Listeria meningitis can occur in the late neonatal setting(after 3 days of age) or in the immunosuppressed adult. Factors in common among the immunosuppressed patients include underlying diseases or therapy that primarily affects the thymus-derived lymphocytes or mononuclear phagocyte system. We experienced two cases of Listeria meningitis in patients with SLE who had been receiving steroid therapy for their primary disease. The organism, Listeria monocytogenes, found in blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).
신규간호사를 대상으로 프리셉터와의 교환관계가 자기효능감, 회복탄력성 및 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

목적 본 연구는 신규간호사를 대상으로 프리셉터와의 교환관계가 자기효능감, 회복탄력성, 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 방법 대상자는 S시 소재 병원의 신규간호사 125명을 대상으로 8주 동안 프리셉터십을 시행한 후 설문조사로 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 t-검정, 일원배치 분산분석, 피어슨 상관계수 분석 및 선형회귀분석을 이용하였다. 결과 신규간호사와 프리셉터의 교환관계는 자기효능감(p=.024) 회복탄력성(p=.003) 직무만족도와(p<.001) 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 신규간호사와 프리셉터와의 관계가 높을수록 자기효능감(B=0.281, p=.024), 회복탄력성(B=0.304, p=.003), 직무만족도(B=0.507, p<.001)가 유의하게 높았다. 결론 본 연구 결과 신규간호사와 프리셉터와의 관계가 높을수록 자기효능감, 회복탄력성, 직무만족도가 높아지므로 프리셉터가 신규간호사에게 교육자 역할 뿐만 아니라 역할모델, 정서적 지지, 상담자의 역할도 담당할 수 있도록 프리셉터 자질 함양교육 및 자기 계발 등의 노력이 필요하다. Objectives This study examined the effects of the exchange relationship with a preceptor on self-efficacy, resilience, and job satisfaction among new nurses. Methods Data were collected from 125 new nurses in a hospital in City S by questionnaire after 8 weeks of preceptor-ship. Data were analyzed using t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, and linear regression analysis. Results The exchange relationship between new nurses and preceptors was statistically significantly correlated with self-efficacy(p=.024), resilience(p=.003), and job satisfaction(p<.001). The higher the relationship between new nurses and preceptors, the higher the self-efficacy (B=0.281, p=.024), resilience (B=0.304, p=.003), and job satisfaction (B=0.507, p<.001). Conclusions The results of this study showed that the higher the relationship between new nurses and their preceptors, the higher their self-efficacy, resilience, and job satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to provide education and self-development for preceptors so that they can play the role of role model, emotional support, and counselor as well as educator to new nurses.
의료 CT 영상으로 얻은 디지털 방사선 이미지와 X-ray 간의 고속 정합을 위한 최적화 방법

TKA is surgery to replace worn and broken knee-joint into artificial joint made by steel or ceramics and etc. Digitally reconstructed radiography from 3D CT data should be extracted in order to be compared with X-ray image of patient. The accuracy of whole process of TKA surgery should be evaluated so that force distribution of body weight can be well defined. And also during surgery, the process should be checked to make sure if the axis of bones are well aligned. This process should be done as short as possible, because time delay may cause failure of whole process. Several optimization methods are compared in order to accomplish rapid registration of 3D CT to 2D x-ray image. In this paper, the applied Powells method will be used for making rapid registration of Medical Image, and the time matter will be analyzed. And also the reduction of error of registration process will be discussed.
슬관절의 3 차원 CT 영상과 2 차원 Xray 영상의 고속 정합에 알맞은 최적화 단계의 설정 방법 연구

Numbers of patients who agree to take ‘Robotic Surgery’ rather than real human doctor is continually increasing. While taking TKA, Total Knee Anthropology, the accurate registration of the tibia bone and femur bone is needed, because the knee joint has to stand for human weight. TKA is surgery for replacing knee joint with the implant knee joint. We suggest the surgery plan should be performed by using radiography with information brought by registration of the CT image and X-ay image. Because of the unique shape of the knee joint, tibia, and femur, we also suggest which similarity metric produce the best result of registration. In order to do that, we also give guideline for using optimization methods for registration of medical images. The optimization methods showed different result which depends on the combination of similarity metric and optimization methods. The research also finds out which and why the combination caused different result.
