Deposition rates for TiN films starting from the mixture of TiCl₄/N₂/H₂/Ar in PECVD(Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) reactor were simulated with 1-dimensional radial dispersion model and these results were compared with the experimental results. Plasma dissociative reaction parameters were expressive of a function of R.F. power only, and TiN deposition rates on Si wafer were estimated by assuming a Langmuir-Hinshelwood-Hougen-Watson(L.H.H.W.) mechanism. In considering the reaction mechanisms, surface reactions starting from TiCl₃ or TiCl₂ were evaluated, respectively. Calculated TiN deposition rates agreed with the experimental results for the changes of temperature, and low range R.F. power, but some discrepancy was found for the changes of H₂/N₂ ratio and high range R.F. power.

Today, as a core industry of high value added contents, the field of game received great influences as a complex cultural technical industry of multimedia and such. Users of Mobile Web2.0 will now choose the well-made contents and this has become stronger in relation to the technical advancements of mobile platforms such as the Wibro and HSDPA. Accordingly since the year 2006, the Korea Game Industry Agency has begun a public subscription for functional games to elevate the necessity of changes in social recognition for edu-games. Although the current investment effects of edu-games are being valued relatively low in comparison to the scale, outcome and the transparency of the game industry, the created effects of the value added is very high when compared to other industries. The purpose of this study is placed in the political propositions for the edu-game investments necessary in the quality expansions of edu-game contents.

A judgment on the redevelopment projects' predicted profitability is an essential decision-making element for the success of the redevelopment projects. It is necessary to review the literature on profitability of redevelopment project and draw risk factors that could affect profitability through the risk analysis based on surveys. It is also necessary to judge profitability prediction toward the business value of the redevelopment project in the planning phase according to the risk analysis results which can affect the profitability prediction. In order to prevent the growing difficulties in executing the projects, a profitability prediction model is proposed using the method of management and disposal based on a proportional calculation that can estimate the share of expenses in order to judge profitability in the planning phase. With the improvement of profitability prediction models, it is possible to appropriately judge profitability in the planning phase in order to allow the prevention of suspension, reduction of project term, reduction of cost, and making of rational decisions.

The trend toward more welfare living because of more leisure time has influenced the popularity of the community facilities in apartment housing. According to the residents' increasing interests for well-being life the changes and developments of the community facilities have been required in these days. The purpose of this research is to study these required changes and developments by analyzing the resident's using behavior of community facilities in apartment housing focusing on the educational and cultural facilities. For this purpose, this research intends to examine the existing conditions and problems of educational and cultural community facilities in apartment housing and to analyze the residents' using patterns such as frequency, preference and satisfaction and to comprehend the additional needs and requirements of the residents. The conclusions and suggestions of this research can be a basic data for the architects to design a resident-oriented educational and cultural community facilities.

This paper overviews the contemporary American scholarship on the relations between law and literature. Along he way, it will try to evaluate the success the particular efforts within the enterprise, with a broader goal in mind: seeking the feasibility of making a better society through the concerted actions of the diverse intellectual sections. Crudely divided, the enterprise has two parts, law in literature and law as literature. The first part involves the appearance of legal themes or the depiction of legal actors or processes in literary works. The second part, somewhat more amorphous, involves parsing such legal texts as statues, constitutions, judicial opinions, and certain classic scholarly treaties as if they were literary works. Originally having started with a pastime, fun-oriented in approach, since mid 1980s`, the gravity of the enterprise has shifted to a more serious as approach. The (re)emergence of this enterprise since 1970s` is largely attributable to the changes in the American academism including the reign of the law & economy enterprise in American law schools. Although a multitude of the intellectuals, both from literary and legal circles, have joined in this movement, the contribution of the two leading figures, James B. White and Richard Weisberg, have been unproportionately conspicuous.

Phytochemical examination of the leaves of Alnus maximowiczii Call, one of the indigenous Alnus species grows in Korea, has led to the isolation of three flavonoids. Structure of these flavonoids were elucidated as quercetin-3-0-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), quercetin-3-0-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside (2) and myricetin-3-0-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside (3) respectively by means of physico-chemical and spectral evidences.

베트남 서남부 짬 족의 이슬람

Islam in southwestern Vietnam was spread by Cham Ethnic, which is one of 54 races in Vietnam. Geographically, Vietnam is located in the intersecting points between western, eastern, northeastern and southeastern cultures. For the Cham race`s origin in Vietnam, there are many theories. According to the Cham race`s distinctive features, they originated from Indonesia, basically. Based on this origin, western and northern Indian elements were also racially intermixed in this culture, together with a Mongolian cultural influence. According to the historical records, the Chiem Thanh Kingdom, originating from the Lam Ap Kingdom, formed in A.D 192, was once called the Hoan Vuong Kingdom. It appeared after the 9 century, in the middle part of Vietnam. This kingdom underwent a lot of changes and struggles against the Chan Lap Kingdom (Cambodia), the Vietnamese Ly Dynasty and the Le Dynasty. Finally, Chiem Thanh was setback to southeastern Vietnam by the southern expansion policy of the Vietnamese Dynasty. Thus, we need to study Cham ethnic in order to understand Islam in Vietnam. In Vietnam, Islam is not popular because Islamic doctrines are not easily accepted by Vietnamese, who are greatly influenced by Confucianism, stemming from Chinese colonial rule during the 11 century. In addition, the Cham ethnic group is a minority group. Furthermore, the Vietnamese Government will not allow religious freedom and free contact with Islamic countries, after communization of Vietnam on Apr. 30, 1975. Islam in Vietnam is a little bit different from other Islamic countries, which were influenced by frequent political changes and existing traditional Vietnamese culture. In the future, Islamic religious influence in Vietnam will probably not be strong, unless Islam manages to break down Confucianism barriers, Cham ethnic`s limitation, and other cultural obstacles.
