Agaricus bisporus is an important edible mushroom that is used as a functional food. In this study, European A. bisporus strains were analyzed for genetic diversity, population structure, and genetic differentiation using simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers. European A. bisporus strains were divided into four groups by distance-based analysis and two subpopulations by model-based analysis. The SSR markers used in this study did not group European A. bisporus strains by geographical region or pileus color. Genetic diversity was high in Group 4 based on distance-based analysis and Pop. 2 based on model-based analysis. A. bisporus strains showed very low genetic differentiation. The results of this study can be used for breeding A. bisporus in the future.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the food allergy-related knowledge, awareness, and performance of dietitians at children's hospitals, depending on whether or not they have a clinical dietitian certificate. Methods: A questionnaire survey was administered to 41 dieticians at children's hospitals registered as a part of the Korean Hospital Association. The survey consisted of questionnaires examining general characteristics, nutritional counseling-related characteristics, and food allergyrelated characteristics (food allergy-related knowledge, awareness, and performance). We examined differences according to the status of clinical dietitian certification. Results: The proportion of subjects who were holders of clinical dietitian certificates was 48.8%. There were differences between holders of clinical dietitian certificates and nonholders as follows. Regarding nutritional awareness and performance, ‘needs to provide nutrition counseling in children's hospitals’, ‘providing nutrition counseling services in working hospitals’, and ‘whether there is a nutrition counseling room’ scored higher among holders of clinical dietitian certificates than non-holders. Holders of clinical dietitian certificates showed higher scores for knowledge of food allergy symptoms and food allergy management than non-holders. For food allergy awareness and performance, ‘self-assessment of food allergy knowledge understanding level’, ‘awareness of open oral food challenge (OFC)’, ‘recognition of the need for education and counseling on food allergy for patients / guardians’, and ‘food allergy related educational experience’ scored higher among holders of clinical dietitians certificates than in non-holders. Conclusions: Children's hospital dietitians with a clinical dietitian certificate showed high knowledge, awareness, and performance related to food allergies. It is thus necessary to employ a clinical dietitian for food allergy management in children's hospitals. In addition, training and conservative education are necessary for the management of food allergies for children's hospital dietitians.

Genetic polymorphisms in the serotonin receptor type 3B gene (HTR3B) and the clinical response to ondansetron in Koreans

We performed a pharmacogenetic study to analyse the correlation between the clinical responses to ondansetron during a 24-h postoperative period and two single nucleotide polymorphisms (-100_-102delAAG and ins/delCA) in the serotonin receptor type 3B gene (HTR3B) in 280 Korean patients with tonsillectomy (TS, n=108) or surgery because of gynaecological problems (GY, n=172). The effect of CA/CA homogyzous variant of the ins/delCA allele on lowering the prevention of postoperative vomiting was significant,particularly during the initial 2 h postoperative period (P=0.034) and in the GY group (P=0.013for complete response and P=0.009 for prevention of vomiting). However, we failed to detect a significant effect of genotypes for the -100_-102delAAG allele during our observation period. Our results suggest that ins/delCA polymorphism in the HTR3B may have clinical relevance to the expected clinical response to prevent postoperative vomiting in patients treated with ondansetron.

