The sequence diversity of mcyA gene involved in synthesis of microcystins was analyzed in Microcystis spp. isolated from the Korean reservoirs and in the environmental samples taken from the Daechung, Chungju, Yongdam, Soyang, and Euam Reservoirs at the cyanobacterial blooming season. It was estimated that the sequences of mcyA gene in the isolated Microcystis spp. were much conserved when compared with those in GenBank database. A few kinds of clones were dominant in the investigated environmental samples, occupying 87 to 100% of total clones. No mcyA sequences originated from Anabaena spp. or Planktothrix spp. was found. These results indicated that microcystins are produced mainly by Microcystis spp. and the sequences of mcyA genes are much conserved in the investigated Korean reservoirs.

제주해협 HFR 자료의 유효 범위 산정과 M₂ 조류 특성 분석

The effective range of surface current data observed by high-frequency radar (HFR) operated in the northern coastal area of Jeju Island by Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology was estimated and the distribution and variability of the M₂ tidal current of the Jeju Strait was analyzed. To evaluate the HFR data, the M₂ tidal current corrected from 25 hours current data observed by the Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Agency (KHOA) was compared with the M₂ tidal current in the Jeju Strait analyzed from the surface currents of HFR. The reliability of HFR data was confirmed by analyzing the characteristics of the tide components of these two data sets, and the effective range of HFR data was estimated through temporal and spatial analysis. The observation periods of HFR used in the analysis were from 2012 to 2014, and it was confirmed that there is a difference in the effective range of HFR data according to the observation time. During the analysis periods, the difference between the M₂ current ellipses from the data of KHOA and the HFR was greater in the eastern than in the western part of the Jeju Strait, and represented a high reliability in the western and central parts of the Jeju Strait. The tidal current of the Jeju Strait analyzed using the HFR data revealed a seasonal variability a relatively weak in summer and a strong in winter, about a 17% fluctuations between the summer and winter based on the length of the semi-major axis of tidal ellipse. Appraisals and results of regarding the characteristics and seasonal variability of the M₂ tidal current in the Jeju Strait using HFR data have not been previously reported, so the results of this study are considered meaningful.

감사표현 집단미술치료가 노년기 부부의 친밀감과 외로움에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of gratitude expression group art therapy on the intimacy and loneliness of older couples. The study subjects were randomly assigned 7 pairs of an experimental group and a waiting group of 14 older couples who indicated their intention to participate among the elder couples who use D welfare center in G metropolitan city. The study took place from July 1 to September 17 in 2019 with a total of 12 gratitude expression group art therapy session conducted including pre- and post-test once a week for 90 minutes per session. The gratitude expression scale, an intimacy scale, and a loneliness scale were used to verify the program s effectiveness. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WINDOW 24.0 program. A t-test was performed to verify the homogeneity of experimental group and atmospheric group, and repeated measures variance analysis was performed to verify the effectiveness. Further, statistical results were supplemented through the analysis for the language and attitude changes per sessions. The study results are summarized as follows: First, in examining the effect of gratitude expression group art therapy on intimacy of older couples, the experimental group showed a statistically significant difference than the waiting group in intimacy. Second, as a result of loneliness of older couples, the experimental group showed statistically significant difference in loneliness compared to the waiting group. 본 연구의 목적은 감사표현 집단미술치료가 노년기 부부의 친밀감과 외로움에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구대상은 G광역시 소재의 D복지관을 이용하는 노인들 중 프로그램에 참여 의사를 밝힌 부부 14쌍을 대상으로 하여 실험집단, 대기집단으로 7쌍으로 무선배치 하였다. 연구기간은 2019년 7월 1일부터 2019년 9월 17일까지 주 1회, 회기 당 90분씩 사전․사후검사를 포함하여 총 12회기 감사표현 집단미술치료를 실시하였다. 연구의 프로그램 효과 검증을 위해 감사표현척도, 친밀감 척도, 외로움 척도를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WINDOW 24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 실험집단과 대기집단의 동질성 검증을 위하여 T검증(t-test)을 실시하였고 효과성을 검증하기 위해 반복측정 변량분석을 실시하였다. 또한 회기별 언어 및 태도변화에 대한 내용을 분석하여 통계결과를 보완하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감사표현 집단미술치료가 노년기 부부의 친밀감에 효과는 어떠한가에 대해 살펴본 결과, 실험집단이 대기집단에 비해 친밀감에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 둘째, 감사표현 집단미술치료가 노년기 부부의 외로움에 미치는 효과는 어떠한가에 대해 살펴본 결과, 실험집단이 대기집단에 비해 외로움에서 감소하는 효과를 가져왔다.

