compound. In this study, we presented the design conditions of the alternating current control circuit applied between the two electrodes of the electrical conductivity cell, the microcurrent signal detection, voltage conversion circuit, and the amplification and noise reduction circuit for measuring the low concentration of TOC required for ultrapure water. Based on the optimal design conditions, we have fabricated a PCB for ultra-precise electrical conductivity measurement for low concentration TOC analysis using membrane conductivity, and have compared the results with a commercial product.

Objectives:Thepurposeofthisstudywastoidentifytheneedofmentalpatients' familyformentalhealthserviceofcommunity. Methods:Subjects were 137 family members ofmentalpatients admitted to 3 hospitals. Data were collected using structured questionnaires developed by Yang(1995)from February20toMarch27,2009. Results:Themeanscoreonfamilyneedsofcommunitymentalhealthservicewas 4.14of5likertscales.Theirneedforsocialrehabilitation washighestamong the 4 subcategories of community mentalhealth service. Specifically there were highestneeds aboutdeveloping and operating socialrehabilitation program and consulting and learning for patient. There was lowest management of daily activities such independentaccommodation and personalhygiene.Single family, parents,siblings who pay forhospitalexpenses and alcoholism patients'family hadhighestneedofcommunitymentalhealthservice. Conclusion:Family need ofcommunity mentalhealth service was shown very heighlevel.Inordertosatisfytheleveloftheirneed,itisrequiredtoprovideand perform a variety ofcommunity mentalhealth program designed forthemental patients'rehabilitationunderconsiderationoffamilycharacteristics. .
