Dictionary is a system that comes into existence under certain conditions. It is an entirety of some interrelated and interactive external elements. In this entirety, explicit elements are those can be directly cognized by readers, such as style, words collection, entry set-up, definitions, while implicit elements are those can not be directly erceived, such as philosophy and purpose of codification. It is the latter that plays the dominant role, controlling and guiding the former. In turn, the explicit elements implement and indicate the principle of implicit elements. All the explicit elements can be codified into the dictionary system. Generally, the main part of dictionary consists of three sub-systems, i.e. words and phrases system, words association system as well as definitions.

The boom that Chinese teaching is experiencing all over the world needs to be supported by corresponding Chinese teaching materials. However, we find it quite common those within non-target language context are flawed. First, Most Chinese teaching materials are published for general purpose in Mainland China, which are only applicable to domestic Chinese teaching. However, when they are transferred to be applied in foreign countries, the language context for learners has changed along with the disappearance of previous applicable environment for teaching materials. ‘Time has changed’ as Chinese teaching materials become ‘endemic’. Second, due to insufficient basic and theoretical research as well as corresponding supportive syllabus, there are quite a few problems in aspects such as types, depth and series of Chinese teaching materials compiled by different countries. Nevertheless, distinctive Chinese teaching material can only be found in few countries including Singapore. This article discusses the theoretical basis, necessity and feasibility for nationalization of Chinese teaching materials under non-target language context from two perspectives—instrumental and social cultural. It points out that Chinese teaching under non-target language context is different from domestic Chinese teaching characterized by Chinese rich culture. It should be aligned with place, time and people, together with consideration of non-target cultural and living environment to nationalize Chinese teaching materials so as to enhance their pertinence and affinity. It is believed in this article that nationalized Chinese teaching materials can not be compiled without some early groundwork, for instance, to design a syllabus, to compare between language elements, to study international teaching for English and French and learn experiences from their success, and to collate relevant materials to cater for various learning objectives and interests. Inaddition, nationalized Chinese teaching materials should be focused on cultural integrity, practicability and enjoyment as well as their standardized and systematic features.

語文詞典因注重幇助理解或注重幇助使用而被分爲解碼詞典和編碼詞典。前者從使用者的需求出發, 注重詞語的正確運用, 幷提供各種相關信息; 後者則以學科爲中心, 注重闡明意思幇助理解, 僅提供詞語基本信息。編碼和解碼不僅代表著詞典的類型, 也反映了服務意識和編纂理念的變化。漢語語文詞典近些年雖開始注重調整條目結構、增加相關信息, 但仍不是眞正意義上的編碼詞典。因此, 需要在厘淸現代編碼詞典基本特點的基礎上討論漢語編碼詞典的編纂。

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship and relative influence among parents attachment, peer attachment, and depression of students with intellectual disabilities. The participants were 61 middle school students with intellectual disabilities in three cities, Busan, Ulsan, & Gyeongnam province. The collected data were analyzed by using the t-test, one way ANOVA, and multiple regression analyses. The results were as follows. First, there was significant difference in the level of peer communication according to the class types and middle school grades. And there was a statistically significant difference in the level of somatic symptoms according to the class types. Second, Pearson``s correlation coefficient was conducted in order to know the relation between parent and peer attachment of students with intellectual disabilities and depression. The result showed that the relation between parent and peer attachment of students with disabilities and depression was negatively correlated. Especially, the relation between mother attachment and depression showed strong negative correlation. Third, mother attachment had a meaningful effect on the level of depression. But father attachment and peer attachment wasn``t meaningful effect factor.

Lonicera caerulea L. var. edulis Turcz et Herd. with great nutrient and commercial edible value, is a kind of wild berry resource in regions of Changbai Moutains, China. Systematic cultivation technology for its large-scale production is developed and formation of cultivated land with area of 150 hectares is established. With high-yield technology, the production yield can be increased by twice. Systematic cultivation technology and establishment of technology demonstration garden lay the foundation for construction of production base and large-scale production of Lonicera caerulea L. var. edulis Turcz et Herd.