벤처캐피탈 투자에 따른 코스닥 상장기업의 상장실적 및 경영성과 분석

본 연구는 2011년부터 2020년까지 코스닥 신규상장 기업 467곳을 대상으로 하여 상장 전 벤처투자를 유치한 경험이 있는 기업(VI)과 유치 경험이 없는 기업(NVI)으로 구분한 후, 상장실적과 상장 후 성장성을 종속변수로 설정하여 차이가 존재하는지를 실증분석하였다. 기술통계량, 평균차이분석, 그리고 다중회귀분석을 수행하였고, 독립변수로는 VC투자, 상장 시 기업의 업력, 기업의 업종, 기업 소재지역, 창투사의 규모 및 업력, 창투사의 전문성, 투자기업과의 적합도를 나타내는 지표를 활용하였다. 분석 결과 VC 투자를 받은 기업의 상장실적과 상장 후 성장성이 더 우수함을 통계적 유의성에 근거하여 제한적으로 관찰하였다. VC 투자의 경우 주로 상장 소요기간에 대해 부(-)의 영향을, 매출액 증가율에 대해 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. VC 투자금액의 경우에는 상장소요기간에 부(-)의 효과를, IPO시 시가총액에 정(+)의 효과를 미치며, 성장성 지표 중에서는 기업의 실질적 경영지표 중 하나인 매출액 증가율에 대하여 정(+)의 영향을 나타내었다. 한편, 본 연구는 분석대상 기업의 업종이 연구개발 특수업종에 해당하는 경우, 상장 이후 성장성에 제한적이지만 유의한 정(+)의 효과를 확인하였다. 또한 기업 업력이 시가총액 증가율에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 일부 연도에서 확인하였는데, 이는 장기적이고 안정적인 경영능력을 보이는 경우 단기에 급속한 성장을 나타낼 때보다 시장에서 더 높은 시가총액을 달성할 수 있게 됨을 의미한다. 추가로 앵커창투사의 특성변수들에 대해서도 투자기업의 상장실적 및 상장 후 성장성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았는데, 앵커창투사의 전문성 수준이 높으면 IPO 시점에서 더욱 높은 시가총액을 인정받는 것으로 나타났으나 그 외 다른 특성변수들에서는 통계적 유의성이 매우 국소적으로만 나타났다. 기존 선행연구와의 차별점은 지금까지도 코로나19에 의한 팬데믹 사태가 기업환경에 중대한 영향을 미치는 상황 속에서 우리나라 벤처캐피탈 생태계를 면밀하게 재검토하고자 하였고, 보다 효과적인 변수들을 도입하여 기업의 업종 영향을 살펴보는 등 특례상장과 같은 관련된 정책의 타당성 평가를 간접적으로나마 시도하였다는 점이다. 즉, 단순히 투자여부를 살펴보는 것에 더하여 VC 투자금액 또한 변수로 활용함으로써, 해당 금액의 수준에 따른 영향 또한 실증분석하였다. 본 논문은 이러한 탐색적 분석결과에 기반하여 기술특례상장제도 또는 벤처생태계로의 자금투입과 같은 정책들이 효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 그러나 최근 기술 발전 속도가 급격하게 증가하는 추세를 고려할 때 성장 동력을 충분히 가진 기업이 규제 또는 여론의 관성 등에 의해 성장성을 잃지 않도록 관련 제도를 신속하게 정비해야 하고, 지역 발전에 있어 업종을 특화할 수 있도록 도와주어야 하며, 회수시장 역시 보다 성장할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 한계는 데이터가 충분히 확보되지 않아 가설 검정을 10% 유의수준 하에서 수행하고 결과를 해석하였으며, 회귀모형 분석 시 상대적으로 낮은 수준의 수정된 결정계수 값이 보고되었다는 점이다. 각 변수의 효과성을 통계적으로 확인하려는 본 논문의 시도에 기반하여, 추가적인 후속 연구에서는 모형 등을 보완해 나가길 기대한다.

