        As the use of mobile devices increases, the use of content that require a Peer to Peer(P2P) communication between a recent wireless devices has increased. For the P2P communication, it is necessary search process of the device can be connected. It is important to rapidly discover other devices that can connect to make use of limited contact opportunities. However, discovering across mobile device is a challenging problem due to energy limitations of mobile device, user mobility, and heterogeneous and the time variation of energy budgets across users. Recently, many algorithms are proposed to reduce both the discovery probability of success and the amount of time on discovery latency in executing device discovery. But these works only assume that each device is connected to only single-channel assignment when it finds one of other devices which want to communicate with some device in the area possible to contact, these algorithms have the constraints to apply for real P2P networks. This paper propose the device discovery algorithm by expanding the number of channel form single-channel to multi-channel assignment. In addition, the detailed performance evaluations are presented to demonstrate the efficiency of our proposed algorithm through Simulation.

        In-service education programs are crucial in order to improve and maintain professionalism of directors and teachers at child care centers. This study focused on satisfaction of professionals working with children with in-service education programs. 324 directors and 372 child care teachers responded to a questionnaire asking for their satisfaction with various components of in-serve education programs. Chi-square tests were used to identify differences in the type and location of child care centers that the participants were employed. The main findings showed that professionals working with children at child care centers were mostly satisfied with in-service education programs at moderate levels. Significant differences by types of child care centers and by regions were hardly found.
