비트코인이 제안된 후 금융권에 응용하고자 하는 연구는 다양하게 진행되어왔으며 다양한 분야로 그 응용범위가 확장되어왔다. 본 논문에서는 블록체인 기술의 응용범위를 부동산 시장으로 확장하였다. 부동산 시장은 허위 매물로 신뢰도가 높지 않은 문제점이 있었기에 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 블록체인을 응용한 기술을 제안하고자 한다.

2009년 사토시 나카모토라는 필명에 의해 비트코인이 제안된 후, 비트코인의 분산형 거래 장부로 응용되었던 블록체인기술을 다양한 환경에 적용하고자 하는 연구들이 진행되어왔다. 스마트 계약, 투표 및 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 소유권 증명 등이 대표적인 적용 사례로, 한 번 기록된 사실에 대해서는 수정이나 삭제가 불가능하다는 블록체인 기술의 특징을 이용하였다. 또한 관련 사실을 증명하고 데이터의 무결성을 제공하기 위해 블록체인 기술을 적용하였다. 적용된 사례는 주로 공개되어야 하거나 공개되어도 무방한 데이터를 다루는 환경 속에서 이루어졌고, 둘 이상의 관계 속에서 발생된 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 제안되었다는 공통점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 사실을 통해 블록체인 기술은 유사한 환경에서 좋은 대안으로 응용될 수 있다고 주목받아 왔다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 블록체인 기술의 응용 범위를 확장 하고자 실생활에서 겪고 있는 문제 상황인 부동산 시장 서비스를 선정하였다. 부동산 시장 서비스의 경우 현재 앱과 웹 서비스를 통틀어 250여 개가 운영되고 있으나, 허위 매물로 인해 만족도는 높지 않은 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 앞서 적용된 사례와 유사한 패턴이 발견 되는 부동산 시장 서비스에 블록체인 기술을 적용하여 문제 상황에 대한 대응 방안을 제시하고, 향후 시장에서 블록체인의 연구 방향을 고찰하고자 한다. After Bitcoin was proposed by Satoshi Nakamoto in 2009, studies have been carried out to apply the Block Chain technology in various environment, which was applied as a distributed transaction of Bitcoin. Smart contracts, voting and proof of ownership of digital contents are typical applications of Block Chain. They used the feature that it is impossible to modify or delete once recorded facts. They also applied to prove relevant facts and to provide data integrity. The applied cases are mainly made in an environment where the data should or could be open to the public, and they have been proposed as solutions to solve the problems occurred in relations. This fact has led to the attention that Block Chain can be applied as a good alternative in similar circumstances. In this study, real estate market service was selected to expand the application range of Block Chain. Although there are about 250 applications and web services in total, the satisfaction is not high due to false offerings. Thus we propose a countermeasure against the problem by applying the Block Chain to the real estate market service, and investigate the research direction of the Block Chain in the future market.

점토판 BM 85194와 플라톤의 기하적 가정 : 메논 86e-87b

플라톤은 메논과의 대화에서 너무 간결한 기하적 용어를 사용하고 있기 때문에 86e-87b의 해석은 다양하게 전개되어 왔다. 우리는 86e-87b의 해석을 모두 다섯 가지 : “① 주어진 도형, ② 원 내부의 선분, ③ 닮음만큼 모자라는 도형, ④ 잡아 늘인, 그리고 ⑤ 조건의 해석”에 주안점을 두어 제시하려한다. 우리는 기하학의 비전문가인 메논의 수학적 지식을 염두에 두었다. 또한, 플라톤은 소년과의 대화에서 포괄적 지식인 루트2 의 해석적 및 기하적 성질을 알고 있으면서 대화를 주도하였듯이 메논과의 대화에서도 플라톤은 포괄적 지식인 ‘지름의 원주각이 직각’ 또는 보다 일반적으로 ‘중심각은 원주각의 두 배’라는 사실을 알고 대화를 이끌었다고 우리는 추정한다. 이와 같은 추정을 위해서는 플라톤이 ‘지름의 원주각이 직각’이라는 수학적 성질을 인지했을 가능성에 대한 간접적인 증거가 확보되어야한다. 따라서 원주각과 관련이 있는 ‘히스(Heath)의 추측’ 그리고 고대 이집트 및 고 바빌로니아 수학을 기반으로 플라톤의 인지 가능성을 주장하였다. 이와 같은 주장 하에서 메논과의 대화에서 플라톤이 사용한 도형을 제안하였다. The interpretation of 86e-87b has been developed in a wide variety of ways, since Plato used very simple geometric terms in conversation with Meno. We focused on the interpretation of 86e-87b as all five points: ‘① a given figure, ② a line inside a circle, ③ same or similar ④ stretching out, and ⑤ condition’. We have kept in mind the mathematical knowledge of the non-expert of geometry, Meno. Also, we claim that as Plato led dialogue with the understanding of the analytic and geometric property of root 2 as the comprehensive knowledge, in his dialogue with the boy, Plato led the conversation in dialogue with Meno, knowing that the angle in the semicircle is right , or more generally the central angle is double of the angle at the circumference as the comprehensive knowledge. To do this, there should be indirect evidence of the possibility that Plato recognized the mathematical property of the the angle in the semicircle is right . Therefore, we have presented the possibility of Plato s recognition based on Heath s conjecture and the ancient Egyptian and Babylonian mathematics, which are related to the angle of circumference. Under these assertions, we presented a diagram that Plato used in dialogue with Meno.
