In this paper a new adaptive control algorithm is derived, with the unknown manipulator and payload parameters being estimated online. In pratice, we may simplify the algorithm by not explicitly all unknown parameters. Futher, the controller must be robust to residual time - varying disturbance, such as stiction or torque ripple. Also, the reference model is a simple double integrator and the acceleration input for robot manipulator consists of a proportion and derivative controller for trajectory tracking purposes. The validity of this control is confirmed in simulation where two - link robot manipulator shows the robust performances in spite of the existing nonlinear interaction and unknown parameter changes.

The reference model is a simple double integrator, and the acceleration input for robot manipulator consist of a proportional and derivative controller for trajectory tracking purposes. The control algorithm is made by Lyapunov stability theory instead of S.S˙ < 0, as is usual in the current VSS controller. The simulation was performed to evaluate the performance of the proposed the VSMFC.

The computerization works and environment have been changed from simple transaction and data process request to system connection request, from data computerization to application work automation and process computerization through IT development and Internet spread. Recently, BPM(Business Process Management) concept has been widely propagated. It is expanding interest of business subject. Korea Railroad is operating train operation management system through 5 regional headquarters and organizations under the influence of each regional headquarter. But integrated operation and management of communication each department, work flow management and resources of depot equipment and materials have to need a lot of effort and time in huge organization as Korea Railroad. Therefore, this article realized Web Based BPM Group Ware. This article will define Korea Railroad organization and business process in using this Group Ware. And it will introduce Korea Railroad computer manage system of this Group Ware and efficient Korea Railroad Business Process through modeling and operating department work and resources management in Korea Railroad.

Railway is an important transportation tool for nation"s industrial development and public daily life. These days the concern about railway has remarkably been rising due to the April 2004 opening of KTX, Korea High Speed Rail, together with Trans-Continental Railways linking North Korea, China, Russia, through European countries. In the meantime, the issues of train safety and efficiency, arising from the different on-board signaling systems installed on different kinds of trains, have been raised incessantly. In this paper CTCS(Continental Train Control System) is suggested, which can accommodate such various signaling functions as ATP, ATC, ATS, etc. into one single type of on-board signaling system and operate without changing ground signaling systems on the junctions of the Trans-Continental Railways. The development of this CTCS would cause speed-up of exiting lines and possession of railway core solutions for establishing Northeast Asia logistics center bases, which could be an important cornerstone for domestic railway improvements and Korea"s role of Northeast Hub.
