Recently, in proportion to increased demand on environmentally-friendly heat source, efficient management of district heating(DH) system becomes one of important issue. The objectives of this paper are to systematize data processing of transition temperature, investigate the effect of temperature variations on thermal fatigue and find out a way to improve design features of Korean DH pipes. For this purpose, reliable fatigue life evaluation procedures are examined and applied to quantify thermal fatigue lives. Also, as a prototypal optimization analysis results, mean value of original cross sectional area of selected pipes was reduced 18.6% sustaining their sufficient margins against fatigue failure. So, it is anticipated that the output of this research can be used as useful information of optimal design and operation in the future.

본 연구의 목적은 구성주의 교육 실천과정에서 교사는 어떠한 교육적 고민을 경험하며 이러한 경험을 통해 교사가 구성한 구성주의 교육의 의미는 무엇인지를 탐색하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 2020년 2월부터 11월에 걸쳐 이루어진 자기연구로 자기기록, 비판적 동료와의 상호작용 및 전문가 조언, 유치원 과학수업연구 과제, 비디오 녹화, 사진 및 녹음, 관찰기록 등을 자료로 수집하였다. 연구결과 구성주의 교육 실천과정에서 드러난 교사의 교육적 고민은 충분한 시간의 기준 세우기, 관심과 흥미를 낯설게 보기, 물리적 환경을 함께 만들어가기, 몰입으로 이끌기로 나타났다. 이러한 경험을 통하여 교사는 구성주의 교육의 의미를 놀이를 통한 배움에 대한 믿음 가지기, 평형과 불평형의 반복 즐기기, 관계 형성으로부터 시작하기, 반복되는 경험을 통해 알아가기로 구성하였다. 이러한 결과는 구성주의 교육에 대한 이해와 실천에 어려움을 호소하는 현장의 교사들에게 실제적인 도움을 제공한다는 데에 의의가 있다. This study is to explore what kind of pedagogical thoughtfulness a teacher will experience in the process of practicing constructivist education as well as the meaning of constructivist education formed by a teacher through such experience. As a self-study conducted from February to November 2020, this study collected self-records, interaction with critical colleagues and expert advice, research subject of science class, video recording, photographs and recordings and record of observation as data. As a result of study, the experience of a teacher in practicing constructivism education could be categorized as setting enough time standard, considering interests from a new angle, creating the physical environments with children, and leading to immersion. Through this experience, a teacher understood constructivist education as having belief about learning through play, enjoying the repetition of balance and imbalance, starting with relationship formation, and building knowledge based on steady experience. This result has significance in that it provides practical help to teachers in the field who complain difficulties for understanding and practicing constructivist education.

목적: 인공수정체 혼탁으로 오인된 지연 낭폐쇄증후군 1예에 대한 진단 및 치료경험을 보고하고자 한다. 증례요약: 59세 남자가 1년 전부터 진행된 우안 시력저하를 주소로 내원하였다. 고혈압 외에는 특이병력이 없었으며, 10년 전 타 병원에서 양안 백내장수술을 받았다. 안과 개인의원에서 우안 인공수정체 변성으로 인한 혼탁으로 진단받고 인공수정체 교체를 위해 본원으로 전원되었다. 내원 당시 나안시력은 0.06이며, 안압은 22 mmHg, 굴절력은 인공수정체 부위의 혼탁 때문에 측정되지 않았다. 세극등현미경검사에서는 인공수정체의 부위가 우유빛 변성으로 관찰되었다. 전안부 빛간섭광학단층촬영에서 인공수정체 뒤쪽 고반사 물질의 저류가 관찰되었고, 초음파생체현미경검사에서는 수정체 후낭의 팽창이 확인되었다. Neodymium-doped yttrium aluminium garnet (Nd:YAG) 레이저 후낭절개술을 시행한 후 합병증 발생 없이 나안시력이 1.0으로 호전되었다. 결론: 낭폐쇄증후군은 백내장수술 후 1일에서 2주 사이에 드물게 발생하는 합병증인데, 술 후 10년이 지나서도 발생하는 지연 낭폐쇄증후군은 전형적인 임상양상과 달리 나타나기에 인공수정체의 변성으로 인한 혼탁과 감별이 매우 중요하다. Purpose: We report a case of late-onset capsular block syndrome, which resulted in a misdiagnosis of intraocular lens (IOL)opacity. Case summary: A 59-year-old man visited our clinic with reduced visual acuity in the right eye from 1 year prior. He had undergone uncomplicated bilateral cataract surgery by phacoemulsification with IOL implants at another hospital 10 years before. There was no specific history with the exception of hypertension. After being diagnosed in the ophthalmology clinic with IOL degeneration and opacity in the right eye, he was referred to our hospital for IOL replacement. Upon examination, his right uncorrected visual acuity was 0.06 and intraocular pressure was 22 mmHg. The refractive error could not be checked due to IOL opacity. Slit-lamp microscopy revealed a cloudy, milky IOL. Anterior-segment optical coherence tomography of the right eye showed retention of a highly reflective material in the lens capsule behind the IOL. Posterior capsule enlargement of the right eye was confirmed on ultrasound biomicroscopy. After neodymium-doped yttrium aluminium garnet (Nd:YAG) laser capsulotomy was performed, the homogeneous space disappeared and the eye recovered normal visual acuity. Conclusions: Capsular block syndrome is a rare complication that can occur shortly (1 day to 2 days) after cataract surgery. Late-onset capsular block syndrome, which occurs 10 years after surgery differs from typical clinical manifestations. Thus, capsular block syndrome is an important consideration upon the presentation of opacification due to IOL degeneration.

This study examined the matrix of communication theories identified from three major communication journals of two different countries during the period of 1995-2004. A network analysis was employed to describe the structure of interrelationships among the theories. A mainstream large cluster including many theories was identified in every network examined in the study. The existence of relatively cohesive theory cluster implies that the argument of theory fragmentation may not be the case in the field of communication studies. The highest network density was observed among JOC theories.

In general, major components of nuclear power plant have been evaluated based on 2-dimensional design codes conservatively. However, more exact assessment is necessary for continued operation beyond the design life. In this paper, 3-dimensional stress and fatigue analyses reflecting full geometry and monitored operating condition of reactor pressure vessel have been carried out. The analyses results showed that conservatism of current 2-dimensional evaluation based on design transient. Therefore, it is anticipated that the schemes developed from this research such as 3-dimensional finite element modeling, stress analysis and fatigue analysis related techniques can be utilized as fundamental tools for exact lifetime evaluation and license renewal of major nuclear components.
심폐소생술 융합교육을 위한 메타버스 콘텐츠 개발 및 효과 검증 -예비교사를 중심으로-

This study aimed to evaluate the effects of metaverse-based cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) contents on the learning motivation, learning immersion, CPR performance confidence, and CPR performance ability of pre-service teachers. The study used a single-group pre-post design, and a total of 35 pre-service teachers participated from August 29 to September 28, 2022. Learning motivation, learning immersion, CPR performance confidence, and CPR performance ability were measured using structured questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 25.0. After participating in the Metaverse CPR content education, there were statistically significant differences in the pre- and post-test scores for learning motivation (t=-5.83, p<.001), learning immersion (t=-6.08, p<.001), CPR performance confidence (t=-8.07, p<.001), and CPR performance ability (t=-5.33, p<.001). The results of this study indicate that metaverse-based CPR content education is necessary to improve the learning motivation, learning immersion, CPR performance confidence, and CPR performance ability of pre-service teachers.
