Efficient communication in organizations helps adjust members’ mutual activities or improve group cohesiveness to improve members’ will to work, morale and cooperation along with organizational efficiency. The purpose of this study is to investigate factors affecting job satisfaction and organizational commitment of beauty industry workers according to their communication ability with a view to help enhance individual and organization work efficiency. Workers at beauty shops in Seoul and Gyeonggi were surveyed for this research. The SPSS 16.0 was used for data research and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and simple regression analysis were conducted. As a result, beauty industry workers’ communication ability was found to have an effect on their job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This finding indicates that communication ability could positively affect organizational effectiveness improvement. If a desirable environment is laid in the field where the workers can express their opinions positively and a systematic communication program is developed, educated and implemented, beauty industry workers’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment are expected to rise.

With the development of deep learning along with artificial intelligence, ethical problems that abuse it while providing convenience to humans have increased. While the problem of voice phishing intensifies with deep voices synthesized using artificial neural networks, this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between real voices and voices coated with voice synthesis technology to explore factors that can identify voices. As a result of the paper, it was confirmed that the characteristics of the experimenters voice were maintained in certain areas even though they were synthesized as deep voices. Through this area, it was possible to specify the voice before synthesis in the deep voice.

With the development of the internet, networks have been handling a vast amount of sensitive information and data, making network security an essential factor above all else. A static security system consisting only of firewalls has become insufficient to ensure a safe system. Recent research has focused on dynamic network intrusion detection systems that check networks in real-time. Network intrusion detection has evolved into a system that automatically detects problems using artificial intelligence. Although many machine learning and deep learning systems have been developed for this purpose, it is still a field that requires further development. 인터넷 접근성 향상과 스마트폰의 확산으로 디지털 시대가 가속화되면서 패션 산업 또한 디지털 전환을 통해 온라인화되었다. 기업들은 오프라인의 체험적 요소와 온라인의 편리함을 통합한 O2O(Online-to-Offline) 전략을 수립하고 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 반면에 소상공인은 규모가 작아 O2O 서비스를 제공하기 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 소상공인을 위한 온-오프라인 통합 플랫폼 애플리케이션인 ‘On&Off’ 구현에 대해 다룬다. 해당 애플리케이션은 위치 기반 매장 상호작용, 바코드 인식, 다양한 결제 서비스, 매장 채팅 기능을 제공한다. 이를 통해 소상공인들은 온라인으로 쉽게 확장할 수 있고 소비자들에게 O2O 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 소비자들에게는 주변의 매장 상품들을 온라인으로 확인하고 오프라인 매장에 직접 방문하여 제품을 체험해 볼 수 있는 온-오프라인 통합 서비스를 통해 색다른 쇼핑 경험을 제공한다. As the digital age has accelerated due to the improvement of Internet accessibility and the spread of smartphones, the fashion industry has also come online through digital transformation. Companies are establishing online-to-offline (O2O) strategies that integrate offline experiential elements and online convenience. On the other hand, small business owners are small in size, making it difficult to provide O2O services. Therefore, this paper deals with On & Off, an integrated online and offline platform application for small business owners. The application provides location-based store interaction, barcode recognition, various payment services, and store chat functions. Through this, small business owners can easily expand online and provide O2O services to consumers. Consumers provide a different shopping experience through an online and offline integrated service that allows them to check nearby store products online and experience them by visiting offline stores in person.
초등학생의 헤어스타일 변화 원인이 헤어스타일링 추구에 미치는 영향

Children in their early 10s tend to be very conscious about their own images and how they look to others in the face of puberty. This study was conductedwith fifth and six graders to investigate the effect of urges to change their hairstyle on attempts for hairstyles and to provide basic information needed to provide effective hair styling services to early teens. The subjects were recruited from male and female fifth and six graders at the M Elementary School located in Gyeonggi-do. Data were collected from October 20 to October 31, 2014 via a questionnaire. A total of 200 questionnairrs were distributed, and 173 completed questionnaires were analyzed in this study, excluding 27 questionnaires due to insufficient answers. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0. The results of this study are as follows: in the questions asking subjects' preference for hairstyles, subjects' satisfaction level on their hairstyle, particularly their current hair style, was the highest. Thus, they changed their hair style in favor of fresh look. This means that subjects had greater desire to follow trendy hairstyles when they tried harder to be fashionable and to change their mood and reduce stress. The results of the study showed that subjects tended to put more value on their physical appearance when they had stronger desire to keep their hairstyle neat and clean.
마이크로 서비스 아키텍처 설계 및 구축을 위한 가상화 기술별 성능 비교 분석

This paper tested servers implemented with KVM and Docker virtualization technologies in the microservice architecture. The servers implemented on top of each virtualization technology were loaded by creating threads through JMeter. We measured response time and throughput in two cases where the load on the server increases radically for one second and gradually for 30 seconds. We also tested the servers ability to recover from failures by measuring the time that the server reboots if it goes down due to a failure. For radical load tests, Docker performed approximately 1.3x better than KVM and for incremental load tests, Docker performed approximately 1.17x better than KVM. Average restart time measurements showed Docker 5.47 times faster than KVM. Through this paper, we hope to contribute to the choice of virtualization technology to developers who want to introduce micro-service architecture or adopt micro-service architecture.
Duct System 을 이용한 흡음재의 음향특성 연구

In duct-system, it is important to have an efficient method to measuring acoustic properties of absorption materials. The standing wave ratio method is a well-known technique in duct-system for measuring the acoustical characteristics of materials. This method is to find the sound pressure maximum and minimum in duct. In this paper, acoustical characteristics of absorption materials are investigated by using the standing wave ratios measured in duct-system. The results showed that the acoustical characteristics of seven materials depend on its surface roughness, porosity and the frequencies used for the measurements. Above all, absorption coefficients of absorption materials with a great porosity were higher than those of absorption materials with a small porosity. In particular, the air gap between the materials increased very much its absorbing effect at a certain frequency.
