In case of applying the BIM method in the civil engineering of irregularly shaped structure, BIM method began to be introduced in the current building engineering area compared with the expected effects of the relatively high construction productivity has been recognized. In this paper, I have developed quantity calculation algorithms applying it to earthwork and bridge construction, tunnel construction, retaining wall construction, culvert construction and implemented BIM based 3D-BIM Modeling quantity calculation. Structure work in which errors occurred in range between -6.28% ~ 5.17%. Especially, understanding of the problem and improvement of the existing 2D-CAD based of quantity calculation through rock type quantity calculation error in range of -14.36% ~ 13.07% of earthwork quantity calculation. It's benefit and applicability of BIM method in civil engineering. In addition, routine method for quantity of earthwork has the same error tolerance negligible for that of structure work. But, rock type's quantity calculated as the error appears significantly to the reliability of 2D-based volume calculation shows that the problem could be. Through the estimating quantity of earthwork based 3D-BIM, proposed method has better reliability than routine method. BIM, as well as the design, construction, maintenance levels of information when you consider the benefits of integration, the introduction of BIM design in civil engineering and the possibility of applying for the effectiveness was confirmed. In addition, as the beginning phase of information integration, quantity document automation program has been developed for activation of BIM. And automatically enter the program code number, linkage and manual volume calculation program, quantity document automation programs, such as the development is now underway, and step-by-step procedures and methods are presented.

To clarify resistance mechanisms of lincosamide antibiotics, it was examined whether lincosamide antibiotics was able to induce high resistance to macrolide and lincosamide antibiotics against EMR-1 strain of Bacillus species. And it was also examined whether the inducible resistance was plasmid-mediated or chromosome-mediated. This strain was identified as Bacillus licheniformis by its morphological and physiological characteristics. The subinhibitory concentrations of lincomycin and clindamycin induced high resistance in the strain to lincosamide antibiotics, but not to macrolide antibiotics. The inducible resistance was not eliminated by treating the strain with ethidium bromide, and plasmid was not identified by the alkaline lysis method of plasmid preparation. These results indicate, therefore, that the inducible resistance to macrolide and lincosamide antibiotics in the strain may be chromosome-mediated, not plasmid-mediated.

A macromolecular fraction prepared from the aqueous extract of the carpophores of Clitacybe infundibuliformis, an edible mushroom, which were collected at the Gwang-neung area, Gyeong-Gi Province in 1981, was investigated for antitumor activity against sarcoma 180 in mice. The inhibition ratio of this fraction against the tumor was 55% at the dose of 20㎎/㎏/day. This fraction was found to contain a polysaccharide and a protein. The hydrolysate of the polysaccharide yielded four monosaccnarides: xylose (68. 5%), glucose (14. 6%), galactose (6. 8%), mannose(10.1%).

과거 시공된 분리형 탄성받침 설치교량에서는 미끄러짐, 들뜸 등의 현상이 발생되어, 받침 탈락, 교량 붕괴, 차량 이탈사고 등이 예상되어 이에 대한 경제적인 보강방안이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 분리형 탄성받침 설치 교량의 현장조사를 통한 문제점을 분석하였고, 이탈방지 원인을 분석하기 위한 구조해석을 실시하였다. 이를 통하여 탄성받침을 교체하지 않고, 받침의 탄성패드 이탈을 방지하기 위한 경제적인 스토퍼를 개발하고자 재료, 접합방법, 형태, 위치, 형태 등에 대한 여러 가지 모델을 검토하여 최적의 보강공법을 개발하였다. 성능 검증을 위하여 공인시험기관에서 품질시험, 교량받침 스토퍼 모의실험, 현장 시험시공을 수행하였다. 향후 고속도로뿐만 아니라 일반 교량에서 본 연구를 통한 개발공법 보강으로 탄성받침의 이탈에 대한 예방적 유지관리가 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

류마티스관절염 동물모델에서 메토트렉세이트의 STAT3-TH17/STAT5-Treg Axis 조절을 통한 관절염의 치료효과

Objective. Methotrexate is the first-line drug in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) exhibiting higher efficacy and better tolerability than most other DMARDs. To have a better understanding of the anti-arthritic mechanism of methotrexate, we investigated the effect of methotrexate on suppressing the autoimmune inflammatory and destructive arthritis in collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) mice. Methods. The effects of methotrexate on joint inflammation were assessed by clinical scoring and histologic analysis. Levels of cytokines and autoreactive antibodies were analyzed by immunohistochemistry and ELISA. The population of TH17 and Foxp3+ regulatory T (Treg) cells and phosphorylation of their critical transcription activators, STAT3 and STAT5, were examined by fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry, respectively. Results. Treatment with methotrexate significantly alleviated joint inflammation and cartilage destruction in CIA. Serum levels of total immunoglobulins G, G1, G2a specific to type II collagen were also reduced considerably in methotrexate- treated mice. The drug inhibited the expression of proinflammatory cytokines such as IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-17 in arthritic joints ex vivo as well as by splenocytes in vitro. Moreover, methotrexate treatment resulted in reciprocal modulation of TH17 cells and Foxp3+ regulatory T (Treg) cells in spleen tissues, in which TH17 cells were decreased and Treg cells in number were increased. Subsequent analysis of CD4+T cells showed that phosphorylation of STAT3 was decreased whereas phosphorylation of STAT5 was increased in methotrexate-treated mice. Conclusion. Methotrexate treatment effectively suppressed autoimmune arthritis and restored homeostasis of the immune system by reciprocal regulation of TH17 and Treg cells in a mouse model of collagen-induced arthritis.