비판적 공간연구와 사회적 가치 논의의 만남 : 공간적 역량 개념을 매개로

본 논문은 사회적 가치, 사회혁신 개념에 대한 공간적 탐색이다. 사회적 가치 논의에서 다소 소홀히 다루어진 공간/장소적 측면을 이론적으로 고찰하고 기존의 비판적 공간연구 논의를 사회적 가치, 사회혁신 개념과 연결시키는 것이다. 그 연결고리를 위해, 이 연구는 장소 만들기와 공간 이용에서 가용적 기회와 자유를 뜻하는 ‘공간적 역량(spatial capability)’ 개념을 제안한다. 그리하여 본 논문은 사회적 가치와 비판적 공간연구가 공통적으로 가지는 궁극적인 목적이 공간적 역량 강화임을 밝힘과 동시에 사회적 가치, 사회혁신을 공간 이론화하여 정치성과 지역성을 살리고자 한다. 공간적 역량은 다음 세 가지 분야의 역량을 뜻한다. 첫째, 장소 만들기에 참여할 수 있는 역량, 둘째, 거주, 노동, 휴식을 위해 공간을 이용할 수 있는 역량, 셋째, 공간을 가로지르면서 이동할 수 있는 역량이다. 사회적 가치와 공간적 역량 개념은 비판적 공간연구의 지향점을 밝혀주고 개혁 방법의 유연함과 창조성을 가져다줄 것이다. This study is a conceptual approach to the spatial aspect of social value that is lacking in previous studies. It reinterprets existing critical geography and urban studies on space to link them to discussions on social value. This research helps clarify the approaches in critical geography and urban studies so that they ultimately pursue and develop social value in spatial capability. To that aim, the concept of social value in spatial capability is suggested in three areas including place-making, the use of places, and mobilities. The intertwinement of social value and spatial capability refocuses the intent of critical geography to suggest flexible and creative innovations for social change.

영상 플랫폼 융합형 신체활동 프로그램 참여가 부모의 놀이참여태도 및 유아의 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향

This study conducted a Video platform Convergence Physical activity Program for 8 weeks using ZOOM(Video platform) to improve health and physical activity for Early Childhood and their families due to increased social distancing and untact activity, and the conclusion is as follows. First, the attitude of parents who participated in the Video platform Convergence Physical activity Program to participate in play was improved. Among the sub-factors of parental play participation attitude, it was found that there was a statistically significant effect in sensitive play, reactive play, and enjoyable play. Second, the resilience of Early Childhood who participated in Video platform Convergence Physical activity Program was improved. Among the sub-factors of Early Childhood resilience, it was found that there was a statistically significant effect in self-efficacy, empathy, problem-solving, active challenge, emotional control, impulse control, and optimism. Taken together, these results are believed to be used as basic data for the development of programs to actively support Early Childhood parents' play and improve the health of Early Childhood in a situation where untact online activities due to COVID-19 continue. 본 연구는 코로나19로 인하여 장기화 되는 사회적거리두기 속 외부 활동이 줄어들고, 비대면 활동이 증가하는 등 건강과 신체활동에 제약을 받고 있는 유아와 그 가족의 건강 및 신체활동 증진에 대한 사회적관심이 높아지면서 시작되었다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은영상 플랫폼 융합형 신체활동 프로그램 참여가 부모의놀이참여태도와 유아의 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향을살펴보는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 유아가족을 대상으로 ZOOM(비디오 플랫폼)을 활용하여 8주간 영상 플랫폼 융합형 실시간 온라인 신체활동 프로그램을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 부모의 놀이참여태도와 유아의 회복탄력성 변화를 관찰하기 위해 사전·사후 설문을 진행하였다. 응답내용은 SPSS 23.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영상 플랫폼융합형 신체활동 프로그램에 참여한 부모의 놀이참여태도가 향상되었다. 부모 놀이참여태도의 하위요인 중민감하게 놀기, 반응적으로 놀기, 즐겁게 놀기에서 통계적으로 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영상 플랫폼 융합형 신체활동 프로그램에 참여한 유아의 회복탄력성이 향상되었다. 유아 회복탄력성 하위요인 중 자기효능감, 공감능력, 문제해결력, 적극적도전성, 정서조절력, 충동통제력, 낙관성에서 영상 플랫폼 융합형 신체활동 프로그램이 통계적으로 유의미한 효과가있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 종합해볼 때, 코로나19로 인한 비대면 활동이 지속되는 상황에서 부모의 적극적인 놀이지원, 유아의 건강 증진을위한 신체활동 프로그램 개발에 기초자료로 활용할 수있을 것으로 기대한다.
