        국내 여성복 업체의 환편니트 제품 생산현황 조사

        The goal of this study is to provide basic data on developing circular knit basic pattern for women in their 20’s. Production conditions of circular knit product pattern making among domestic women’s apparel industry was researched, and collected data on sizes and ease amounts from woven and circular knit pattern were compared and analyzed. According to the result of the survey, product measurements adjusted to the actual body size fit for the brand``s image were used, and the common problem among manufacturers and consumers regarding circular knit products turned out to be change in size and form due to stretching. For the basic pattern of circular knit, stretching quality was reflected in the woven basic pattern based on plain stitch(single knit) and then dart was removed and ease amount was reduced. The result of looking into size and ease amount about woven and circular knit torso & sleeve block shows that there is a significant difference among chest circumference, hip circumference, bi-shoulder length, interscye back, interscye front, scye depth, upper arm circumference and wrist circumference, and it was clear that circumference and width on the areas around the wrist tended to fit around the body more when circular knit was used instead of woven fabric.

        여성복 재킷 생산라인의 라인 밸런싱에 관한 연구 -공정편성 효율을 중심으로-

        This study establishes basic data for operations management by organizing processes and measuring time in the mini line for female jackets to improve productivity, ensure competitiveness, and maintain operator competency and the line process flow balance between apparel manufacturing companies. The results of this study are as follows. Sewing operations are divided into preparation functions, arrangement, partial tasks, and assembly that consist of 84 processes. The results from time measurement indicate that 3238.41seconds (sec) were required to produce a single jacket and that the average time required for operators was 231.32 sec. A control limit was established to increase the reliability of the measured value for net time. After outside values were removed, the operation time was measured to be 3176.35 sec. This accounted for 98.08% of the total operation time, with net time decreasing by 62.06. Skill and effort level coefficients were applied to measure the operator performance, the total real time was calculated to be 3415. The requirement for preparation and arrangement operations were 1233.35 sec, and 2182.22 sec for partial tasks and assembly operations. Process separation and organization were performed after the bottleneck operation was selected to identify the maximum line balance . Consequently, process efficiency of preparation and arrangement operations increased from 79.19% to 93.00%, and the partial tasks and assembly operations increased from 62.36% to 90.93%.

        경상북도 문경시 폐탄광 산림복구지 토양의 화학적 특성

        The objectives of this study were to investigate soil chemical properties for forest rehabilitation and suggest design and management in abandoned coal mine areas in Mungyeong, Gyeongsangbuk-do. Total study sites were 10 sites, and soil analysis particular were soil pH, TOC, total-N, C/N ratio, A.v. P₂O5, and CEC. Because most of study sites showed soil pH from 5.0 to 7.0, it seems that soil pH does not affect growth of vegetation. But soil pH in Danbong1 was acidic (pH 4.6), so it is needed to improve with ameliorant such as limestone. Most of study sites is necessary to manage for organic matter and Nitrogen, because there sites showed lower value of TOC and total-N than general forest. The values of A.v. P₂O5 and CEC were good in most of study sites, so it seems that they do not have effect on vegetation growth. All of soil factors has no regression according to elapsed time after rehabilitation. TOC, total-N and A.v. P₂O5 among soil properties have positive relationship between each other. It is necessary to fertilizer for organic matter and Nitroge because of value in TOC, total-N and C/N ratio. The results of this study were analyzed only one time. So, long-term monitoring for soil properties is important for the correct forest rehabilitation and management.
