Packed-bed column에서 산림부식질의 중금속 흡착 특성

This experiment investigates the adsorption characteristic of heavy metals by humic substances of Forest soil in a packed bed column. Forest humic substances contain various components such as carboxyl group, phenol group which provide active sites for heavy metal binding. Humic substances of high cation exchange capacity have been utilized for removing metal ions. The analysis of chemical structure of humic substances was investigaed by FT-IR and CP/MAS Carbon-13 NMR Spectrometer at last year. Adsorption experiments of heavy metal cation by humic substances was conducted to the optimum adsorption condition. The adsorption isotherms for Cu, Zn, Cd, Cr conformed to Langmuir's equation. In the packed bed column, the adsorption ratios of Cu, Zn, Cd, Cr on the humic substances were more than 90%. There were no significant differences between the adsorption ratio and the species of humic substances. With increasing retention time, the removal efficiency of heavy metal ions were not changed greatly. The adsorption ratio of the heavy metal ions were considerably greater for the packed bed reactor than for the stirred reactor. The stirred and column methods give similar result for the adsorption characteristics of heavy metal ion in humic substances.

The radiation of 182Ta has been studied with a double focusing beta-ray spectrometer which has a resolving power of 0.68 percent for internal conversion electron energy of 624.14 keV emitted from standard source, 131Cs. 182Ta has the encl point energies of 255.92 keV, 286.75 keV, 329.17 keV, 368.21 keV, 436.80 keV, 471.19 keV, 518.86 keV, 550.45 keV, 585.10 keV, 1482.62 keV, 1711.02 keV, and 1818.04 keV. Gamma-ray energies of 59.2 keV, 67.8 key, 54.9 keV, 100.1 keV, 113.8 keV, 116.1 keV, 152.8 keV, 156.4 keV, 179.5 keV, 198.2 keV, 222.7 keV, 229.4 keV, 264.2 keV, 927.4 keV, 959,7kev, 1001.5 keV, 1044.3keV, 1113.4keV, 1121,2keV, 1157.4keV, 1181.3keV, 1189.2keV, 1221.5keV, 1231.4keV, 1257.5keV, 1273.8keV, 1289.1keV, 1342.4keV and 1373.7keV were detected by Ge (Li) detecter.
인성관련 그림책을 활용한 역할놀이 활동이 유아의 정서지능 및 또래 유능성에 미치는 영향

첫째, 인성관련 그림책을 활용한 역할놀이 활동을 실시한 실험집단과 이야기나누기 활동을 실시한 비교집단의 정서지능은 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 실험집단 유아들은 정서지능의 하위요인인 자기인식능력, 자기조절능력, 타인인식능력, 타인조절능력이 모두 향상 되었다. 이는 인성관련 그림책을 활용한 역할놀이 활동이 유아의 정서지능에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 또래 유능성에 대한 영향을 살펴보면 실험집단이 비교집단보다 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 또래 유능성의 하위요인인 사교성, 친사회성, 주도성이 모두 증진되었다. 이를 통해 인성관련 그림책을 활용한 역할놀이 활동이 유아의 또래 유능성을 향상시켰음을 확인하였다. 이러한 본 연구 결과는 인성관련 그림책을 활용한 역할놀이 활동이 유아의 정서지능 및 또래 유능성을 증진시키는 데 효과적인 교육활동임을 시사한다.
백색부후균인 Phanerochaete chrysosporium에 의한 리그닌 모델 화합물 분해

The degradation products were extracted with ethyl acetate and identified by NMR and GC-MS to elucidate degradation pathways of the lignin substructure model compounds. All degradation products were identified by GC-MS in comparison with mass spectra of synthetic authentic compounds. The results are classified to the cleavage of side chain and aromatic ring opening of the compounds. We found that lignin peroxidase of P. chrysosporium also catalyzes one electron oxidation of non-phenolic compounds in the initial degradation of lignin substructure model compounds. Lignin peroxidase catalyzes one electron oxidation of aromatic rings of non-phenolic aromatic compounds to give unstable cation radical which undergo spontaneous transformation. The Cα-Cβ 13 bond of the propyl side chain is homolytically cleaved via an aryl cation radical of the substrate to give benzyl cation, and guaiacoxyethyl radical which is attacked by dioxygen to form an unstable hemiketal. The O-Cβ bond of hemiketal is subsequently cleaved to give vanillin and benzaldehyde. The aromatic ring opening products were also identified as lignin peroxidase degradation products of β-O-4 model compound.

Study was made for the work study application in industry by sampling one thousand manufacturing companies. Small and medium industries are far behind in systematic application of the work study technique. Large industries are gradually introducing the work study technique systematically in line with the nation-wide quality control movement. Major sessions that the industries feel important in IE curriculum were QC, Work study and Cost accounting followed by the Organization theory, Industrial psychology, and Labor relations. Most of the industries were still less aware of the sophisticated fields such as OR, SE and Simulation. They put more emphasis on QC and TQC and as a result, work study should be closely bounded to TQC in order to systemize the work study application in the future.
국산 신문지고지로 부터 고품질 재생펄프의 제조가능성에 관한 연구

In order to facilitate deinking and to obtain an improved brightness of the deinked stock, soaking tower systems was performed on korean old newspaper. In soaking system, alkaline hydrogen peoxide as a bleaching chemical was used. The test results with soaking tower systems showed a sharp increase in deinkability. This good deinkability mainly depended on soaking time and deinking chemicals. In soaking system, good brightness response on KONP was obtained with up to 1% peroxide applied, however, increasing the application level further gave only incremental improvement. Soaking time must be longer than 4 hours to obtain the sufficient effect, and 8 hours of soaking is of no practical value.