입학사정관제의 합리적 기준에 대한 고등학교 교사들의 인식과 제언:

본 연구는 고등학교 교사들을 대상으로 현 입학사정관제의 합리적 기준에 대한 인식과 제언을 기술하여, 입학사정관제가 학생의 진정한 교육권을 보장하는 선발제도로서 그 역할을 수행하는 데 기여하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 부산지역에 위치한 고등학교 3학년 담당교사 및 부장교사들(총 10명)을 대상으로 인터뷰 하였다. 인터뷰 결과, 교사들은 현재 입학사정관제의 정성적 평가에 대한 불안과 소외가능성을 우려하였다. 그리고 이에 대한 대응으로 공정성과 책무성이 확보된 합리적 기준을 마련할 것을 제언하였다. 먼저, 교사들은 입학사정관제의 정성적 평가가 선발하는 입장에서나 지원하는 입장에서 모두 불안감을 가지게 하며, 이러한 불안은 선발기준의 합리성 부재로 인한 것이며, 이로 인해 특별한 소외를 만드는 통로로서 활용되어질 수 있다고 인식하였다. 다음으로, 교사들은 이러한 불안과 소외로부터의 탈출을 위하여 진실한 데이터와 명확한 공시를 통하여 공정성있는 선발로서 책무성이 확보된 합리적 기준의 마련이 시급함을 제언하였다. This study described the perception and proposal of high school teachers on the rational standard of administration officer system. It has contributed to performance as the selection system for guarantee authentic right of education. To do this, researchers interviewed the 3rd grade teachers or director teachers in high schools located at Busan. The results are summarized as follows. Teachers felt uneasiness about the system and stressed the possibility that the system could function as a mechanism which gives rise to the special alienation. In order to solve this problem, they suggested to established rational standards on fairness and responsibility. Firstly, teachers realized the qualitative assessment of administration officer system create an air of anxiety in every aspect of selector or selectee. In the second place, teachers suggested to make rational standard on responsibility as fairing selector through true data and a definite announcement.

유아기 상징적 놀이에서 나타나는 판타지의 교육적 함의

본 연구에서는 유아기 상징적 놀이에서 나타나는 판타지의 배움과 돌봄의 융합적 특성의 강조를 통해, 유아기 판타지의 교육적 의미를 탐색하고자 하였다. 이는 그 동안 유아교육과정에서 배제되었던 판타지에 대한 관심을 불러일으키는 것으로, 교육학적 논의에서 판타지가 왜 중요한지를 인식하는데 기여하고자 하는데 있다. 이에, 먼저, 판타지의 일반적 특성과 유아기 판타지의 특성을 중심으로 유아기의 판타지가 가지는 창조적 특성을 살펴보았으며, 다음으로, 유아기 판타지의 돌봄과 배움의 융합적 특성을 강조하는 것으로 유아기 판타지의 교육적 의미를 탐색하였다. 이러한 논의들은 무엇보다 유아기 판타지의 교육적 의미에 대한 인식의 폭을 넓힘으로써, 유아교육현장에서의 판타지 교육에 대한 구체적 방안을 모색하는데 기여하게 될 것으로 여긴다. This study investigated in the educational meaning of fantasy in the early childhood imaginative play by emphasizing convergence characteristics of learning and caring in early childhood fantasy. In the meantime, it was excluded from early childhood education courses to arouse interest in fantasy by fantasies pedagogical discussion on why it is important to recognize is to contribute to. Accordingly, first, the general characteristics of fantasy and characteristics of childhood fantasy centered on the nature of childhood fantasy to have seen creative characteristics. Next, the childhood fantasy of the "care", "learning", "convergence" by emphasizing the characteristics of the educational implications of childhood fantasy was browsing. Childhood fantasy of all these discussions about the meaning of education by broadening the width of recognition, early childhood education in the field of education specifically, a fantasy of looking for ways to be considered to contribute to.

This study paid attention to infant imagination. In the meantime, it has stayed on the periphery of knowledge. Thus, infant imagination may need to be re-conceptualized as creative knowledge. In particular, this paper emphasized creative characteristics of infant imagination by using the representational characteristics of Adorno`s Mimesis. Moreover, the infant imagination has been highlighted as a creative knowledge to form a new society. The results of the study were as follows: First, the creative characteristic of infant imagination and Mimesis characteristics was discussed. Next, related with re-conceptualization of the infant imagination, this paper proposed the theoretical ground that why the infant imagination as creative knowledge should be re-conceptualized as educational activities in the early childhood education.
